Leathers has certainly kept busy in recent weeks. Via People reports : After delivering her second child, daughter Sydney, in 2011, Laila Ali wasn’t stressed about getting her pre-baby body back. “The second time around I knew what to expect so I was a little easier on myself,” says Ali, who also has son CJ, 4, with her husband, former NFL star Curtis Conway. “Once I saw that you just have to eat right and exercise that’s what I did and it worked.” It worked really well: In this week’s issue of PEOPLE, Ali, 35, shows off her toned physique for her first ever bikini shoot. “I’ve never done a bikini shoot before,” she admits. “I’m kind of shy, I’m not one of those people whose comfortable walking around with my butt out. But I had a baby, I got my weight down and I’m always talking about fitness and health. It’s time to show people what I’m working with.” “I’m naturally a big girl,” Ali explains. “I have to work to be fit. I love running. I run three times a week and I do strength training and weights. And sometimes I throw a little spinning in there.” Apart from her time in the gym, Ali watches what she eats by sticking to lean proteins and vegetables most of the time. “It’s what you do 90 percent of the time that matters,” she tells PEOPLE. “I’m not really into junk food, but I like to have a cheat day no matter what, usually on the weekend. I might have pizza, frozen yogurt or a brownie.” Though the discipline matters to Ali — it’s also a much-needed dose of personal time for the mom of two. “I know how to work hard and push myself,” she says. “It’s my time for myself. Never Say Never. Three simple words that Justin Bieber uses on a daily basis to teach us to always follow our dreams and never give up. And I never did. I have been following Justin’s career for quite a while but didn’t become a massive Belieber until ‘Never Say Never’ when I could understand his story and his messages. It was from then on I was in love and a committed Belieber. ‘Down To Earth’ got me through a really hard year and my parents divorce as I could relate to the lyrics. That was a very important song for me in 2011 and still is as it helped me survive and stay strong. I turned 18 on March 13 2012 and I decided to get a Justin Bieber tattoo and got lyrics from ‘Down To Earth’ on my arm. I changed the lyrics slightly to: “We will meet in the middle on our way back down to earth.” Then in July 2012 Justin came back to Australia and visited Sydney and Melbourne. I booked my flights down to Sydney to just hopefully get a glimpse of seeing him live and luckily enough also won tickets to see him perform live at his exclusive Sunrise concert. My friend Marie won Channel V comp to meet Justin and see him live at the intimate show and decided to take me as she needed someone over 18 and wanted Justin to see my tattoo and hear my story.  On the Sunday I flew down to Sydney and booked a hotel room at the hotel we though he may have been staying at (sadly he wasn’t, oh well got to stay at a 5 star hotel for a friggen good deal). On the Monday night he flew into Sydney and we went around to all the hotels trying to find him until we heard that he was staying at Star City. No sign of Justin. Then Kenny came out and I went up and introduced myself and thanked him for giving me tickets last year to see Justin Live. (I was waiting outside the venue to catch a glimpse of him and didn’t have tickets but Kenny gave me and my 5 friends tickets.) I explained I felt bad as I never said thank you that night as I was crying and screaming too much and felt so badly. Kenny was like, “Thank you man, that’s all good,” and promised to come back for photos as there was now a crowd around us. When he came back out he got MOBBED. I did later on get a photo and he remembered me and I saw Alison, Scrappy, Dan and Alfredo. After no luck we went back to our hotel. The next morning I went to go to the intimate show and my meet n greet. We got 3 rd row during the show and he was just brilliant. I couldn’t stop crying. After the show we had our meet n greet and it was very rushed. We got taken up in groups of 6 and all the 5 girls I was put in a group with were all over Justin and I was at the back of the group with my hand over my mouth, in state of shock. Kenny was standing next to me, looked at me and goes, “Oh hey man,” shakes my hand, grabs it, walks over to Justin, moves all the girls out of the way to introduce me to Justin (KENNY REMEMBERED ME)! I was like, “Hey Justin how are you?” and he was said, “I’m great thanks and you?” I was like, “Im fantastic, sorry I’m shaking,” and he laughed. I then said, “Your music means so much to me thank you so much and I got this tattooed, it’s lyrics from Down To Earth,” and Justin was like, “That’s rad! Omg.” I then hopped in the photo and he was saying goodbye to the girls then shook my hand and was said it was nice to meet me. I walked around the corner and fell on the floor crying. I then had to put myself back together and head back to Circular Quay to continue lining up for another 12 hours to see him at Sunrise. Justin came on and was supposed to perform 3 songs but stayed on for 2 hours and did 10 songs, answered questions and interacted so much. He kept staring at me and smiling as I was just crying and a complete mess. It was quiet between a lil break and I started chanting “Down To Earth” pointing at my tattoo and the crowd joined in. Dan and Justin both looked at me and was like okay and played the first verse of Down To Earth before they were interrupted by Sunrise saying they were about to go live. After the show, we checked out of our hotel, grabbed lunch and decided to head back to my Nana’s for the night. My friend Shannon and I hopped in a cab and halfway there I got a call from my friend Sara saying Justin was about to leave his hotel and go to the airport to meet her there so we could try meet him, we agreed. Out of nowhere a black van turned up and out jumped Selena and Justin. We were all calm, Justin and Moshe walked over to us. Once it was my turn I got another hug and explained to him why I got my tattoo and he said, “Thank you so much” and signed it, my CD then we got a selfie together. He is the most nicest ‘down to earth’ people ever. Luckily one of the other boy beliebers there got a video of Justin hugging me and me explaining my tattoo. It was an overwhelming couple of days and a lot of drama but it was all worth it in the end. My name is Mercedes and on the 17th of July 2012 I had my Bieber Experience. I saw Justin perform at an intimate concert in Sydney and met him, Kenny, Alfredo, and Dan. Justin tweeted that he was coming to Australia on the 15th of July. Soon enough, there were heaps of competitions I could enter to have the chance to see him at an acoustic performance for less than 300 people. I spent hours thinking of my entries and entered pretty much every single day. My good friend Caoimhe was doing the exact same, along with thousands of other Aussie Beliebers. Less than a week before the date of the intimate concert, I got a call from Caoimhe telling me that hot30 (local radio station) had called her and told her that they really liked her entry! It was insane, and I knew that it was one step closer to meeting Justin. She was one of the weekly finalists and they told her that a few days later they would call her and let her know if she won. A few days later she called telling me that she had not only won tickets to the acoustic show, but tickets to also meet Justin! It was absolutely incredible. The day eventually came, and we had to wait over three hours to see him perform. It was at a secret location, meaning we got transported there by private buses. Soon enough we waiting for Justin to perform, in front row! He finally came out, looking flawless and perfect as usual. He sang Boyfriend, Catching Feelings, ALAYLM, All Around The World, Be Alright, Baby, and Die in Your Arms. My friend was dancing like an idiot so he kept looking over to us during his performance! Alfredo came over to where we were to take videos, and he started talking to us and apologized for not being allowed to take a photo with us. Justin was absolutely adorable, asking us how we were and if we missed him. The performance ended, and the people that weren’t meeting Justin had to leave. While we were lining up to meet Justin, Kenny came out from backstage and I ran over to him and hugged him. He also apologized for not being allowed to take a photo with me. Soon enough me and Caoimhe were front of the line to meet Justin. We ran over as soon as we could so that we were next to him in the photo. Caoimhe was the first to talk to him, and when she said, “Look! We have matching denim vests!” Justin replied, “You have so much swag!” It was then my turn to talk to him. As soon as I said, “Hey Justin!” he turned to look at me. I told him that I loved him and that he’s beautiful, and he replied with, “Aw thank you.. You’re beautiful.” It was literally the best thing I had ever heard. After the photo was taken, Justin turned to hug me first and I kissed him on the cheek. I didn’t want to leave and it got to the point that security had to escort us out of the way to make room for other fans. As we were leaving, I saw Dan , but security wouldn’t let me say hello. My name is Sydney, and I’m 15 years old. I’m the one in the black painted shirt next to Justin. So it all started out when I was on Twitter and I had been asking people to tweet the crew and RT my tweets so I could somehow get tickets to Justin’s show in Denver. After trying to get a reply from the crew or Justin for like 20-30 minutes, I got a tweet from someone saying, “I have an extra ticket!” Never did I think they really had one, I assumed it was just a scam. I ended up talking to the girl and it turned out she really did have a ticket and was gonna take me with her for FREE! I was so excited I could hardly wait. The time finally came and me and my mom were ready to fly to Denver, since we live in Oregon. We got there and stayed over night, and the next day I found out that Justin was staying at a hotel 3 blocks away from me. I met the girl that was giving me the ticket there for the first time and she was super nice. We waited for Justin for about an hour when he left in one of his cars to go eat dinner, so we left to go eat too. When we got back to the hotel, we heard that Justin had already came back and had said hi to some people. We thought we lost our opportunity. After waiting for 5 more hours, there were only about 5 girls left and it was freezing outside. We just left. While we were waiting though, we did get to meet Dan! The next day, I got ready and went to the store to get poster board. We met in the lobby and then made our posters. After we were done, me, her, her mom, my mom, and her brother all drove to the concert where they dropped us off at about 3. After about an hour and a half of waiting and holding our signs, we saw Justin’s bus pull in so we chased it to the back, but security wouldn’t let us through. We went back to the front and held our signs for about another half hour when suddenly a man appeared in front of us. At first I didn’t see him but then it dawned on me what was happening. “It’s your lucky day,” he said, and in his hands he had two meet and greet wristbands. We automatically started freaking out and crying while trying to thank him at the same time. We went over to the will-call line and waited there calming down for about 30 minutes until they led us in a room to check our wristbands. Then we went to a hallway with hundreds of other girls and had to wait there for another 30-45 minutes. While we were in line I got to say hi to Dan, and Kenny. Finally it was our turn to meet Justin. The curtain opened and there he was. “Hey guys, how are you?” I was the first one in and I couldn’t even talk. My first instinct was to go right up to him, so I did. I had my hand around his waist and it was perfect. When we left he thanked us and I told him I loved him so much, but he didn’t hear me because the other group was coming in and other people were talking to him. When we left we were a crying mess. I still can’t believe I met Justin, it was such an amazing experience that I thought I would never get. I hope that all of you guys get to experience this to, and who knows, you could be next!
