Mark Wilson/Getty Images Argentinian Man Denied Great-Aunt’s Pension Mauricio Ossola was 23 when he got married to Yolanda Torres–his 91-year-old great-aunt–in 2015. Since her death, however, the social security system says he is not entitled to a widower’s pension. He claims they married for love (which is even creepier, if true) but Argentina’s social security system refuses to believe him. Since Torres’s death last year, the state retirement fund has refused to pay the young man a widower’s pension, arguing that the couple were not legitimately married. Ossola told the Salta newspaper El Tribuno this week,“I loved Yolanda in the purest way it is possible to love someone, and that feeling, together with the pain her loss has caused me, will be with me to the end of my days.” Such pensions are only given as an award if the deceased can be proven to have been the only monetary support of the surviving partner–this would clearly not be the case for Ossola who is now a 26-year-old lawyer. The law student said that despite their 68-year age difference – and the fact that they were relatives!!! – the marriage was perfectly legal according to Argentinian law. He told El Tribuno he would take his case all the way to the supreme court if necessary….okay sir, get your money up.

Tamar Braxton is absoluting leaving her husband of 9 years, Vincent Herbet, despite all of his begging and pleading to reconcile. Yesterday, Tamar’s mom went on record to tell Vince to stop putting hands on Tay Tay before “someone gets killed”. Ms. Evelyn feelings similarly to how Tamar’s sisters feel about Vince, according to a TMZ report. Sources close to Tamar tell us there’s absolutely no chance she’ll go back to Vince now that she’s filed divorce papers. We’re told Tamar’s had enough. Their 9-year marriage had been tumultuous for too long and she’s hellbent on ending it for good this time. She’s surrounding herself with family and friends to keep her focused on both her career and her personal life. She’s already moved out of the family home. Vince had been telling friends he’s willing to try counseling, but Tamar’s not receptive. As for their TV show, “Tamar & Vince”, she’s still doing the press tour but she’s doing it solo. TMZ caught up with Towanda and Tracy Braxton when they landed in LA to support their sis, Tamar, after news broke of her divorce. “You guys came out to support Tamar?” the reporter asked. “That’s what we do, we’re Braxtons, we support everybody. That’s just what we do.” Towanda added that they’ve “all been divorced.” “We might have a divorce party, who knows,” she laughed. Tamar officially filed for divorce from her husband of eight years Tuesday. Her rep released a statement saying: “At this time we can confirm Ms. Braxton has made an extremely difficult decision and has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert. Collectively, their son Logan and his well-being during this extremely unfortunate process is most important. We ask that everyone respects her privacy during this incredibly difficult time. The Blue Bird of Happiness siren sparked speculation that she’s upset with her husband Vincent Herbert after posting an unapologetic message on Instagram. She followed it up with this post stating, “If you don’t someone else will.” The casual observer may assume that these messages are her venting about the current state of her relationship with Vince.
