In late July, Tarek El Moussa was spotted getting hot and heavy with Heather Rae Young , the Netflix star. Since then, the two have gone Instagram official and been interviewed as a couple, even celebrating Tarek’s birthday together. Now, Tarek is being totally honest — he didn’t actually tell his ex-wife about Heather. He let the news do that for him. On August 8, more than a week after they were spotted together, Tarek and Heather went Instagram official. “it’s official!!!!” Tarek wrote in his captions. He continued: “After more than 3 years on my own I’m so PROUD to say that this beautiful, sweet and talented young lady is my girlfriend!” “I’ll be honest and say I never thought I would meet someone special in my life after the last three years,” Tarek confessed. “Then…out of the blue,” he marveled. “@heatherraeyoung walked into my life.” “The first time I saw her smile she “did that thing to my tummy,”” Tarek says. He doesn’t mean one of various kinky things, but rather dazzled him with her looks enough to make his heart race and to make him nervous. “And,” he recalled. “I knew right away I needed to get to know her… ” “So I asked her out!!” he narrated. “She said yes.” Tarek gushed: “I just want to let the world know I met someone special that makes me want to be a better man ” August 21 was Tarek’s birthday, and Heather was excited to celebrate with him. “Happy happy happy birthday @therealtarekelmoussa,” Heather raved on her own Instagram page. She wrote: “since you came into my life I haven’t stopped smiling.” “When I’m with you,” she praised. “The world stops.” “So excited to share your special day with you,” Heather affirmed. She concluded her caption by writing: “You + Me.” Now, Tarek was interviewed on Strahan, Sara, and Keke and grilled about his steamy romance with Heather. Keke asked: “What were her thoughts about, you know, ‘He’s working with his ex-wife,’ what were your thoughts about telling her that?” What she means by that is whether and when Tarek told Christina, his ex, about Heather. “We were together for a short period of time,” Tarek says of Heather back in July. “And.” he acknowledges. “We got caught with some paparazzi photos on the back of my boat” Tarek emphasizes that this took place “after we had just started dating,” “So I’m like, ‘OK, well, the cat’s out of the bag,'” Tarek explains. He wondered at the time if he should call Christina, who has already remarried to Ant Anstead, to let her know that the news had broken. “‘So, should I tell my ex-wife? Should I not?’ …” he recalls asking himself. “So I guess,” Tarek says. “The world just let everybody know that we were together.” Sometimes it’s like that — especially when you’re a celebrity. Tarek El Moussa: Here’s How I REALLY Feel About Christina Getting Remarried!

Just a few weeks ago, Christina El Moussa married Ant Anstead . Though we reported at the time that Christina's ex, Tarek, was happy for the couple, some headlines claimed that he was devastated . Tarek has taken to Instagram to clear up any rumors and share how he really feels about Christina's new marriage. Taking to his Instagram Stories, Tarek El Moussa spoke directly to his fans and followers. For your convenience, we have merged “Christina got married,” Tarek affirms. “Yes,” he says. “I’m actually happy for her.” “I think it’s a great thing,” he emphasizes. “I think they get along well,” Tarek says of Christina and Ant. “And most importantly,” he continues. “It’s good for my children.” Tarek and Christina share a daughter Taylor, who is 8, and a son, Brayden, who is 3. He very correctly notes that the most important thing is his children's happiness. “Really, at the end of the day, it’s all about them,” Tarek says. “I’m happy,” Tarek announces. “My life is amazing.” “I have amazing friends,” he raves. “I love my babies. My family is great.” “I just want everybody to know that I’m doing fantastic,” he says with confidence. “And,” Tarek continues. “I’m super happy and I’m positive and I’m glad that she found someone.” “It’s a good thing, it’s a positive thing,” Tarek affirms. “I’m not the type who wants to fight with her for the rest of my life and make my kids miserable,” he clarifies. “The truth is,” he shares. “Everything we do is about the kids.” “And,” Tarek continues. “At the end of the day my kids are going to have a stable household” He is glad about that, noting: “and she’s going to have help.” “And that’s exactly what they need,” Tarek explains. Tarek's positive attitude about Christina marrying Ant Anstead is great. He truly, strongly did not appreciate rumors that he was angry, hurt, or depressed over his ex remarrying. “In life…you can only take so much bulls–t,” Tarek wrote in an Instagram post behind such a headline. “I’ve been quiet for years never saying anything,” his post continued. “But this time I’m going to speak up.” “I was advised NOT to do this but…here we go,” he said. Tarek accused: “The fake media and their 'fake sources' will do and say anything to make a dollar!” “They tried over and over to break me and ruin me…but I’m a fighter!” he announced. “They even called my girlfriends from high school!!!!” Tarek shared. It is unclear if he means that entertainment news media contacted his exes about this particular story or about something else entirely. Tarek wrote that people “Showed up at my moms house!!! Went to my sisters salon!!” “All their stories are bulls–t!” he declared. “You want to know how I really feel??” he asked. “Watch my Instagram story.” His Instagram Story was, of course, the set of videos that we compiled for your viewing convenience here. It is understandable that Tarek might feel more than a little hounded by entertainment media. That said, while it's great to see him clear things up, maybe it was his “fake media” line that had those closest to him urging him to keep quiet. There are, unfortunately, very fake stories out there– we have debunked plenty of them over the years. That doesn't mean that media itself is inherently fake. And anyone saying “fake news” or anything similar is going to make people reflexively recoil, for obvious reasons. Still, we're glad and thoroughly unsurprised to hear that Tarek is happy for Christina. That is what we here at THG have been reporting since her wedding.

Delta to Parents: Get Off This Flight… or We’ll Take Your Kids!

At this rate, the airline industry may soon be less popular than Congress. We're barely even kidding. By now, most of the free world is aware that United Airlines dragged a customer named David Dao often a flight earlier this month because he refused to give up the seat he had paid for. This incident was followed by Delta Airlines tossing a man off a plane because he dared to use the bathroom while the jet was still on the ground. Now, seemingly in an attempt to top its own ridiculousness, Delta has done the following… On April 23, Brian and Brittany Shear say they were on board a flight from Hawaii to California along with their two-year old son. Brian explained to a flight attendant that he originally bought the seat next to him for his 18-year-old son… but decided to put him on an earlier flight so that he could use that same seat for his younger child, Grayson, who was in a car seat. However, the airline said it had overbooked the flight and it needed the seat Mason was now occupying; it argued that it had a right to it because Mason’s name was NOT the name on the ticket that was purchased. It's a bit complicated. But the bottom line is that an airline once again overbooked a flight and, in this case, was telling the parents of a young child that they had to get off as a result. “You’re saying you’re gonna give that away to someone else when I paid for that seat?” Brian tells the airline employee in the video below. “That’s not right.” An airplane employee then says that under Federal Aviation Administration regulations, two-year-old kids cannot have their own seat and must fly while seated in their parents’ laps for the flight. (This is not accurate; the websites for both the FAA and Delta encourage parents to buy separate seats for young children and use a child safety restraint system.) Fine, then: Brian agreed to hold Grayson in his lap. /But he was still told to exit the plane – or face the consequences. According to Brian, an employee said the following to them during this exchange: “You have to give up the seat or you’re going to jail, your wife is going to jail and they’ll take your kids from you.” What a lovely policy. Kim Zolciak Attempts to Pimp Her Daughter, Gets Hate Instead

For about a week or so, the world took a break from hating on Kim Zolciak to pity her and send her and her family well wishes instead. After all, her four-year-old son was attacked by a dog and required surgery and a hospital stay — it really wasn’t the time to point out her never-ending obnoxiousness, you know? But, as Kim has said, little Kash is healing wonderfully, and he’ll be fine after the attack . It’s great news, it really is, because thank goodness that poor kid is going to be OK. And also because now things can get back to normal when it comes to Kim and criticizing her big, dumb mouth . For her latest act of terror, Kim actually thought it was a good idea to get on Twitter and offer up her 20-year-old daughter, Brielle Biermann, in exchange for a chance to meet John Legend. Really, she did this. She directed her tweet to Chrissy Teigen, John’s unbearably lovely wife , writing “Sooo ur hubby is comin to ATL may19 & Kash is beyond OBSESSED w him! who does Brielle have to blow in order to meet him?? LOL.” It’s sad, because it would have been a sweet gesture — after what he’s been through recently, of course it would be nice if he was able to meet John. But to ask Chrissy “who does Brielle have to blow in order to meet him”? … Seriously? Chrissy took the message in stride, responding with “Plz don’t blow anyone it’s not that good of a show. Jk it’s good but I’ll get you tix without the oral.” Unfortunately for Kim, not everyone responded so graciously. “Just a suggestion,” one person wrote in response to Kim’s tweet, “but you know you can just go on Ticketmaster and not pimp out your daughter?” Another told her “This is a ‘joke’ that totally crosses the line. Kim you are dumber than I thought you were for not deleting this by now.” One person who means well but is obviously not familiar with this family asked “Where did the class go???”, and another even called this “child abuse,” and “unacceptable behavior from a parent.” It seems like even Kim’s biggest fans are taking issue with her comment — one of them told her “I love you Kim & always defend you, but seriously??? Who in their right mind can think this is funny?” That question makes the assumption that Kim is in her right mind, which has yet to be proven . Look, Kim, it’s not that hard, honey. Just don’t be weird. Don’t make creepy comments about your own kids. If in the future you feel an urge to offer sexual favors from your daughter in exchange for goods or services, just don’t do that. Christina & Tarek El Moussa: Are They Really Back Together?!

When we first learned that Christina and Tarek El Moussa were getting divorced , the details of their final days together made it seem as though they’d never be on speaking terms again. Insiders say Christina was caught cheating on Tarek , which led to an insane blowout fight. During said argument, sources claim, Tarek brandished a gun and threatened to commit suicide. Needless to say, it wasn’t exactly an amicable breakup. Believe it or now, however,  Tarek and Christina are back together – of course, the couple is reuniting in the name of money, not love. The couple announced this week that they’ll be temporarily reuniting with big fake smiles on their face in order to film a seventh season of their hit HGTV show Flip or Flop. Tarek shared the news via Instagram, and even he sort of conceded that the situation is a strange one: “BREAKING NEWS!!!!!! It’s time to announce that our show, the OG Flip or Flop is being renewed for 20 episodes,” Tarek wrote.  “I know many of our fans have been wondering about this and it’s finally happening. Regardless of the situation, our job is to flip homes and create a TV show for people to enjoy around the world.” He added (somewhat ominously): “Be prepared for some disasters and crazy projects on the upcoming season… it’s almost… GO TIME! Who’s excited about this??? I am!” Well, he’s right in that we’re definitely bracing ourselves for disaster, but not the kind that involve home repairs. Bizarrely, Tarek and Christina are going through the motions of a promotional press junket as though they’re not a recently and bitterly divorced ex-couple: That’s a photo of the El Moussas working the red carpet at the Daytime Emmy Awards that was posted by Christina earlier this week. Believe it or not, that’s no throwback. The smiling exes just posed for pics and presented an award together on Sunday! We know the show is their bread and butter, but surely these two must have other career options, right? Are people really gonna tune in to watch the painful display of Tarek and Christina pretending they don’t hate each other just because they share the El Moussa’s opinions on grout? Christina El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa: Inside Their Explosive Relationship

Don’t let the smiles fool you. Don’t be bamboozled by the positive public statements and don’t get distracted by  Christina El Moussa’s slamming bikini body . Just because Tarek El Moussa and his estranged wife have said nice things about each other, and just because they are still filming Flip or Flop episodes together, this doesn’t mean all his serene and simple behind the scenes. Quite the opposite, in fact. If a new E! News report is to be believed, that is. For years, of course, Christina and Tarek were simply known as two of many popular HGTV personalities. They co-hosted a series in which they purchased dilapidated houses, fixed them up and then sold them for a hefty profit. Or tried to, at least. Tarek was in charge of renovation, Christina was in charge of design, we got a few glimpses of the couple as parents and viewers enjoyed Flip or Flop as a form of mindless entertainment. But then it came out late last year that the El Moussas separated back in May, following an explosive argument that ended with Tarek storming out of the home… a gun in hand . He was eventually tracked down by the police and claimed at the time that the weapon was merely meant as self-defense against wild animals in the woods. No charges were filed and the reality stars confessed to their separation in a joint statement. Since then, Tarek has filed for divorce, but he and Christina have said all the right things about each other and how their focus remains on co-parenting six-year old Taylor and 19-month old Brayden. No ill will has been made public. But that doesn’t mean none exists. “He has a really bad temper,” an insider tells E! News of Tarek , emphasizing how the temper is ” really bad” and adding: “He can go crazy. He treated her poorly.” We’ve heard a similar sentiment shared in the past. One tabloid even ran a cover story that alleged Tarek often joked about raping Christina on the set of their TV show. This is a topic that should never be made into a joke, it ought to go without saying. “She put up with a lot. I think she really lost herself in that relationship,” the E! source adds, while a second mole echoes what this first individual claims: “Tarek has major anger issues and a really bad temper…They were volatile together, but Tarek treated her very badly.” This is the part where we wonder whether or not Christina leaked these quotes. Or had someone on her team do so. While Tarek has sat down for just a single morning show interview since the couple split, Christina has been everywhere. She’s covered People Magazine. She’s talked to Entertainment Tonight. She’s flaunted her body in a two-piece bathing suit and she’s clearly made a conscious effort to win the PR battle. Which she’s doing at the moment. By a landslide. A rep for Christina had no comment when asked for his/her thoughts by E!, while a rep for Tarek referred to these anger allegations as “crap.” After previous chatter came out that also claimed Tarek treated Christina like “garbage,” the HGTV star issued a statement on Twitter and Instagram that read as follows: No matter the lies, innuendo, salacious gossip and ‘fake news’ that is thrown at me from irresponsible media outlets via anonymous sources, I will keep my focus on what matters most, which is co-parenting our children and working hard on our business. And it’s not as though Christina is saying anything very different. “Tarek and I are in a very good place right now,” she told E! Kim Kardashian: Planning to Leave Kanye West Before Breakdown?

Last month, Kanye West was hospitalized after suffering an emotional breakdown that resulted in a 911 call. Obviously, the incident and its fallout have been sources of stress for Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian, who’s been forced to grapple with two traumatic incidents in as many months. Back in October, Kim has robbed at gunpoint and relieved of millions of dollars in jewels while staying at a hotel in Paris. Now, sources say the Wests’ current rough patch has left the A-list couple on the verge of divorce. Several insiders have claimed that Kim is planning on leaving Kanye as soon as he’s stable and capable of caring for himself. Now, however, a new source has come forward claiming that Kim had been planning on leaving Kanye, but her husband’s mental health issues have actually had convinced her to give him another chance. “The divorce rumors come from before he had the breakdown,” an unidentified friend of Kim’s tells People magazine. “She didn’t know what was up with him and they weren’t spending time together. She didn’t realize it was a mental breakdown.” The insider claims that Kanye had been acting erratically in the weeks leading up to his breakdown, and Kim often became frustrated, not realizing that his behavior was the result of a worsening mental illness. Details remain scarce, but reps close to the Kardashians have indicated that the rapper had an issue with the medications he was taking as part of an ongoing treatment program. It seems the timing couldn’t have been worse, as Kim was in need of Kanye’s support in the wake of her robbery, and she was stunned to find that he was unable to provide it. Apparently, it was only after he was hospitalized that Kim realized her husband wasn’t to blame for his detachment. “Truly no truth behind divorce rumors,” the source says about Kanye’s breakdown. “It’s not something she would divorce him over.” View Slideshow: 45 Kute and Kuddly Kimye Photos Indeed, it does seem as though Kim and Kanye are sending the message that all is well in their marriage. The couple was spotted out on the town in Santa Monica last night, their first joint public outing since before Kim’s robbery. Rob Kardashian Apologizes to Blac Chyna, Asks for Prayers

Rob Kardashian has issued an apology, made a vow and asked for your prayers. All in the course of a couple Instagram posts. Over the weekend, Kardashian and Blac Chyna appeared to break up for the 978th time, although this split was scripted in especially impressive and creative fashion.  FIRST, Chyna claimed someone hacked into her Instagram account, leaking damaging emails and text messages that included her slamming Rob as “fat” and “lazy.” Other exchanges hinted strongly that Chyna was going to dump Rob some time next year, after securing a trademark on the last name “Kardashian” and laughing all the way to the bank. We’ve posted several screen shots from Chyna’s alleged hacking throughout this story. Such as… The story then goes that Rob got very angry at Chyna for her leaked insults and plans to dump him… and she responded by taking the couple’s baby girl and simply leaving him. Kardashian made major headlines on Saturday night when he filmed himself all alone inside his home, telling Snapchat viewers that he was a “broken” man as a result of Chyna’s actions. Since then, Chyna has posed online with a rumored new love interest and Rob has sworn that this is not yet another Kardashian-related publicity stunt. He said on Sunday that the split is real. Oh, and Chyna’s mom spoke out, slamming Kardashian and saying he needs therapy . So, really, we’re talking about your basic 48 hours for a couple that needs to generate ratings for its E! specials and its E! reality series. And now Rob has jumped on Instagram once again to issue a heartfelt apology, while also expressing his love for Blac Chyna and claiming he’ll actually take Tokyo Toni’s advice. “This weekend I was in an emotional bad place and did some things that embarrassed myself and my family,” Kardashian wrote in an Instagram post on Monday, adding: “I apologize and I’m seeking help to deal with my flaws/issues. Please pray for me and I’m sorry @blacchyna. You are a great mother to our child and I love you.” Now, IF we’re supposed to believe that Chyna was really hacked… and IF we’re supposed to believe that she sent people emails bashing her fiance and confessing that she plans to leave him… … then we have no idea why Rob would be apologizing. Along with the Mea Culpa issued above, Rob shared an adorable picture of daughter Dream Kardashian and promised to be the best parent he can be to the one-month old. “I am going to get better for you Dream. You are my life and gave me a new start on being a better me. Love you,” he captioned the following image. And this is where things just get sad. If Rob and Chyna want to play a million games with each other and/or with the media and/or with their followers, fine. Whatever. So what? That’s how this family has rolled for years. But there’s now a child involved. There’s nothing funny or entertaining about Dream’s parents breaking up every week; or pretending to break up every week; or whatever the heck you choose to believe about this story. There’s also nothing funny about Rob turning to religion and exploiting people’s belief system. You want us to pray for you, Rob Kardashian?!? Allow us to pose a question in response to that request. Flip or Flop: It’s Coming to An End!

It turns out the show must NOT go on after all. Following several days of damaging headlines regarding the stars of Flip or Flop, HGTV has apparently decided that it will not continue to air new episodes of this once-beloved real estate-themed series. According to a new E! News report, installments of Flip or Flop that have already filmed or which have been contracted to film  will be broadcast as planned throughout 2016 and early 2017. HOWEVER: “The show will end after that,” an insider confirms. That’s the current plan, at least, and it’s an understandable one. Earlier this month, stars  Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa announced that they separated back in May. They had held off on telling the public about their marital status until they were forced to do so by a leaked police report, one that outlined a frightening incident that took place in and around their Orange County home this spring. Back then, Tarek responded to a fight with Christina by grabbing a gun and heading into the woods. Christina feared that her husband was going to kill himself and dialed 911. Many police officers (and a helicopter) then arrived on the scene, coming across a distraught Tarek, who claimed that he had only taken a gun into the wilderness as protection against animals. The couple then turned over a handful of other (legally registered) firearms to the authorities. Once this situation went viral, Tarek and Christina issued a statement that broadly acknowledged what happened and also acknowledged their split. View Slideshow: Christina El Moussa Photos: Flip or Flop Hotness! “Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the statement read, concluding: “We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed. “During the [separation] process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be.” The couple is parents to a six-year old daughter and one-year old son. HGTV then went ahead and issued its own statement, claiming that it would continue to air Flip or Flop as if nothing had happened between Tarek and Christina. The two were planning to maintain their business relationship, despite this personal setback. But it has since come out that Tarek dated the family nanny after splitting from Christina; while Christina is still dating the family contractor . While the network is yet to confirm the E! report that a Flip or Flop end date is basically at hand, it would make sense that these negative headlines related to the show’s stars have simply become too much of a burden. No one has been accused of molesting a relative, but this situation at least bears some similarity to when Lifetime pulled the plug on 19 Kids and Counting as a result of Josh Duggar’s despicable behavior. Tarek recently stood up to a cyber-bully who went after Christina. And the couple is saying all the right things in public. “We are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be,” the two told E! News. “We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together.” Meanwhile, until this latest assertion that the end is near, the network has been nothing but supportive. “We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina’s great work on Flip or Flop. When it comes to matters related to their own family, we respect their privacy and honor any decision that works best for them and their children,” the network told E! News in another statement. “HGTV is currently airing episodes of Flip or Flop and the series will continue production as scheduled.” That may still be the network stance, too. Executives may have simply come to the conclusion that it’s not worth planning a new season of the program, considering all this crazy, ongoing drama. Flip or Flop: It’s Coming to An End!

It turns out the show must NOT go on after all. Following several days of damaging headlines regarding the stars of Flip or Flop, HGTV has apparently decided that it will not continue to air new episodes of this once-beloved real estate-themed series. According to a new E! News report, installments of Flip or Flop that have already filmed or which have been contracted to film  will be broadcast as planned throughout 2016 and early 2017. HOWEVER: “The show will end after that,” an insider confirms. That’s the current plan, at least, and it’s an understandable one. Earlier this month, stars  Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa announced that they separated back in May. They had held off on telling the public about their marital status until they were forced to do so by a leaked police report, one that outlined a frightening incident that took place in and around their Orange County home this spring. Back then, Tarek responded to a fight with Christina by grabbing a gun and heading into the woods. Christina feared that her husband was going to kill himself and dialed 911. Many police officers (and a helicopter) then arrived on the scene, coming across a distraught Tarek, who claimed that he had only taken a gun into the wilderness as protection against animals. The couple then turned over a handful of other (legally registered) firearms to the authorities. Once this situation went viral, Tarek and Christina issued a statement that broadly acknowledged what happened and also acknowledged their split. View Slideshow: Christina El Moussa Photos: Flip or Flop Hotness! “Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the statement read, concluding: “We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed. “During the [separation] process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be.” The couple is parents to a six-year old daughter and one-year old son. HGTV then went ahead and issued its own statement, claiming that it would continue to air Flip or Flop as if nothing had happened between Tarek and Christina. The two were planning to maintain their business relationship, despite this personal setback. But it has since come out that Tarek dated the family nanny after splitting from Christina; while Christina is still dating the family contractor . While the network is yet to confirm the E! report that a Flip or Flop end date is basically at hand, it would make sense that these negative headlines related to the show’s stars have simply become too much of a burden. No one has been accused of molesting a relative, but this situation at least bears some similarity to when Lifetime pulled the plug on 19 Kids and Counting as a result of Josh Duggar’s despicable behavior. Tarek recently stood up to a cyber-bully who went after Christina. And the couple is saying all the right things in public. “We are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be,” the two told E! News. “We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together.” Meanwhile, until this latest assertion that the end is near, the network has been nothing but supportive. “We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina’s great work on Flip or Flop. When it comes to matters related to their own family, we respect their privacy and honor any decision that works best for them and their children,” the network told E! News in another statement. “HGTV is currently airing episodes of Flip or Flop and the series will continue production as scheduled.” That may still be the network stance, too. Executives may have simply come to the conclusion that it’s not worth planning a new season of the program, considering all this crazy, ongoing drama.
