Robert McCulloch, the prosecuting attorney over the grand jury investigating the fatal shooting of Mike Brown , recently admitted that he KNEW certain witnesses were lying under oath. In particular McCulloch pointed out that witness #40, the racist, bipolar, convicted felon with serious credibility issues , “CLEARLY” lied about witnessing the moment Officer Darren Wilson shot down the teen. W….T…F???? STLToday reports: Certain witnesses who spoke before the grand jury investigating the Aug. 9 shooting of Michael Brown told obvious lies under oath, St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch said Friday. “Clearly some were not telling the truth,” he said during an interview on KTRS 550. He added that he’s not planning to pursue charges against any lying witnesses. In his first extensive interview since the grand jury decided not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, McCulloch said he had no regrets about letting grand jury members hear from non-credible witnesses. “Early on I decided that anyone who claimed to have witnessed anything would be presented to the grand jury,” McCulloch said. He added that he would’ve been criticized no matter his decision. During the interview, McCulloch referenced a woman who claimed to have seen the shooting. This “lady clearly wasn’t present,” McCulloch said. “She recounted a story right out of the newspaper,” backing up Wilson’s version of events. The criticism of that witness fits the questions surrounding Sandra McElroy, also known as Witness 40.   McElroy, who’s admitted to using racial slurs and trying to raise money for Wilson, testified that she saw the entire shooting unfold, and that Brown charged the officer shortly before he was killed — a detail that has proven controversial because of conflicting reports. Investigators picked apart McElroy’s story, saying she could not have left the apartment complex in the way she described. She also gave conflicting accounts of why she was at the scene of the shooting that day and admitted that she has short-term memory problems from a head-on collision that left her with a traumatic brain injury. McCulloch on Friday also said he had no regrets about announcing the grand jury decision after dark on the night of Nov. 24. “There was no good time to make the announcement,” he said. “Whatever was going to happen was going to happen.” SMH @ him being so pompous and matter of fact about this bull isht. Masika’s Injuries From Yung Berg Domestic Abuse After being beaten by her boo thang Yung Berg , Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Masika Kaylsha r eal name Masika Tucker told police how the violence transpired. Authorities then documented her injuries that included lacerations to her face, chest and forearm, and bruises on her neck. TMZ reports: “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Yung Berg allegedly did a real number on his girlfriend — leaving her with nasty injuries over much of her body when they had a hotel room brawl in NYC. Masika Tucker told police … “He hit me and dragged me by my hair. He pinned me to the wall and grabbed me by my throat” — this according to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ. In the docs, Tucker says she suffered a laceration to her right forearm, a laceration above her left eyebrow, bruising to the left side of her neck, and a laceration to her chest. In all, Berg was hit with four charges — three assaults and one harassment — but managed to avoid the “obstruction of breathing” misdemeanor … which he was initially booked for when he got arrested. As TMZ first reported, the fight was triggered after Yung Berg’s credit card was declined during a night on the town. SMH @ this coward roughing up a woman like that! Get well soon Masika!

Man Puts Toddler In Clothes Dryer And Turns It On A sorry excuse for a man from New Hampshire is currently in police custody after he put his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son in a clothes dryer and turned it on, giving the child severe burns all over his body via WFMY News New Hampshire man has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly placing a 2-year-old boy in a dryer and turning it on. An affidavit reveal new details about the case against 27-year-old Adam Morton of Berlin, New Hampshire. Morton was the toddler’s mother’s live-in boyfriend. According to a police affidavit, Morton admitted to investigators that he placed the 2-year-old boy in a clothes dryer in early August. The boy had second degree burns on his back, on his arms, and his feet. The toddler’s father, Michael Sousa, moved back to Bangor after the incident to take care of his youngest son and other children. Sousa described when he first saw his son’s injuries, “I couldn’t stomach it. I did have to go outside. I was a little too hurt and overwhelmed that it even happened to him that I couldn’t sit through the first dressing.” The affidavit also said Dr. Lawrence Ricci conducted a forensic examination of the boy and concluded, “there were lesions on the lower back that looked like they could have been healing burns … [and] incidentally, the two circular lesions correspond to bolts on the inside of the dryer.” Ricci also said, “the distribution of the burns indicates either that the child was moving fairly dramatically and or the dryer was moving.” Morton is facing a charge of aggravated assault and is in custody at Penobscot County Jail. He is being held on a $2,500 cash bail. Put this azzhole UNDER the jailhouse!!

Man Tries To Sell Police Crushed Up Pop Tart A Rocky Mount, North Carolina man was recently arrested after authorities say he tried to sell cocaine to an undercover agent that turned out to be a crushed up pop tart. W….T….F???? WTCI 12 reports: Halifax County deputies arrested a man they said tried to pass off a crushed up corner of a pop tart as cocaine. Cameron Mitchell, 30, of Rocky Mount, allegedly sold the fake crack cocaine to an undercover agent in June. Deputies arrested Mitchell on September 4th. Deputies say on June 19, during Operation Southern Summer, Mitchell was making a delivery to a convenience store in the town of Halifax when he came in contact with an undercover agent. During the conversation, Mitchell allegedly agreed to sell crack cocaine to the agent. Deputies say Mitchell went to the cab of his delivery truck and came back with what he said was crack cocaine. He allegedly sold it to the agent for $20. Agents field tested the evidence, and it was negative for the presence of cocaine. They went looking for Mitchell’s delivery truck and found it at another convenience store on Highway 561. Agents say Mitchell told them he needed the money, so he went into his truck and found the corner of a Pop-Tart, then sold it to the agent as crack cocaine. Mitchell faces charges of selling or delivering a counterfeit controlled substance and creating a counterfeit controlled substance. What was he thinking?????

Woman Investigated By Child Protective Services For Viral Photos An Ohio woman thought she’s take some “funny” pics of her baby granddaughter getting ready to be roast for dinner last week. Apparently her Facebook timeline didn’t quite catch the joke. Via MailOnline : An Ohio woman thought she was being funny when she photographed her baby granddaughter with duct tape on her face and lying in a roasting pan – but Facebook users who saw the images disagreed. The grandmother, Jackie Sheaks, of Columbus, Ohio, set off a firestorm online that drew the attention of the local sheriff’s office when she shared the prank photos of her granddaughter. In one of the image, the child’s pacifier had been secured to her cheeks with two pieces of duct tape. In another, the infant is resting inside a large turkey roasting pan next to some potatoes. Mrs Sheaks explained this week that she uploaded the snapshots online hoping to amuse her Facebook friends ‘It started as just a joke,’ she told 10TV. ‘We put a little tape on the pacifier because we were being silly.’ But instead of compliments on her sense of humor and photography skills Mrs Sheaks got a visit from the sheriff and Child Protective Services, who expressed concern for the well-being of the little girl in the pictures. Speaking to local media outlets with her granddaughter in her lap, Jackie Sheaks insisted that she an her husband are not horrible people and would never harm their little girl. Tommy Sheaks said their family have been subjected to harassment online since their unusual baby photos went viral. Mrs Sheaks added that although she has been photographing her relatives’ children for many years, she learned her lesson about sharing her prank snapshots online. ‘What we think is funny other people don’t (and) it will never happen again. It’s definitely taught us a lesson,’ she said. The little’s girl’s mother, who is not being named, said that she did not find the photos taken by Jackie Sheaks objectionable. What do you think? Security video shows the male entering the store about 11:45 a.m. and stuffing the underwear into a large shopping bag. He left without paying for the merchandise, valued at $1,900. A sheriff’s deputy working a special assignment was advised of the theft by mall security, according to the report. Probably would have had a better chance of gettin’ away with his kinky crime if he hadn’t tried to steal them all at once. Bulk embezzlement is usually a recipe for prison time. Brooklyn Woman Found Living With Mother’s Corpse For 3 Years According to NY Post reports: A Brooklyn woman spent three years living in a cramped apartment with her dead mom — propping her up at the dinner table and sleeping next to her skeleton every night, The Post has learned. Chava Stirn, 28, even dressed like her mother — wearing the same black outfit and shoes that Susie Rosenthal had on when she died. Stirn set the bones of her mom, Susie Rosenthal, 61, on a bed of trash bags in the kitchen of their Borough Park apartment, a law-enforcement source said. For the slumber parties, she dragged a chair into the kitchen to snooze next to the corpse — leaving her twin bed covered in stacks of paper. Neighbors didn’t smell anything suspicious until the super of the building tried to investigate a leak coming from the apartment on Monday afternoon, police sources said. Stirn refused to open her door, so emergency workers knocked it down — and found her in a chair, looking disheveled, surrounded by waist-high piles of trash, police sources said. She refused to let anyone inside the apartment, so a relative would sometimes leave food outside her door, the police sources said. When cops approached Stirn, she was acting “erratically.” She was taken to Maimonides Medical Center for a psych evaluation. She believed her mom had “ left her there to die,” a police source said. The cause of Rosenthal’s death is not yet clear. Yikes… Neighbors said the daughter never left the house and they’d hear weird noises coming from the apartment. One person even said when she listened closely she heard her screaming “I kill myself! I kill myself!” Clearly she’s got a couple screws loose. Hopefully she can get the help she needs. Shutterstock

Ma’am … Woman Goes On 30 Day Dog Food Diet A Washington state pet store owner is making national headlines after announcing that she’s going on a strict pet food only diet for 30 days. SMH… KNDO reports: A woman in Richland is em”bark”ing on a new mission. This month she’s eating with her pets, and chowing down on nothing but pet food. “Of course now when I share with the dogs, it’s not like i’m giving them table scraps,” Dorothy Hunter says. That’s one way she can look at her menu for the next month. She owns Paws Natural Pet Emporium, where her endeavor started while stocking shelves. “I didn’t have time to go get a snack,” she said, “so I grabbed a bag of treats off the counter, and I was like, wow, you know, these read better than normal people treats. So I started eating the treats and I was like, you know, I could do this for 30 days.” Now, she’s a week in, eating nothing but cat and dog food, like flakes of salmon, and freeze dried chicken. “I’ve also been doing our oven baked blueberry treats, as well as freeze dried green beans, carrots,” she says, “I’m even doing some canned cat food, one is a succulent chicken, and it actually tastes really good. So I’m really happy with that one. I don’t do raw bones or meat products like that, or the frozen because i’m just not into raw.” Even her employees have joined in, together they’re trying kibble. Dorothy says it’s not bad, but it’s better with a little milk. But this experiment isn’t about taste, Dorothy has a bigger message. “Learn about what you’re eating and what you’re feeding your pets. I think if we can get the awareness out of reading the ingredients, and really understanding what is in the pet food, that that will eventually carry over. If you’re feeding your pet healthy, maybe you’ll start reading the ingredients of your own foods, and maybe you can start eating healthy too.” Here’s to hoping Dorothy doesn’t have a husband with that doggie breath…
