What more needs to be said? 25 Most Hilarious Mug Shots Ever 1. Nathaniel Follette Mugs For Mug Shot Nathaniel Follette posed for this amazing mug shot – possibly the greatest of all time – after a recent arrest for riding his bike through a grocery store. Having seen Follette bicycling through the store, the manager and onsite security guard tried to deal with the situation themselves. They were not successful. Nathaniel allegedly responded by threatening them with a pocket knife, which he was still holding when Madera, Calif., police officers arrived on the scene. Follette was quickly taken into custody. He was not happy about it, according to authorities, and decided to express his displeasure. Sans knife this time. His mug shot? Definitely top five all time. Police weren’t as amused as we are, and Follette now faces charges for resisting arrest, exhibiting a weapon … and being a complete and utter smart ass.

Steve Carell’s Final Episode Of ‘The Office’ Is ‘Emotional, Funny’

‘It sends Michael off in a good way,’ director Paul Feig reveals to MTV News of bumbling Dunder Mifflin boss. By Kara Warner Steve Carell Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images Ever since Steve Carell announced his plans to leave “The Office,” his fans and fellow castmates have been lamenting the impending departure of Michael Scott, the bumbling Scranton, Pennsylvania-based boss Carell has made famous over the course of seven seasons. But no matter how loud the protests or how many tears are shed, the end has come. According to frequent director Paul Feig, Carell and Co. filmed Michael Scott’s last episode of “The Office” last week. “It’s exactly what you would want it to be,” Feig told MTV News at the PaleyFest reunion event for his cult-favorite TV show, “Freaks and Geeks.” “It’s emotional, but it’s funny. It’s just a really nice mix and it sends Michael off in a good way. I’m thrilled with it,” he added. “I think fans of the show will be really happy with it.” Speaking to that emotional aspect, Feig went on to say that there were plenty of tears shed on set. “Half the time we were bawling and half the time we were trying not to laugh and ruin takes,” he admitted, adding that the presence of Will Ferrell helped keep things from getting too weepy. “The hilarity index is up even higher,” he said. And judging from the reports we’ve received from castmembers, Ferrell us up to his old comedic tricks for his four-episode

‘Despicable Me’ Star Steve Carell Weighs In On Key Supervillain Traits

A great onscreen villain needs ‘good funding, lots of good gadgets,’ says Carell, who plays evil Gru in animated 3-D flick. By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Steve Carell Photo: MTV News How can you possibly choose the greatest big-screen villain of all time? Do you go sci-fi and pick Darth Vader or Khan? Or perhaps you favor a bit of a psychopathic streak in your baddies, in which case you might tag Hannibal Lecter or Norman Bates. Meanwhile, supernatural flicks offer up the likes of Freddy Krueger and the Wicked Witch of the West. But then you start to consider aliens, machines and comic book rogues, and you realize it’s all an exercise in futility. The best you can do is to enumerate what truly makes a madman, well, totally freaking insane, which is where Steve Carell and “Despicable Me” come in. In the upcoming 3-D animated flick, Carell plays the world’s top supervillain, at least until a pint-size scoundrel displaces him from the #1 spot. Nonetheless, we turn to Mr. Carell for an enlightened perspective: What makes an onscreen villain truly depraved? “You need good funding,” the actor told MTV News. “You need to have a powerful bank behind you. You need to be well-prepared. You need lots of good gadgets.” Sounds like Carell is describing Gru, his bald, scarf-wearing “Despicable” gangster, who maintains an army of minions and whose gadgets include freeze-rays, flame guns, rocket launchers, and all manner of funky-looking planes and cars. And after playing Gru, Carell walked away, he said, with the sense that cinematic villains might simply be misunderstood. “My character in this is very much like Hannibal Lecter because they both start pretty villainous,” he joked, “but they end up being really sweet.” What do you think makes a movie villain truly memorable? Steve Carell Leaving ‘The Office’

‘I just think it’s time,’ he says of his exit after next season. By Katie Byrne Steve Carrell Photo: Getty Images Steve Carell has confirmed that he is leaving NBC’s “The Office” after next season. “I just think it’s time,” he told E! News on the red carpet for “Despicable Me,” the upcoming animated movie he provides a voice for. “I want to fulfill my contract. When I first signed on, I had a contract for seven seasons, and this coming year is my seventh. I just thought it was time for my character to go.” Fans might disagree, but Carell seems to think the show can go on without his clueless boss, Michael Scott. “It doesn’t certainly mean the end of the show,” he said. “I think it’s just a dynamic change to the show, which could be a good thing, actually. Add some new life and some new energy. … I see it as a positive in general for the show.” While Carell was a “Daily Show” correspondent and Will Ferrell’s weatherman sidekick in “Anchorman” prior to the 2005 premiere of the American “Office,” the ad-lib-heavy comedy made him a household name. His breakout movie role in “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” soon followed, and he’s had a string of big-screen work since, from “Little Miss Sunshine” to the upcoming “Dinner for Schmucks” with Paul Rudd . With his exit announcement, Carell expects things to be business as usual for the rest of the gang over at Dunder Mifflin. “I didn’t see it as a huge thing, and I certainly didn’t anticipate any sort of hubbub over it,” he said. “I’m just not going to extend my contract, but I didn’t see it as a huge deal. And the show is great, and the ensemble is so strong, and the writers are great, so it’s just one part of that ensemble drifting off. They’ve incorporated so many new characters and so many new, great story lines that I have no doubt it’ll continue as strong if not stronger than ever.” What do you think of Steve Carell’s exit from “The Office”? Let us know in the comments.
