Photo courtesy of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department Young Thug Turned Himself In Following Indictment On Felony Drug Possession Prosecutors are trying to keep rapper Young Thug locked up for good as he faces drug trafficking and possession charges, BOSSIP can reveal. Officials from the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion Sept. 11 to revoke Young Thug’s bond. Prosecutors from the DA’s Office are scheduled to appear in court Sept. 13 to argue why he should go back behind bars until his case is resolved. The flamboyant artist and his lawyer have also filed a motion for bond and will argue why he should go free while his case is pending. Young Thug- whose real name is Jeffery Williams – turned himself into the DeKalb County Sheriffs Department Sept. 11 after a Grand Jury indicted him on several counts of violating the state’s controlled substance act. Cops arrested the “Gain Clout” rapper last year during a traffic stop after they allegedly found a gun, hydrocodone, a generic form of Xanax, marijuana and codeine. He is still being held in the Dekalb County Jail, according to a Sheriff’s Department spokesperson. It’s not clear why the DA want’s the rapper to languish in the county jail, but it may have to do with the fact that he took almost two weeks to turn himself in after law enforcement issued a warrant for his arrest. We reached out to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, but a spokesperson declined to comment. Young Thug is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
Audrey Roloff may be the most loving mother in Hollywood. This is an impossible judgment to make, of course, but the point we want to make before delving into one troubling issue in regard to the ex-Little People, Big World star is this: She clearly cares a whole lot about her daughter. Just take one look at Audrey’s Instagram account and read a few words from her about Ember Jean and you’ll agree. Despite this indisputable point, a handful of Internet users are suddenly concerned about Ember’s safety. And this is why: It turns out that Roloff is a really bad driver! Just this past week, Audrey was pulled over and cited for “distracted driving” near her home in Oregon. According to the Washington County Police Department, officers busted Audrey on Wednesday, August 22, around 9:30 a.m. for using her cell phone while behind the wheel. She was issued a citation,” Detective Robert Rookhuÿzen told Radar Online, adding: “It’s illegal to operate a motor vehicle while using your mobile electronic device.” This has become the case in many states around the country. It makes sense from a safety standpoint, doesn’t it? Ember was not in the vehicle at the time of this incident, which Audrey spoke openly about on Instagram. She sounded a little bit defensive while doing so, too, we must admit, writing to fans: “If you are holding your phone while you’re driving, even if you’re talking on speaker phone, even if you’re dialing somebody’s [number]… “it doesn’t matter if you’re at a stoplight or if you’re just looking at your Google Maps to see where you’re going, you cannot pick up your phone while driving.” Audrey then explained that she now knows this from experience. “I’m telling you this because I have been in the car with lots of people who pick up their phone to type in an address for Google Maps, or change the song on Spotify, or answer a phone call, or dial the phone, even if they’re talking on speaker or Bluetooth,” she added. “I just thought I’d pop on here and remind you all, because I was reminded today how dangerous it is to pick up your phone even for a split second.” Meanwhile, in 2014, Audrey was also pulled over for violating the “basic speed rule,” accordingto Marion County Circuit Court documents obtained by Radar . She pled no contest at the time and the case was dismissed after she was ordered to pay $260 in fines. ALSO, however, Roloff was found guilty in 2010 “failure to obey traffic control device.” It is not totally clear what transpired in this case, but a judge ordered her the former reality star to undergo a medical assessment and she was forced to pay $120 in fines. Finally, in April of 2010, Roloff was issued a ticket for speeding. Taken on their own, each of these incidents is not a big deal. Even taken as a whole, they don’t exactly represent a menace to society. But Audrey does have at least some history of driving at least a bit recklessly and she is now a mother, so she does need to be extra careful and aware. That is all we’re saying. If convicted, she faces more than 40 years in federal prison. Federal prosecutor Sagar Ravi asked for a six-week adjournment so that the defense could review evidence in the case – including bank info and emails from three different accounts – as well as discuss possible plea deals. We know what you’re thinking — aren’t Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner already divorced ?! The answer, skeptical reader is no. No, they are not. And we imagine some folks — like, say, Ben’s longtime girlfriend Lindsay Shookus — are beginning to wonder why these two are so hesitant to pull the trigger. The official reason is that there have been delays with regard to the couple hammering out a mutually agreeable arrangement for custody of their three children. But that explanation doesn’t tell the whole story. Part of the reason the whole process has taken years instead of months is that Affleck and Garner nearly reconciled on several occasions. Even after Garner filed for divorce in 2016, she and Ben were spotted attending couple’s therapy session. These days, it seems they’ve fully made up their minds that they’re not right for each other. In fact, there have been rumors that Affleck would like to marry Shookus as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Ben and Jen have dragged their feet so long that they might soon be forced to start the whole process over from the beginning. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Affleck and Garner were recently cautioned that if they don’t act soon, their case will be thrown out of the system. “This is your third notice of case review,” the document states . “If you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the Court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution.” Turns out, even if you’re rich and famous, the courts won’t just keep your divorce petition in limbo forever while you figure out how to divide up the alpaca farm. Whatever happens next is sure to be at least mildly interesting. Either Ben and Jen get divorced, thus bringing our long national nightmare to an end — or they decide to drag things out even longer. If they opt for the latter, we can’t imagine Ben’s SNL producer girlfriend will be up for waiting around much longer. Unfortunately, her social media game sucks and I feel she already locked up a rich dude and because of that her Instagram game is weak. Anyway, she is two-bit Kate Upton. Kate is prettier and has personality. Plus the cat-daddy. I rest my case.
I don’t know who this chick is that’s trying to kiss Bella Thorne here, and I’m way too lazy to look it up. And who knows, maybe they’re just friends, but I’ve got my fingers crossed it means Bella finally ditched that loser douche she’s been dating . And if that’s the case, I can’t even be jealous. …OK, fine, maybe I’m a little jealous. Either way though, me and the Little Tuna definitely approve.
Looks like Nina Dobrev is still on that “work” trip of hers, because here she is hard at work dancing in a sombrero on a yacht and eating hamburgers in her bra. Earlier this week, the world learned that Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus had broken up after less than four months of dating. Rumored reasons for the split vary (Briana says Javi dumped her due to her desire for more plastic surgery; he insists that wasn't the case.), but at this point the breakup has been confirmed by both parties. The news wasn't terribly surprising as, frankly, no one expected these two to last this long. In fact, in the hours afrer word of the separation went public, many fans were less concerned with the “he said, she said” details, and more interested in what Javi's ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry, thought about the situation. Now, we finally have her long-awaited response… 1. Javiana At first, Javi and Briana’s relationship was viewed by fans as a revenge fling. But as the months went on, it began to look as though these two might be in it for the long haul. 2. Intensity in Two Cities From the start, Javi and Briana’s relationship faced a number of significant hurdles, not the least of which was the fact that he lives in Delaware, while she’s based out of Orlando. 3. The Kail Factor In the eyes of many TM2 fans, the biggest obstacle facing Bri and Javi was Marroquin’s ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry. But interestingly, Kail doesn’t seem to have stood in the couple’s way. In fact, she might be what brought them together. 4. Revenge Fantasy It’s widely believed that Bri began dating Javi in order to get under Kailyn’s skin. If that’s the case, it worked … at first.
