At first I thought Veronica Bielik was another Russian drone created by the government to conquer the USA, but upon further investigation, I believe she may be Polish. And if that is the case, she is safe to look at. On another note, she has a booty that just doesn’t make sense! Is it real or fake? Who knows! But it does look comfy enough to take a snooze on.
Earlier this week, we reported on the surprising news that Jon Gosselin had been granted custody of his con Collin after Kate Gosselin failed to show up for a hearing. Some took Kate’s absence as a sign that she’s throwing in the towel following a years-long court battle with her ex-husband. But those who have been following Kate closely throughout this ordeal will not be surprised to learn that the famously combative reality star has no intention of giving up the fight. In fact, it seems the only reason Kate wasn’t present in court is that she knew in advance that she had no shot at winning. This news comes to us courtesy of Radar Online, who reports today that the judge in Jon and Kate’s case has become fed up with the increasing nastiness between the exes and has taken a major step toward making the process run more smoothly. Radar reports that a guardian has been appointed to advocate for the couple’s eight children. The ad litem guardian has been described as “a high-profile female attorney” who is apparently not terribly sympathetic to Kate’s argument that Jon is a DJ and should thus never be allowed in the presence of children. (We kid, obviously, but that would be more compelling than some of Kate’s actual arguments.) The ad litem has reportedly been involved in the custody battle since August of 2017 and had previously awarded custody of Hannah Gosselin to Jon . “Once an ad litem was assigned, the judge ruled both Hannah and Collin should be in the custody of Jon,” a source close to the case tells Radar. Hannah moved in with Jon over the summer, a fact that he boasted about in a video posted on social media. “She permanently lives with me,” Jon told the camera. The other six Gosselin children continue to live with Kate. Sources familiar with the case say that Jon’s ultimate goal is to attain full physical custody of all eight of his children. Kate, of course, will continue to fight him on that front, while the rest of will continue to wonder how one supports eight kids on a DJ’s salary.
Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty Beyoncé launched a copyright infringement lawsuit two years ago against a Texas clothing line that used her name to hawk products. It appears now that both sides are working on a settlement in the matter. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Beyoncé is requesting a hearing scheduled for November 1 to be adjourned. The singer explains, “The parties have met and conferred regarding settlement and are currently involved in advanced negotiations that the parties anticipate will resolve this matter shortly.” Beyoncé says she does not expect the case with the owners of Feyonce to go to trial after all. The settlement talks come just weeks after a federal judge shut down the pop superstar by denying her motion for an injunction against Feyonce, in the case that has dragged on for years. The outlet adds that the judge in the matter does not freely accept Beyoncé’s assertion that people buying Feyonce products would be confused by the two brands and assume she has anything to do with endorsing those products. The Feyonce owners say they never once used images of the singer, nor have they attempted to frame themselves as connected to that brand. The two sides are set to lay out their terms in court on November 15. — Photo: Getty

Source: Mitch Haaseth / Getty Tonight’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder finds Annalise in the thick of her Nate Sr appeal case. It’s not looking too good right now, especially when the court throws a wrench in their plans. They find out that Nate Jr is being called to the stand as a surprise witness, something they weren’t prepared for. The thing is, Nate wrote a letter, when he was a kid, saying that he felt safer with his father behind bars. Nate claims he doesn’t even remember writing the letter and no longer feels that way, but that obviously doesn’t go over well in court, so Annalise and her students have to work in overdrive to figure out how to come out on top. Meanwhile, Bonnie is spiraling because Nate dug up a whole lot of trauma. She heads to Nate’s house to ask why he did what he did. In her mind, he meant to do her dirty, but we know that Nate is a genuinely good guy and he did a very naive thing. He explains that he did what he did because he thought it would help but Bonnie reminds him that he just triggered her all over again. She tried to kill herself over that situation and managed to get past it but now she’s going to have to try to build herself back up again. Nate wants to try to make it better but there’s nothing he can do at this point. Eventually, we find Annalise and Nate together kicking it and discussing the case. Nate said he lied on the stand and that he did actually remember writing the letter. Again, he was a kid when he wrote it, stressed out and angry with his father. When he saw the cops taking his father away he was upset and felt like the cops were the good guys and his dad wasn’t and he wanted to be like the cops. It’s clear that he feels terrible about that decision and he’s stressed about what his testimony did to the case but Annalise reminds him who tf she is! She took her appeals case to the supreme court and won. Do you think she’s going to lose in Philly? Nah! It’s going to be hard because the governor has a vendetta against her for doing this in the first place, and even sends a psychologist who worked with Nate Sr. years ago to testify and to poke holes in the insanity defense. Little did the psych know is that Michaela convinced Asher to dig up some dirt on him and basically, it’s clear that he works for the governor’s office so of course, he’s on the stand saying what’s necessary to stay in his boss’ good graces. His entire testimony gets thrown out because Annalise ain’t playing no games! Then Nate Sr. takes the stand and hold that thought… Bonnie ends up telling her boyfriend, Ronald, everything that happened in her childhood, and about her getting pregnant at 15 and now learning that her son might be alive. After hearing all of that he still wants to be with her and she is a wreck, but he consoles her and they come up with a plan. Hold that thought. The jury finally reaches a verdict and all of Annalise’s fierce fighting (and her students too) pays off. The jury’s verdict is not guilty by reason of insanity. Annalise’s poster case a victory. This. Is. A. Big. Deal. His father will be transferred to a suitable psychiatric facility. Nate Sr. and Nate Jr. have a beautiful moment in the courtroom where they hug it out and exchange forgiveness. Annalise talks to the press about how dope she is, Laurel lets Frank know that she knows he has been stalking Gabe for something a lot deeper than just researching Annalise’s students but we’ll have to wait for the answer. Finally, the episode wraps with Bonnie and Ron going to see her sister and then we cut back to the wedding. Connor looking for Oliver but he finds Asher going down on his mom. Ew! Two more episodes until we find out who died at the wedding. RELATED POSTS ‘HTGAWM’ Recap: If [Redacted] Dies, We Riot ‘HTGAWM’ Recap: Nate Digs Up Another Bone From Bonnie’s Graveyard Of Secrets
It’s been five months since Bill Cosby was found guilty of raping Andrea Constand in 2004. Today, a sentencing hearing for the disgraced comedy legend began, and while it looks increasingly likely that Cosby will go to prison for his crimes, many feel that the 81-year-old will likely escape with a much lighter sentence than he deserves. In a Pennsylvania courtroom today, prosecutor Kevin Steele implored a sentencing judge to throw the book at Cosby with 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for the crime of drugging and sexually assaulting Constand. “This is about a person who put himself in a situation of being a mentor,” Steele told the court. “We know he had other intentions right from the beginning: What he saw in Andrea the first time he laid eyes on her, what his plan was,” he continued. “He used his fame. He doesn’t recognize that it’s wrong to drug somebody and sexually assault them.” Those present in the courtroom described Steele as “very emotional” noting that the prosecutor was “almost crying” during his closing statements. Cosby’s victim also addressed the court, providing a brief statement in what one observer described as a clear, unemotional voice: “I have testified, I have given you my victim impact statement. You heard me, the jury heard me and Mr. Cosby heard me,” Constand said. “All I’m asking for is justice as the court sees fit.” Sentencing has been delayed until at least Tuesday due to the absence of a defense witness who was unable to testify today, but we already have a rough idea of what’s in store for Cosby. While the TV personality who was once dubbed “America’s dad” could face up to 30 years in prison, the judge in his case informed the courtroom today that Cosby will not serve a sentence of longer than three years. Sources connected to the case are said to be outraged by the judge’s determination and believe it to be the result of the defense’s assertion that Cosby is too old and infirm to represent a threat to the public. We will have further details on this developing story as more information becomes available. View Slideshow: Bill Cosby Sex Scandal: What Led to His Arrest
Getty Images Man Sentenced To Over 100 Years For Impregnating 10-Year-Old A man in Indiana was found guilty of molesting a 10-year-old girl multiple times, which eventually led to her becoming pregnant. Now, he had been sentenced to more than 100 years in prison. 34-year-old Nicholas Deon Thrash was sentenced to 160 years in jail with a minimum service of 132 years, FOX59 Indianapolis reported, citing the Grant County prosecutor. Thrash was found guilty of 10 counts of child molestation during his trial last month, the station reported. The victim was not named, but testified in court that Thrash had molested her at least 15 times. After just over an hour of deliberation, a Grant County jury convicted Nicholas Deon Thrash. The girl’s grandmother told Indiana news station WISH-TV back in May 2017, when Thrash was initially charged, that he was someone the whole family knew and trusted. “(The victim) was foremost in our mind during this case,” Grant County Prosecutor Jim Luttrull said. “We appreciate an enormous amount of people … who offered their assistance to the victim, for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and all the work they provided in the case.” The girl’s mother is also facing charges relating to the case, which include neglect and aiding in child molesting and assisting a criminal, according to reports from Marion-based newspaper the Chronicle-Tribune . The young girl’s mother reportedly discovered the pregnancy as her daughter was trying on dresses for a school dance, which is when she instructed her to say a classmate impregnated her, not the 34-year-old family friend. Some reports allege that Thrash was the boyfriend of the victim’s mother. The Chronicle-Tribune reports that, in his testimony, Thrash said he did not deny that he was the father of the baby but maintained he never molested the victim. Instead, he claimed that the victim’s mother, his girlfriend Jennifer Lynn Hand, had inseminated the victim using his sperm. Prosecutors told FOX59 that the girl, after having recently turned 11, gave birth to a boy in September 2017. Thrash remained in the Grant County Jail as of Thursday.
It's only been two months since Bristol Palin joined the cast of Teen Mom: OG , but it seems the daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is already looking to move on from the show. We suppose it shouldn't come as a huge shock that Bristol doesn't feel much in the way of loyalty toward her employers, given that her mother just up and quit being in charge of a whole ginormous state in the middle of a term. It seems the apple really didn't fall far from the tree in this case, and like her famous mom, Bristol believes she's destined for TV mega-stardom. Of course, it's anyone's guess as to why she thinks that, as thus far audiences have been as indifferent toward Bristol as they are toward Sarah. The Palins seem to have a distorted view of just how fascinating the rest of the world finds them, and in Bristol's case, that egomania is resulting in some intense conflicts with her Teen Mom bosses and co-stars … 1. Back In Action After spending some time away from the spotlight, Bristol is returning to public life in a huge way — with a starring role on one of TV’s most popular reality shows. 2. Big Shoes to Fill When the time came to replace Farrah Abraham, TMOG producers reportedly felt pressured to do something big. 3. Times Have Changed The original girls (the OGs, if you will) were unknowns when the show started, but now they’re full-blown stars with millions of social media followers. Unless the new additions to the case existed on a similar plane of popularity, they would likely be viewed as disappointments. 4. All-Star Casting So it was that Morgan J. Freeman and company focused on two established talents — The Challenge star Cheyenne Floyd, and Bristol Palin, who was once the most famous teen mom in the country. 5. Big Bucks Bristol Production insiders say Bristol is already being paid more than any of her co-stars, and it looks as thought the investment is not paying off for producers. 6. A Little Late What the top brass at MTV failed to consider is that Bristol’s fame peaked ten years ago, a time when much of the current TMOG audience was in elementary school, and thus, generally indifferent toward matters of national politics. A s the murder trial for Jason Van Dyke for killing 17-year-old Laquan McDonald gets underway in Chicago, prosecutors and defense lawyers are arguing over jury selection. Specifically, prosecutors have reportedly claimed that African Americans are being excluded from the jury. RELATED: Chicago Cop Who Killed Laquan McDonald Finally Faces Justice So far, the trial has only one African-American juror, who was chosen Wednesday (Sept. 12). The juror is a Black woman who appears to be in her 50s and works at Fed-Ex, according to the Chicago Tribune . However, half of the jury is white, while three are Latino, one Black and one person of Asian descent. In a case that has produced national unrest and dialogues over police brutality being motivated by racial bias, communities of color are watching this trial. Racial tensions surfaced during jury selection in the murder trial of Chicago police Officer Jason Van Dyke Wednesday as prosecutors accused the defense of systematically removing black people — and the defense accused prosecutors of booting whites. https://t.co/tSYGZ6k31g pic.twitter.com/RNVNbEnvRv — Chicago Tribune (@chicagotribune) September 13, 2018 A conviction rests on a jury or judge in the case, with the defenses also able to choose a bench trial before the swearing-in of a 12th juror. As of now, prosecutors have focused on jury selection, saying that African Americans are being systemically kept away from the case. Defense lawyers struck Black jurors from the case during two trial days, the Tribune reported. Defense lawyers have disputed the prosecutors’ argument, creating a counter-narrative that white men have been booted from the jury. Activists and communities of color have protested for justice for McDonald, pushing for a trial which could lead to a first-degree murder conviction for Van Dyke. The former Chicago Police Department officer fatally shot McDonald 16 times in 2014, and cops released the shooting video in 2015 after a court order. The CPD faced allegations of covering up the shooting, with their account contradicting what dashboard camera video showed was McDonald trying to walk away from Van Dyke. The former officer is on trial for six counts of first-degree murder, 16 counts of aggravated battery and one count of official misconduct in McDonald’s death.
