Man Snatches Mic From News Reporter And Screams “I’m That N__ga!” On Live TV SMH. A North Carolina man is facing assault charges for bum rushing a news reporter on live TV, grabbing her microphone and shouting the n-word into the camera. WMBF-TV reporter Ashley Taylor was giving a live report about crime rates in Myrtle Beach on Wednesday when Justin Moore, 20, of Charlotte, rushed in front of the camera, snatched her microphone and shouted, “I’m that n—–!” The broadcast quickly ended, and Moore, was arrested just a few moments later, WMBF reported. Moore was charged with third degree assault and battery, and released from jail Thursday afternoon on $1,400 bond. Taylor was not hurt and returned to work on Thursday, the station said. In a follow up report, Taylor said the incident taught her to be better aware of her surroundings and the importance of victim’s advocates. Source More On Bossip! WTF !?!?!?!? A New Zealand mother of eight has died after drinking 10 liters of Coca-Cola a day, a coroner’s investigation heard. Natasha Harris, 30, suffered a cardiac arrest that her partner believes was brought on by her massive soft drink intake. Harris, from the southern city of Invercargill, was vomiting six times a week in the months leading up to her sudden death in February 2010, but she attributed it to stress. The mom would become moody, irritable and have no energy without her daily dose of Coke, but the family did not suspect her habit was to blame, the Otago Daily Times reported. Her partner, Chris Hodgkinson, told Otago-Southland coroner David Crerar Wednesday that Harris guzzled at least 10 liters a day. “The first thing she would do in the morning was have a drink of Coke and the last thing she would do in the day was have a drink of Coke by her bed,” he said. “I never thought about it. It’s just a soft drink, just like drinking water. I didn’t think a soft drink was going to kill her.” Pathologist Dr. Dan Mornin told the court it was likely Harris had severe hypokalemia — a lack of potassium in the blood — brought on by her excessive consumption of soda. He said she died from cardiac arrhythmia, and that her soft drink habit, along with poor nutrition and too much caffeine, contributed to her death. Crerar has yet to determine a cause of death. In a statement to The Southland Times newspaper, a Coca-Cola representative said that “grossly excessive ingestion of any food product, including water” could be harmful. “We believe that all foods and beverages can have a place in a balanced and sensible diet combined with an active lifestyle,” the statement added. Via TMZ : Ray J is taking a 5-figure beating in court — because a judge has ordered the singer to pay more than $26,000 … after allegedly blowing off a radio appearance in South Carolina back in 2010. The SC station — called Cox Radio — originally sued Ray J, claiming it paid him $20,000 to MC at a local event for a couple hours … then attend a meet-and-greet with fans for another 30 minutes. But according to the lawsuit, Ray blew the entire thing off — and absconded with the money. A South Carolina judge ruled in favor of Cox radio because Ray never showed up, awarding it $25,100 — but Ray didn’t pay, so Cox took the judgment to Ray’s primary state of residence … California. Alton L. Hayes III, 18, of Oak Park, and a 15-year-old Chicagoan — both black — walked up behind the 19-year-old victim and pinned his arms to his side early Tuesday, police said. Hayes then picked up a large tree branch, pointed it at the man and said, “Empty your pockets, white boy.” They rifled through his pockets, threw him to the ground and punched him in the head and back “numerous times,” police said. They ran off, but officers sent to the scene spotted them and arrested them. After he was arrested, Hayes told police he was upset by the racially charged Trayvon Martin case in Florida and beat the man because he was white, Cook County state’s attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton said, citing court records. Hayes was charged with attempted robbery, aggravated battery and a hate crime, all felonies. He was ordered held on $80,000 bond and remained in Cook County Jail on Friday.
