Lindsay Lohan: Prosecutor to Push For Jail Time After Community Service Fail

If you’re not already sitting down, take a seat and brace yourself for news that’s sure to rock your world: Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law. We know…you’re shocked. No, but seriously, everyone’s favorite freckly trainwreck could legitimately be facing jail time. And this isn’t like the time Lohan went to jail for three hours . We’re talking serious, getting-drunk-on-toilet-tank-wine-and-earning-a-colorful-prison-nickname hard time. And it’s all because she’s a terrible liar… You see, back in 2012, Lindsay caused a car accident and lied about it to police. She got busted because – like we said – she sucks at lying. She got off with a slap on the wrist, as she always does and was sentenced to community service. Last month, Lindsay lied about her community service and – you guessed it! – got caught. Lindsay was given additional time to prove that she met the requirements, but she has yet to provide the documents the judge requested. She’s due back in court on Wednesday, and at least one insider says it doesn’t look good for LiLo: “[The prosecutor] is expected to ask Judge Richard Stone to terminate Lindsay’s probation and will recommend she serve jail time due to lack of transparency regarding the completion of community service hours,” says the source. Yeah, that sounds bad. Let’s cross our fingers and hope they toss her in the same big house as Teresa Giudice, and prison officials allow reality show cameras inside. Lindsay Lohan Partying Photos 1. Lindsay Lohan: Prosecutor to Push for Prison Time?!

Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to trouble, but she may be in deeper than usual this time. We learned yesterday that Lohan is scrambling to complete her community service in order to avoid being locked up. She reportedly has until Wednesday to finish 15 hours of service that were supposed to have been completed by November. The slap on the wrist sentence stems from a 2012 car accident in which Lindsay slammed into an 18-wheeler  with no explanation.  Now, Radar Online is reporting that Lindsay may find herself locked up if she doesn’t figure out a way to complete her service hours today, as the prosecutor in her case is reportedly recommending jail time for the troubled actress. “She deserves to go to jail for the complete lack of respect she shows the system,” a source close to the case tells Radar.  The court is said to be especially irritated by the fact that Lindsay has spent the past week carousing in Europe, rather than serving her hours. “Of course she was partying in Paris. That is her life,” says the insider. Lindsay contracted an untreatable virus known as Chinkungunya during a recent vacation and she’s been using that as an excuse, but the court is reportedly not buying it.  Lindsay is not actually required to be in court tomorrow, but she may show up to plead her case. Lindsay Lohan: Looking Thin and Frail Following Illness?

Last week, Lindsay Lohan contracted a virus known as Chikungunya. Lohan was on vacation in French Polynesia when she contracted the untreatable, mosquito-borne pathogen which can be fatal in some cases. Remarkably, less than one week later, Lindsay seems to have recovered. She hit the town on New Year’s Eve and posted several Instagram pics of herself partying in Manhattan. However, some folks who have scrutinized Linday’s latest selfies say that the actress’ brush with illness appears to have taken a toll. Some fans have pointed out that Lindsay looks thinner than usual in the above pics, leading to speculation that the illness was more serious than LiLo let on. In the past, Lindsay’s weight loss has been blamed on substance abuse, but she claims to be clean and sober these days.  Even when properly treated, Chikungunya can linger in the body for several weeks, but the initial fever generally only lasts a couple days. Thus, many have suggested that Lindsay might be sicker than she realizes and should probably be home in bed rather than hitting up NYC hot spots. Though her recent stint on the London stage went better than expected Lindsay was “too ill” to perform on at least one occasion. At the time, she was accused of faking it, and now we’re starting to hope that was the case. Remember when Lindsay Lohan moved to London so she could party privately without the tabloids tracking her every move? Well, it’s not turning out so well, because much like herself, Lindsay’s friends love drugs and will therefore sell stories about her at bargain rates. Sadly, we wouldn’t be surprised. “Lindsay is of course still partying,” a friend of Lohan’s tells Radar Online. “She never won’t use drugs and drink. Right now she is on a lot of Ecstasy and Molly  because with the psych meds she is on, if she’s tested, it will only show up as amphetamine, which is prescribed to her so it’s ‘safe.'” That’s right, in addition to her recreational self-medication, Lindsay swallows a fistful of prescribed anti-psychotics every day. Sounds safe: Radar reports that Lindsay is currently taking Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft and Trazodone to treat a variety of physical and mental ailments.  In addition, of course, she still loves her party pills: “I saw Lindsay rolling on Molly when we were at Coachella,” says a friend. “She really doesn’t hide it and everyone close to her knows she’s still using.” Rolling on Molly?! Kid Gives Nonsense Test Answer, Gets An A

We’ve all been there. We’ve poured our blood, sweat, and tears into an assignment, handed it in, and received it back from the teacher with nary a comment about all of our hard work. A simple grade scribbled in the corner with absolutely zero pomp and circumstance. The little trumpet sounds in our head: WAH WAH WAAAAAAAAH. It’s like…it’s like THEY DIDN’T EVEN READ IT! One enterprising young man decided to put that theory to the test. Literally.  During the essay portion of a test about Shakespeare, the young man rambled on nearly incoherently for an entire paragraph about Sprite and words that rhyme with “time.”  He got an A-. It might be time for this professor to call it a day. At least this kid was smart about his answers and performed his little experiment on purpose. Here comes the bride… many weeks earlier than previously reported? With the Kimye wedding in supposedly scheduled for May 24 in France, sources now tell TMZ that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West could be getting hitched a lot earlier than expected. As in, THIS WEEK! Before you start freaking out over what the Kim Kardashian wedding dress will look like, however, the insiders say this week’s affair will simply be a legal one. Kim and Kanye have actually obtained a wedding license already, but are keeping this private ceremony a secret from nearly all their loved ones. It will be small, it will be intimate and it will probably take place inside a courthouse It won’t interfere with their plans to seriously blow things up in Paris next month, either. Fans can still look forward to plenty of photos and videos from a lavish wedding next month, but it will make things easier on the couple to get the legal paperwork over with in the United States first. Anyone who knows Lindsay Lohan figured a relapse was in her near future after her reality show was canceled by Oprah . What’s surprising fans, however, is how soon Lindsay went back to the bottle as well her total lack of concern for who knows that she’s partying again. Lindsay Lohan Partying Photos Open Slideshow 1. Lindsay still lies about her drinking  when she’s sitting down for a TV interview, but she seems to have no qualms about exposing her own hard-partying lifestyle online. Some of her Instagram followers have become fed up with Lohan’s double life and they’ve taken to calling Lindsay out for pics in which she’s clearly under the influence. “Thanks for being a disappointment to those of us continuing in our road to sobriety,” wrote one user under a photo in which Lohan was posed near a highball glass with a glassy look in her eyes. “Hope the next bottom is isn’t the end of the road for ya.” Other fans got even more specific in their indictments. Several zeroed in on a photo in which Lindsay had her held tilted back and commented that they could see cocaine in her nose.  While none of the pictures offer any hard evidence, Lindsay does appear inebriated in several posts, and at the very least she seems a bit too comfortable hanging out at boozy gatherings for someone who’s so fresh from rehab. It was fans who blew her in after Lindsay got drunk at Coachella at now it seems they’re exposing her again on Instagram.
