Saxe’s extracurricular activities on his never-ending quest to get Ghost earned him a well-deserved suspension from Warner. Keisha got scared out the game by Tommy’s former goons 2-Bit and Spank, so Tommy took her and Cash to the burbs. Despite Ghost and Tommy’s best efforts to show Riq that drug game isn’t for him, Tasha decides the best way to reach him is to make him Ghost 2.0. Dre somehow once again escapes the clutches of death and kills a Power OG, Black Grimace. This week’s episode has all of the Power players making deals and backstabbing each other in the process. Dre Presses Saxe Unsucessfuly, Ghost Won’t Help Him Source: Power / Starz N o one in the history of television has been luckier than Dre. This guy finds himself in the most absurd situations and still manages to find a way out of them. The episode opens up with Dre popping up on a rather dingy looking Saxe who is currently on suspension from his job. Dre wants the ankle monitor. Saxe put on him taken off immediately, and Saxe agrees to do so if he has any information on Ghost or Tommy. Dre is not willing to make any more trades, so Saxe shuts down his very forceful request and keeps it moving. Dre calls Ghost after his unsuccessful encounter with Saxe. James asks him about his whereabouts and why Tommy showed up to the meeting with Jason and not him? Dre reveals that Tommy’s goons scooped him up and that Saxe put an ankle monitor on him. In order not to compromise Jason, he decided not to show up with the monitoring device on him. He suggests that they take out Saxe, but Ghost was like nah. The aspiring businessman tells him to stay away from him as long he is “chipped up,” the deal is off and issues a stern warning to Dre telling him, “I’m not playing with you, boy.” Oh, woe is Dre, what is he to do now? Tate Has A Hot Mic Moment, Ramona Hints At Ghost’s Political Ambitions Source: Power / Starz T ate saw his adventures in the bedroom with Derek’s wife, Cassandra land him in some serious trouble. With help from his fixer Ramona and Ghost, he managed to salvage the situation. But that would turn out to be the least of his problems. Tate has always come dangerously close to trying Jame’s self- restraint, not knowing just how conniving and dastardly the former drug dealer is. Well, he finally learned the hard way in this episode. While prepping for a debate with his opponent Tate, Ramona hints at the idea of James running on his ticket, but Tate quickly shuts that idea down, claiming the white folks upstate wouldn’t care to see two Black men running together. He happens to overhear his white opponent, considering bringing on someone of color to battle the complaints of zero people of color working in Albany. Right on cue, Ghost walks in with Derek much to the dismay of Tate. The councilman wants to know why Derek is there, and Ghost tells him only to help him handle questions about the Queens Child Project. After the bribe, Tate’s mic magically comes on, and the crowd hears him berating Ghost, his opponent, and voters. Ramona and Tate quickly regroup and put their heads together and try to figure out how they are going to fix this mess. They both agree to appease Tate’s constituents; the best idea will be for a photo op with Ghost and recommitment to the local neighborhoods. He asks Riq if he is holding and even searches his bookbag for some contraband. Riq decides to do some snooping and utilizes the old credit card trick his former mentor Kanan taught him. While going through the teacher’s desk, he discovers the educator is struggling to pay his bills and plus his family was involved in a vast Ponzi scheme. Riq heads home to tell his mom, aka his new tutor, on the drug game about new revelation, and she is intrigued. Saxe is currently still working on all of the angles he has. The suspended District Attorney even pays a visit to Tamieka, who was fired by Warner earlier in the season. He is seeking advice and help from his former boss. Saxe even stops by Riq’s new school and interrogates the young St.Patrick but gets nothing out of him. He also stopped by Keisha’s new home to try to convince her to flip on Tommy but was very unsuccessful. Now keep all these moves in your mind cause they will come back to haunt him. His final move was to stop at Blanca’s house to present what he has found out while doing his unauthorized investigative work. We learn that Blanca is married… to a woman, much to the delight of Saxe, his love for lesbian couples will be touched on in a few. Blanca really doesn’t care to see Saxe and gives him five minutes to make his case to her as to why she should even entertain him. He reveals that Keisha’s name is on the deed for the house along with Tommy, which makes her either an accomplice at the very least complicit. Blanca reveals the Keisha was a witness in her case to find Raymond Jone’s killer, and she invites Saxe inside to show him something very interesting. Blanca shows the surveillance photo of Riq picking up Kanan’s ashes, adding more intrigue to the growing case against the St.Patricks. Blanca agrees to work with Saxe again cause she wants to see the “bad guys” in jail. As a token of their new partnership, he gives her the serial number for Dre’s tracking device so she can find him. Blanca wastes no time either and immediately locates Dre and questions him. She discovers from Dre that Kanan was DC in the night Ray Ray was killed, debunking Tasha’s alibi that Kanan was at the penthouse that night. Dre also drops the bombshell that he gave Riq the information where he can find Raina’s killer. Of course, this information doesn’t come cheap, Dre wants Blanca to help him get back at Saxe for what he did to his daughter and get the ankle monitor removed. She agrees to both conditions before leaving. Next on Blanca’s list is Keisha. Accompanied by a Child Protection Service’s agent, Blanca pulls over Keisha and Cash after she picked her son up from school. Threatening to throw her son into the system, Keisha is forced into signing a cooperation deal with Blanca to prevent that from happening. With Keisha now flipped, she promises to put her and Cash in witness protection. Blanca then stops by Truth to put some pressure on Ghost but doesn’t really get anything out of him, but he’s a pro and doesn’t buckle under the influence. James does learn some interesting tidbits, which he will speak to Tasha about later. Blanca notices the glass he left on the bar, and she takes it to get it tested and discovers a 50% DNA match linking Riq to Ray Ray’s murder. She reveals that she is looking into Riq’s alibi and points out she found a blood drop at Ray Ray’s flop that they believe belongs to Riq. Tasha, of course, can’t fathom the idea of her boy in prison, hence why it’s absolutely ridiculous she is teaching him how to sell drugs. Since Keisha is scared to talk to him, Ghost tells Tasha that she needs to have a face-to-face conversation with her ex-bestie. Tasha finally arrives at Keisha’s house and catches her while she is frantically packing, preparing to go into witness protection. Keisha tries her best to convince Tasha that she will not snitch and that she only did what she did to protect her son. Plus, Keisha doesn’t want to end up like Holly did. Tasha grabs her car keys and tells her she cannot allow her to leave the house and that they will wait for Tommy to come back. Tasha catches Keisha glancing at her bag where she put the gun Tommy gave her and the two race to grab the weapon. A struggle ensues, and while this is all going on, Tommy and Cash are at the mall ring shopping. Looks like Tommy is dead set on making Keisha his boo forever and has the approval of her son. Back at the house, the struggle for gun continues, which ends with Keisha getting shot during the fight. A struggle ensues, and while this is all going on, Tommy and Cash are at the mall ring shopping. Looks like Tommy is dead set on making Keisha his boo forever and has the approval of her son. Back at the house, the struggle for gun continues, which ends with Keisha getting shot during the fight. While on the floor, Keisha begs for her life, but Tasha is looking out for herself, Riq, Ghost, and Tommy and shoots Keisha in the head. Tasha grabs the papers Keisha signed and runs out of the house, we are confused as to why she did all of this not wearing any gloves. On Monday night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules , there was a good deal of talk about James Kennedy’s drinking problem . And while it certainly seems as though James has some serious issues with the sauce, it’s important to bear two things in mind: 1. As Brittany Cartwright so aptly observed, dude is a colossal douche even when he’s stone sober, and 2. He’s certainly not the only former SUR staffer who gets a little ornery when he’s had a few too many. For example, at this point, Stassi Schroeder’s tendency to get hammered and flip the f-ck out on her loved ones at her birthday parties is such an established pattern that it’s become a running joke among the cast. Of course, it’s the sort of thing that’s funny when you look back on it a year later, but painful for everyone involved (including Stassi) in the direct aftermath. This week’s installment of Vanderpump was bookended by Stassi meltdowns, but to be fair, she may have been at least partially sober and not totally at fault for the second one. The episode started off with the fallout from Stassi’s weird Game of Thrones /Christmas-themed 30th birthday bash — which ended with her going off on boyfriend Beau Clark , who decided to party a while longer rather than joining Stassi in bed at her command. “I’m really sorry,” a sobbing Schroeder told Clark the day after her boozed-up tirade. “It was like you d*ck punched my heart,” Clark responded. “I don’t want to do that with you. I don’t want to be mean,” said Stassi, clearly devastated by her own behavior. “I don’t know. I’m so f–king concerned that you’re going to leave me because of the way that I act … I’m a d**k. I’m an erect d**k,” she cried. Calling yourself a limp d-ck would probably be a worse self-burn, but we see Stassi’s point. “I’m not going to find something like him again I just have to be really careful not to screw it up,” she later said in a confessional segment. Stassi was able to patch things up with Beau, much to the delight of her mother … who proceeded to shine a big bright spotlight on Stassi’s psychological issues by shaming her daughter for nearly driving Beau away. “I don’t want you to be yourself and mess it up. I’m hoping he’s a strong enough guy to go the distance,” Dayna complained after loudly griping that Stassi “hasn’t frozen her eggs yet.” The situation later led to Stassi storming away from a group dinner and confessing that she fears ending up like her hard-partying mom. “Sometimes I get this victim mentality and freak out like my mom. And I’m scared that one day that’s going to be me,” she wept. Booze plays a big role in just about every non-competitive reality show, but it’s possible that no show on TV has such a problematic relationship with the sauce as Vanderpump . It’s not just that the SUR staff knocks back more hard stuff than the cast of Mad Men , it’s the fact that several of them have basically begged for help, and their pleas consistently fall on deaf ears. The severity of the situation is not lost on the entire cast, as Lala Kent recently revealed that she’s now sober after “losing [herself]” in the LA club scene. As terrible as James is, the rest of the cast should have at least attempted an intervention before booting him out of the group. Last night’s episode featured a scene in which Stassi broke plates while screaming about her drinking problem in a rage room. When your inability to handle your booze pisses you off as much as sky-high rents in LA, it might be time for your friends to step in. F ormer First Lady Michelle Obama took several swipes at President Donald Trump —to the delight of many. Obama’s memoir, “Becoming,” was released on Tuesday, and she’s been making the rounds to promote the book. She slams the president for promoting the “birther” conspiracy theory that questioned whether her husband, President Barack Obama , was born in the United States. “The whole [birther] thing was crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed. But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks. What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington? What if that person went looking for our girls? Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family’s safety at risk. And for this I’d never forgive him,” she writes. The great mystery of the 21st century has finally been solved. We know who did it. We know who bit Beyonce. For the past several days, social media has been stopped in its tracks as users across the country analyzed one section of an interview Tiffany Haddish gave to GQ. In the cover story, the popular comedian and actress told a story about how she was at a party late last year when an unnamed female celebrity went up to Beyonce and took a small chunk out of her chin. Maybe not a chunk , per se, but teeth most definitely met flesh, according to Haddish. “There was this actress there, that’s just, like, doing the mostest,” Haddish said, implying in her own way that this woman was wasted, prior to adding: “She bit Beyonce in the face.” Wait… what?!? Elaborated Haddish, much to the delight of readers everywhere: “So Beyonce stormed away, went up to Jay-Z, and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This b-tch—’ and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. “I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this bitch just bit Beyonce?” Once Haddish got confirmation that Bey that the bite really did take place, she was prepared to throw the eff down. “I was like, ‘She gonna get her ass beat tonight,'” explained the Girls Trip star, adding: “She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.’” Haddish refused to identity the biter, however. Chrissy Teigen went on Twitter and claimed to know who it was… but also remained mum. However, Page Six claims to have solved the conundrum. It was Sanaa Lathan, reports that newspaper column. Multiple sources tell The New York Post that the Love & Basketball star had been chatting with Jay-Z at a D’Usse VIP party backstage after his gig in Los Angeles last December. When Beyonce stepped in, Lathan playfully bit her on the chin. That’s apparently the whole story. “It was a big thing in the moment at the party, everyone was talking about how anyone would dare to do that,” a witness from the event told Page Six. Well, yeah. Who the heck would bite Beyonce?!? Not me, Lathan claimed via Twitter on Tuesday. “Y’all are funny,” she wrote at the time. “Under no circumstance did I bite Beyoncé and if I did it would be a love bite.” We’re pretty sure that second comment canceled out the first. And we’re pretty sure it was an admission by Lathan, too. She has not yet commented on this Page Six report, but she can expect to hear plenty from the Beyhive tonight, tomorrow and, let’s face it, for the rest of her life. The 2016 MTV VMAs were a bit weird. We didn't have a host, for example, and it resulted in a clunky program that felt thrown together. There's also a good chance Key & Peele ruined their careers forever with that half-assed opening segment. That said, there were a lot of memorable moments during the MTV extravaganza. To wit… 1. Kanye Said WHAT?!? He referenced Amber Rose. And Taylor Swift. And Ray J! Click above to see what we mean. 2. It’s Britney, Bitch! Britney returned to the VMA stage and it was a delight. She may have been down, but she’s finally back. As always, she lip synced her way through her performance, but with such an energetic dance routine, it’s kind of obvious why. Who would have thought Britney would ever return to the VMA stage? Not us. 3. Love for Rihanna? Drake went all out in his glowing speech about Rihanna when presenting her with an award. “She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22-years-old,” Drake admitted, before leaning in for a kiss. Rihanna looked super shy and the two of them hugged it out. 4. Ryan Lochte’s Apology Jimmy Fallon has always been great when he acts like a celebrity. You can only imagine his delight when he got to act as Ryan Lochte. It was full of zingers. Michael Phelps even enjoyed it. His best moment was when he addressed which video was best. “I couldn’t tell you even if there was a gun to my head.” 5. Rihanna’s Long Ass Show Rihanna fans were treated to four performances from the superstar. Four is a bit much, but they were all very great performances and she didn’t stop to cry half way through. Who knew Rihanna would essentially perform her current tour at the VMAs? 6. Ariana & Nicki’s Workout Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj performed their new song at the VMAs. On VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Season 3 Episode 2 Monday night, Ray J’s love life continued to be the subject of much fascination. Despite Wapping that without protection, he’s pissed about the pregnancy and claims he’s not the father. She demands a paternity test. Beyond that, on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 3 Episode 2, Masika was paid a visit by her ever-so-nice friends Moniece and Nia. A dramatic visit, to put it mildly. Masika asks Moniece about why she put Princess Love on blast; Moniece says beefed with Princess at Mendeecees and Yandy’s wedding. Princess didn’t like it that Moniece was calling Ray J “Raymond,” to which Moniece said: “Bitch, I f–ked your man and yeah, I liked it!” As always, classy. For her part, Princess has mixed it up with Teairra Mari in the past, and now she’s ready to throw down Moniece, it appears. Hard core. After Moniece told the world that she hit it with Ray J first , Princess says Ray J told her that they boned once at a party when she was 19. “Yes, Moniece. You got fucked by Ray J. Who the fuck cares? You want a fucking cookie? The bitch is not relevant,” Princess states. “Ray doesn’t even remember when it happened. Or maybe he’s just trying to make himself forget. I would too,” she continues. “She needs to go on somewhere before I slap them big-ass, tired-ass bags off her eyes and smack that smirk off her face.” Later, with the provocation of the ever-messy Teiarra Mari, Moniece disputes the claim that she only slept with Ray J once. “What I really want to do is bust this bitch upside her head and keep it pushing,” says Moniece says of her ex’s current fiance. She then says that Ray J and Princess’ marriage is totally doomed because the Kim Kardashian sex tape star is a cheater. Also, she’ll feel sorry for Princess if Ray J knocks her up; Moniece may not be lying here, but man, she is being harsh as f–k. Meanwhile, Brandy Norwood – Ray J’s sister – tries to play mature mediator between Princess, Ray, and their mother Sonja Norwood. Sonja feels that her baby boy may be taken for a ride harder than he took Kim for … nevermind. You get the idea. She’s a bit skeptical. With Ray J and Princess Love married now, we know they eventually made it to the altar, but here we get a behind the scenes preview. Ray chats with Max, Lil’ Brandi’s husband, about how they eloped and they didn’t sign a prenup because it’s a sign of a lack of trust. Or that he didn’t have jack s–t to protect. Ray J, for his part, has enough hits – both Kim Kardashian related and otherwise – that he does have some decent ASSets to consider. Still, he busts out the papers and decides to tear them up, to the horror of his mother, and the delight of VH1 execs thirsty for drama. Seriously. They live for this sort of thing. Finally, we have one huge confrontation between Shanda, Willie and Kyesha, as Shanda confronts Willie in the studio … and DAMN. Willie confesses to texting Kyesha but denies that he railed her; Kyesha says it was way more than just texts and they boned last December. You know. Standard love triangle disagreement. After they rehash the drama … they decide to get together again and do so in a West Hollywood establishment where all hell breaks loose. Kyesha admits that she’s still in love with Willie, and Shanda, despite wanting this meeting to hear the truth, loses her s–t when she hears it. You would think her rage would be directed at Willie Taylor, her husband, for his “we just texted for 10 years” BS … but no. Only Kyesha. The bottom line here after all this?
