She also shot at Perry’s wife who presumably tried to protect her husband from harm. Cops showed up to the Meridian Place Apartments and found the two victims wounded. Meanwhile, Daniels was still armed and refused to put down her gun. Perry’s wife said she let Daniels inside their home earlier because she knew her from her time living in Little Rock. When she was escorting Daniels back out, that’s when she pulled out a handgun and started blasting and screaming “You broke my heart” at the husband, according to court papers obtained by Q13 Fox. His wife then knelt by him, and Daniels told her to move out the way. That’s when she shot her in the left shoulder. They said the officer was trying to take her into custody and that’s when she jerked away and pushed him before taking off running. Officers said they had to force Daniels to the ground before they could have her handcuffed. Daniels now faces first-degree murder charges along with attempted first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. A Florida police officer was suspended for his actions during the arrest of 26-year-old Dyma Loving. Loving and her friend called the police to report that a neighbor pointed a shotgun at them after an exchange. The Miami Herald reports that Officer Alejandro Giraldo claimed that Loving threated him before he and two other officers aggressively arrested her, but body cam footage showed that Loving never threatened him, spoke clearly and became agitated only after repeated questioning and threats from Officer Giraldo. Prior to the body cam footage being released, cell phone video taken by Loving’s friend showed three officers roughly taking her down against a chain-link fence. “I just said I wanted to call my kid… What do you not understand? I had a gun pointed in front of me… I need to go call my children. I don’t understand,” said Loving in the video as she’s escorted away in a squad car. Loving and her friend Adrianna Green, 22, said they called police on March 5 after a man named Frank Tumm pointed a shotgun at them during an exchange where he called them “hookers” and one responded by calling him a “fa***t.” Tumm was initially not arrested and told police he didn’t own a weapon. The Herald adds that police revisited Frank Tumm’s home late Thursday night and took him into custody without incident. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight correctional center. His bond was set at $5,000. Loving has since said she’ll think twice about calling cops for help in the future. “I feel distraught and overwhelmed,” she told The Daily Beast on Wednesday. “Now, I don’t think I will ever call the police again.” SMH, we’re sending best wishes to this brutalized black woman.

This morning we reported on the death of viral boxing champ Rocky Lockridge , now we bring you more morbid news. The very first Black man to be a manager in Major League Baseball, Frank Robinson, has died at age 83 according to a WLWT report. Robinson played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1956 through 1965 and is STILL the only player to win the MVP award in both the National and American leagues. Robinson proudly wore #20 and three teams have proudly retired his number over the years, Baltimore, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Robinson was a resilient manager. In 1988 he began the season with 21 consecutive losses, but won “manager of the year” the very next season.

Airline Passenger Fat-Shames Travelers, Declares: I Eat Salads!

To be clear, the racist homophobes who attacked Jussie Smollett are the worst people on the planet. But the woman featured on this video has to rank among the bottom 10. In footage that has been viewed by nearly three million people on Facebook, this unnamed passenger was on board a United Airline flight last week when she very openly and very loudly complained about the people sitting on each side of her. The woman is in a middle seat and telling someone on the phone that the folks to her left and right are simply gross and overweight. She's saying this very much in their presence, of course. “Oh my goodness, I don’t know how I’m going to do this the next four hours. This is just impossible because they’re squishing me,” she says in the video, adding: “At least they’ll keep me warm.” After hanging up, the woman asks a flight attendant to find her a window seat and “get me out of here [because] I can’t do this.” At this point, one of the people who was the victim of the fat-shaming speaks up and says to the same flight attendant: “Excuse me, can you find her another seat? Because I will not be verbally abused by this bitch or anybody else.” When the awful individual is finally told that, yes, she can change seats, she announce for all to hear: “Thank goodness, because I eat salad, okay?” Fortunately, many other passengers then spoke out in defense of the victims and against this despicable lady. “You should be ashamed of yourself, what you’re doing is so terrible,” one person says, to which she replies: “I’m not going to be politically correct. Why don’t you sit between those two big pigs?” Thankfully, this story has a positive ending: The abuser was eventually escorted off the plane. “United flight attendants care about the safety and well being of all of our customers which is why they acted quickly to find a different seat for the disruptive customer,” a United spokesman said. “When it became clear that this passenger’s behaviour was likely to be problematic on this flight, she was provided alternate travel arrangements first thing the next morning.” WATCH THE INCIDENT UNFOLD HERE.

According to TMZ reports: We’re told at around 5 AM, Chyna and Kid Buu were in their hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Honolulu when they got in a heated argument. We’re told Chyna accused Kid Buu of cheating, and just before 7 AM it turned violent. We’re told Chyna scratched Kid Buu, and our sources say he then slammed her against the wall several times and choked her. Kid Buu left the hotel and posted in Spanish … translation — “Don’t f**k with me, I’m a grown man.” He followed it up with a homophobic slur. SMH… How do you go to the Ritz-Carlton in HAWAII and still act a damn fool? PEOPLE confirmed that officers and paramedics did respond to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Monday morning after police were called following a fight between Chyna, 30, and artist Kid Buu in a hotel suite. “Someone from their group called 911. Hotel security escorted police officers and paramedics to a suite, where Blac Chyna was with a group of people,” the source says. “It was more of a ‘he said, she said’ situation. They both had complaints to the police, but in the end no one was arrested or taken to the hospital,” the source shares. According to the source, Chyna and Kid Buu, 30, “were both intoxicated.” “Again, this is not a typical incident at the hotel,” says the source. “In fact, this behavior is 100% unacceptable.” The Honolulu Police Department confirmed that an incident is currently under investigation. “Shortly before 9 a.m. today, a female visitor staying in Waikiki reported being assaulted by a male acquaintance. The victim reported that she and the suspect had been involved in an argument several hours earlier, and the argument had escalated to a physical confrontation,” a media liaison officer said in a statement to PEOPLE. “The male left the area after the confrontation and has not been located.” “This incident has been classified as abuse of a household member,” the statement continued. “The investigation is continuing, and no further information is being released at this time.” In a statement to PEOPLE, the Ritz-Carlton Residences’ director of public relations said, “As a matter of privacy, we are unable to comment.” Just mess on top of mess. Well thankfully no one had to go to the hospital but this is really crazy. We know mommies need love too but Chyna has been linked to a whole lot of “interesting characters” in the time since she and Rob split. Speaking of which, Rob wasn’t too happy about Chyna jetting off to Honolulu during time that she was supposed to have Dream in her custody. TMZ reports : Sources tell us Rob was preparing to drop Dream off Saturday for her scheduled time with Mom but quickly realized Chyna was off the radar … as he couldn’t get a hold of her or her nanny. Remember, nannies handle their baby exchanges these days because Rob and Chyna don’t get along. We’re told Rob reached out to the nanny, Chyna’s team and even Chyna herself through a texting app they only use for emergencies. Bupkis. Because Chyna and Kid Buu were posting on social media, her whereabouts weren’t a mystery for long. TMZ sources say Rob was not given any type of warning Chyna would be unavailable to care for Dream, and he was pissed … not because he had to care for their kid longer, but because she was missing crucial Mommy time. There’s more though — in addition to the custody complaints AND the volatile relationship issues Chyna and her friends got serious side-eyes from fellow vacation-goers at the Ritz: According to PEOPLE: “Blac Chyna spent Sunday with a group of friends. They hung out by the pool, partied and were loud. They are not the typical hotel guests,” the source said. “They were definitely being inappropriate in several ways. The girls were showing nipples, they were twerking and just being obnoxious. Hotel management had complaints, because there were families with kids that didn’t like the way they behaved,” said the source. “You would never think Chyna is a mom by the way she behaved.” Sighs… We don’t agree with the mommy shaming BUT Chyna has got to get it together. Apparently, authorities believe the drone was sent by a media outlet with hopes of getting a picture of Cosby . From TMZ : Cosby got an uninvited visitor last week when a drone was flown over his home away from home — State Correctional Institute Phoenix. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … the drone made the pass while Cosby was being escorted around the yard. He gets an escort due to his blindness. The prison was reportedly placed under full lock down for the day after the drone was spotted. “For the record, all Pennsylvania prisons got drone detection systems last year as part of sweeping security upgrades,” TMZ adds. According to the site, Cosby’s lawyers have been notified of the breach in security.

Source: Josh Brasted / Getty One Of Fetty Wap’s Baby’s Mothers Gets Arrested After Brawl With Alexis Skyy According to TMZ , Alexis Skyy was involved in yet another tussle after brawling with another one of Fetty Wap’s baby mama’s, leading to one of them getting locked up after a knife was pulled. Lezhae Lowder and Alexis Skyy reportedly got into a fight after Skyy and her entourage pulled up to a bar in New Jersey where Lowder was working looking for trouble. When Skyy entered the club, Lowder attempted to fight Skyy the moment she stepped to her at her place of employment and a fight ensued. After a brief exchange of fisticuffs, Lowder allegedly threw bottles at Skyy after she was escorted out of the building. After leaving, Skyy reportedly went home for the night, while her entourage went to meet up at a nearby restaurant. Allegedly, Lowder later pulled up looking for Skyy when she was met by her entourage. Somewhere during an exchange of words between Lowder and the group, Lowder allegedly pulled out a knife and confronted them. The situation escalated to the point of a physical fight, and police were reportedly called to the scene to arrest Lowder and later charged her with misdemeanor reckless endangerment. Lowder has since explained that while she had a box cutter and mase on her key ring, she only threatened to use it so she wouldn’t be jumped by Skyy’s entourage. “What part did y’all not understand??” wrote Lowder on her Instagram story. “The box cutter was already in the car…been in the and the mace is attached to my keys. […] Instead of her hopping out the car first, she had all these f**** big b****s like 2-3x my size and n****s get out first. I hopped out and told them I’m not bout to just sit here and ley’all jump me. I told Alexis straight to her face I’ll put my box cutter and mace in my cousin hand so we can shoot a fair fade and she ended being the only person out of all of us to walk away untouched.” What do YOU think really went down between these women???
