Carrie Underwood is once again a literal hot mess on Instagram. A few weeks after giving followers a look at herself mid-workout , the singer jumped back on social media and gave us a revealing look at herself post -workout. “Cloudy but no rain = perfect day to run outside!” Underwood wrote as a caption. “1mi treadmill warm up, tabata arms and abs, finish up with a 3 mile run/lunge up the hills. I’m a sweaty mess, but fortunately I have sweet Penny to help get me cleaned up! Ew. The former American Idol champion also added the following hashtags to her post: “#StayThePath #CALIAbyCarrie #NoMakeup #NoFilter #BeNice.” Underwood (who owns a line of Calia fitness clothing) has been hitting the gym often of late in order to lose weight and get in shape after giving birth to her first son, Isaiah. The gorgeous star, meanwhile, is schedule to kick a brief U.S. tour, performing mostly at state fairs, on August 17. Scott Disick Promotes Club Appearance, Gets Roasted on Twitter

Scott Disick made headlines last week for having many young women over to his house and possibly hosting an orgy . But this much we know to be true: The out-of-control father of three is definitely hosting a party in Las Vegas this week… and getting raked over the Twitter coals as a result. “Headed to Vegas this Friday – enter to win a trip and meet me at @1OAKLV!” Disick wrote as a caption to the above Instagram photo. He included with the photo a link to a contest for anyone who wants to meet Disick… for some reason. Because Disick recently split from Kourtney Kardashian , however, and because he reportedly hasn’t seen any of his three kids in weeks, many Twitter users got on Scott’s case immediately for focusing on the wrong priorities. “You should hang out with your kids,” one user wrote in response. There were plenty of other negative comments, but the one above sums them all up perfectly. Even friends of Disick think he may have a drinking problem and are apparently suggesting he check in to rehab . For real this time. “Scott insisted that his drinking is under control, that he’s not in a spiral, but everyone around him knows the truth,” a source close to the douchebag tells People. “He has been lying to everyone, saying that he’s clean and sober … and he insists that he doesn’t have a problem.”

Solange Knowles has become the latest star to go all-natural on social media. The sister of Beyonce took to Twitter on Monday night and made it clear that she’s just like so many other women out there: She can’t always get her hair to look exactly as she wants it to look. Solange shared a makeup-free snapshot yesterday that shows off her fresh and glowing skin, though does NOT include a trace of makeup. It also does not include the sort of perfect curls Solange was going for when she woke up that morning. “Gave up. One lil struggle curl later,” the artist wrote as a caption. From Brooklyn Decker to Demi Lovato, Kim Kardashian to Bethenny Frankel, a number of famous women have posted similar images on social media over the years. They’re aiming to prove to the rest of the world that even the rich and well-known don’t always look their best; that it often takes a glam squad to help them become red carpet ready. So she’s jumped on the Izabel Goulart bandwagon and started humping the air in fitness apparel, because her handers at Victoria’s Secret fitness realize “If we own the bitch, created the bitch, let’s use the bitch’s instagram to sell our product of her in selfie videos”…because you know if it was up to Candice, she’d probably be kicking’ it not on instagram…unless of course she’s an egotistical, narcissist who believes she belongs in front of the camera to share her beauty with the world…and I have a feeling that’s exactly what she does….
