It is about to be on between Kardashian sisters. Yes, again. In a sneak peek from this Sunday's new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we see Kim, Kourtney and Khloe attempt to hash out some pretty major differences that surfaced last week as a result of the family Christmas card shoot . And it doesn't exactly go smoothly. “We all have different realities of what goes on when we have our fight,” Kim says to open the latest explosive clip, adding: “We all communicate really weird and we just don't ever express what's really bothering us and we all walk on eggshells around each other.” As a result, Kim suggests that the siblings ought to all attend therapy together because they need a to “communicate with a mediator.” Sounds like a totally natural, normally and definitely NOT scripted-by-producers plan. But Kourtney objects because she says Khloe and Kim used to always mock her for going to a therapist when she was younger. “We don't make fun of you for going to therapy,” interrupts Khloe at this point. “We make fun of you for literally hating us because of your therapist.” Hate? That sounds extreme, despite what Kourtney wrote a few days ago on Twitter . “I don't hate you and my therapist just said this will start to happen,” Kourtney argued. “People that you're close to you'll probably like have some arguments with them.” Can't we just talk it out, Kourtney asks? “You're the one I think that has the communication issue,” Khloe retorts, saying the family simply “sweeps things under the rug” and no tension is ever truly fixed. This sort of exchange goes on for a bit longer, without anything really getting solved or either side really giving an inch. It all leads to a classic Khloe confessional in which the mother of little True tells the camera: “I'm trying to talk it out with her, but instead of actually talking it out she's editing a photo on her phone and with this ridiculous smile on her face. “I want to f-cking punch that smile off her f-cking face.” An annoyed Khloe then tells Kourtney that she's not going to invest herself anymore and that Kourtney can go “f-ck off then.” Sounds like this pow-wow only led to more problems, doesn't it? In the weeks since Demi Lovato suffered an overdose that nearly claimed her life, the outpouring of support and concern from fans has been constant. Millions were relieved by reports that Lovato had checked into rehab earlier this week after spending several days at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Now, however, the latest update from Demi’s inner circle has led to a new round of fears for the beloved singer’s health. According to Radar Online, Lovato checked out of rehab earlier this week after just five days of treatment. Sources close to Lovato say she’s currently in Chicago with her mother. Fortunately, the unexpected trip is not Demi’s way of avoiding the rigors of recovery — quite the opposite, in fact. Lovato is in Illinois to visit Timberline Knolls, the facility where she sought treatment when she first decided to get sober back in 2012. “Demi and her mom flew to Chicago together, where she is meeting with a team of doctors that were very influential to her in early recovery,” a source close to the situation tells Radar. The insider adds that Lovato “trusts the team of doctors at the facility with her life.” Even though it was at Timberline where Demi got sober for the first time, she was apparently reluctant to return to the facility due to feelings of shame regarding her relapse. “The team at Timberline reached out to Demi to try and convince her to get treatment there after her overdose, but she was too ashamed and embarrassed to go there because of their long history,” says the source. “After a lot of consideration, Demi and her mom wanted to talk to them because they wanted to see what they recommend for her treatment.” Despite her closeness with the staff at Timberline, Demi is reportedly planning to return to Arizona this week where she has already begun treatment. In other news, Lovato has canceled her remaining tour dates and plans to spend the next several months focusing on her recovery. We wish her all the best as she navigates the hard road ahead. Matt Damon is generally considered one of the nicest, least controversial actors in Hollywood. But the star has gone ahead and stuck his typically-genial foot directly into his very handsome mouth. On Wednesday’s episode of ABC News’ Popcorn With Peter Travers, the actor shared his take on the influx of sexual misconduct allegations that continue to hit the entertainment profession. And, in doing so, Damon opened himself up to criticism from… well… pretty much everyone. “I think we’re in this watershed moment,” he said early in the interview, adding: “I think it’s great. I think it’s wonderful that women are feeling empowered to tell their stories – and it’s totally necessary.” There you go. Perfect. Damon could have just stopped there and no one would be talking about him right now. But he didn’t stop there. With sexual misconduct allegations derailing the careers of such stars as Louis CK, Kevin Spacey, Matt Lauer, Mario Batali and MANY others, Damon made many attempts to parse various situations. Referring to a “spectrum of behavior,” he said: “There’s a difference between, you know, patting someone on the butt and rape or child molestation, right?” In this case, Damon was citing scandals that have enveloped politicians Al Franken (butt patting) and Roy Moore (alleged child molestation). “Both of those behaviors need to be confronted and eradicated without question, but they shouldn’t be conflated, right?” Damon continued, saying he would have “preferred if they had an Ethics Committee investigation.” However, Damon argued: “We are so energized to kind of get retribution.” Most people would not say anyone is energized to get “retribution” right now. They would say women are energized to speak out against the many times they’ve been wronged; and this should only be applauded. In one of his most dissected and disappointing statements, Damon said: “We live in this culture of outrage and injury, and, you know, we’re going to have to correct enough to kind of go, ‘Wait a minute. None of us came here perfect.'” “You know what I mean?” Not really. One can not be perfect and also know how to treat a woman with respect at all times. Among those who have dragged Damon for his comments is Minnie Driver, who co-starred with the actor in Good Will Hunting. She linked to his controversial interview on Twitter and just wrote “God, God seriously?” Others, meanwhile, have said things like the tweets excerpted above. Damon, who was close to Harvey Weinstein after the producer helped get Good Will Hunting made, dug himself into an even deeper hole when citing individual examples. Admitting he doesn’t “know all the details” about Louis C.K., for example, Damon said the following: “I don’t do deep dives on this, but I did see his statement… “When he came out and said, ‘I did this; I did these things; these women are all telling the truth,’ I just remember thinking, ‘Well, that’s the sign of somebody who…well, we can work with that.'” Ummm…. there are two problems with this argument: CK was accused of pulling out his penis and masturbating in front of many women. Damon could have taken a few easy second to research this online. CK only released his statement AFTER reports came out that basically confirmed these actions. Damon is concerns that “the clearer signal to men and to younger people is [to] deny it, because if you take responsibility for what you did, your life’s going to get ruined. “I mean, look, as I said – all of that behavior needs to be confronted, but there is a continuum.” “And on this end of the continuum where you have rape and child molestation or whatever, you know, that’s prison. Right? That’s what needs to happen. OK?” SIGH . Look, yes, there’s a difference between outright rape and a few misguided comments. No one denies this. But one could argue that a culture that looks past the latter on a continual basis contributes to more of the former because there because a general acceptance of women as nothing but sex objects. Moreover, this just isn’t the time, Matt. There have been too many instances of too much heinous behavior around Hollywood. This isn’t the time to get up on a pedestal and try to teach America about grey areas. But Damon focused on social media in his interview and lamented today’s culture of presumed guilt, saying: “The moment a claim is made… I would be scorched earth.” View Slideshow: Hollywood Sex Scandal: Who’s Been Caught? Accused? Fired? “I’d go, ‘I don’t care if it costs $10 million to fight this in court with you for 10 years; you are not taking my name from me. You are not taking my name and my reputation from me. I’ve worked too hard for it. “And I earned it. You can’t just blow me up like that.'” “Once a claim is made, there will no longer be settlements. That’s my prediction, just based on what I’ve seen.” “Isn’t that a good thing?” Travers countered, noting many female had been unable to share their stories because of nondisclosure agreements. “One hundred percent,” Damon responded, adding that “every woman who’s coming forward with one of these stories needs to be listened to and heard.” Boom. Yes. Done. That’s all you had to say in the first place, Matt Damon. View Slideshow: #MeToo: Stars Share Stories of Sexual Harassment, Assault
Well, this is bonkers. Even for Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta . Remember how Kirk Frost knocked up Jasmine Washington but continued to adamantly deny being Jasmine’s baby daddy? They had to go to court over it. Jasmine’s paternity suit has now reportedly been thrown out — not for lack of evidence, but because of a weird technicality. And there’s another complication. We don’t know what’s next for Jasmine Washington and her baby, Kannon. Okay, so as we’re sure that you remember, Rasheeda Frost finally, finally dumped her husband . A lot of spouses ignore cheating. But it gets a lot harder to convince yourself that your husband’s loyal to you when his child starts gestating inside of another woman. But that’s what happened. Reportedly, Kirk Frost was supporting Jasmine as long as she remained his side ho. But her pregnancy was a complication that he apparently neither anticipated nor appreciated. Jasmine named their child Kannon — it’s not super clear if she was just putting a K on “Cannon” or if she was naming her child after the Shinto deity of the same name. You never know. Anyway, not only did Jasmine assert that Kirk Frost was the baby daddy … but VH1 outed Kirk as the baby’s father in the most casual way imaginable. But it looks like Kirk Frost is determined to avoid responsibility with the son that almost everyone seems to agree is his. And their legal struggle is where this story gets genuinely bonkers. (Because, let’s face it, a guy knocking up his mistress and then refusing to accept paternity isn’t exactly rare) Bossip reports that Jasmine’s case got thrown out. Like we said, it’s not a dismissal over DNA results or or anyone being caught lying. It’s this technicality — or really more of a deadline — that strikes us as so absurd that we hope that she’s able to appeal. See, the judge in Jasmine’s case instructed her to serve Kirk Frost with papers and gave her a two week deadline. Reportedly, Jasmine’s attorneys had trouble locating Kirk. Whether he was deliberately moving around and/or hiding from the attorneys who were trying to serve him papers, we don’t know. (But probably) Kirk Frost apparently did end up getting served with papers, but it was only after two months. That is a good deal longer than two weeks. Which had reportedly resulted in Jasmine’s case getting thrown out. Except … maybe not? Interestingly, HollywoodLife reports that Jasmine Washington’s lawyers say that Bossip’s report is mistaken, and that her case has not been thrown out. You might look at this cynically, and say that Jasmine’s only after money. After all, as Kirk’s mistress, she says that he gave her a monthly allowance and also use of a car — which stopped after Kannon was born, whens he broke up with him. But … any money that she’s after would be child support. Which, if Kirk Frost really is the father of Kannon, is something that he legally owes to his child. You know that “if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime” rhyme? Well, the same basic concept applies to parental responsibilities and having sex with your mistress. It’s been quite a tumultuous year for Ben Affleck. 2017 began with news that Affleck had completed rehab and attained sobriety again after relapsing following more than a decade of sobriety. Sadly, it seems Ben’s battle with the bottle didn’t end there. Radar Online is reporting that Affleck recently checked back into rehab , marking his third stint this year. Insiders say the Oscar-winner was encouraged to seek treatment by his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and his brother, Casey Affleck. “Ben relapsed,” a source tells the site. “Jen and Casey are willing to try anything, and they don’t care if the methods are controversial.” The “controversial methods” remark refers to Ben’s choice of treatment facility. Affleck reportedly checked into Passages Malibu, which eschews the traditional 12-step method in favor of an “unorthodox holistic” approach to addiction. Ben had previously been enrolled in an out-patient program, but according to a source close the actor, he recently decided that he needs a “constant support network” in order to remain sober. Passages encourages patients to remain in treatment for a minimum of 45 days, and since Ben was first spotted at the facility on December 10, it seems he’ll remain at the facility through the holidays. The source was unable to say for certain if Affleck will be able to see his three kids on Christmas, but notes that he is free to come and go from treatment as he sees fit: “Ben isn’t a prisoner and is fully committed to seeing his children and fulfilling his work commitments outside the center,” the insider tells Radar. Rumors that Ben was once again struggling with alcoholism began over the summer when he was spotted drinking with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus , once while traveling in New England, and again during a trip to her hometown of Buffalo, NY. Shortly thereafter, Ben began his outpatient program, but it seems he felt he needed a more comprehensive approach to the problem. Those who know him best say Affleck has been despondent over newly-surfaced reports about his past behavior. Recent accusations of Affleck groping female colleagues and generally behaving inappropriately prior to his marriage have reportedly taken a considerable emotional toll on the 45-year-old. Here’s hoping Ben is able to finally find a method of treatment that works for him. View Slideshow: 25 Celebrities Who Have Been to Rehab
Image via Nevada Parole Board pool/Splash O.J. Simpson Release Details Kept Top Secret O.J. Simpson is set to be released from prison sometime soon, but it is unlikely that we will know the date ahead of time. According to TMZ , Nevada prison officials are afraid of the media circus that will take place if news outlets know the date and swarm the facility. Furthermore, they fear a repeat of a the (in)famous chase as thirsty cameramen and helicopter pilots attempt to get a “first look” at a free Orenthal. Sources within the prison say the media has a 1 in 18 chance to even capture an image of O.J.’s release because there are 18 different doors that he could walk out of on the day he’s released. O.J. allegedly told prison officials that he doesn’t want to be seen on camera when he gets out, but that may be so that he can command more money when it’s time for his first interview. The prison wants it to be clear that THEY are the ones calling the shots as far as secrecy is concerned, NOT O.J. If O.J. leaves prison in a white Bronco , people are gonna lose it!

Yo Gotti Wants Another Man Also Held Responsible For Crashing His Lamborghini Yo Gotti doesn’t play around when it comes to his Lamborghini Aventador – which was allegedly damaged after a car shop employee got into a crash while taking the car for a solo test ride – with the rapper heading back to court and demanding another driver involved be held accountable for the damages his pricey ride suffered Gotti aka Mario Mims filed a federal lawsuit against Motorcars of Georgia earlier this year. Back in August 2014, the rapper purchased a Lamborghini Aventador sedan for $409,198.70 from a luxury car dealership in Florida. Following the purchase of the luxury car he has widely showcased the Lamborghini to promote his Yo Gotti persona and brand. The specific car has been referenced in his song lyrics and prominently featured in a 2015 video Then in October 2015, his business partner transported the Lambo – on behalf of the rapper – to Motorcars of Georgia for maintenance and repair services related to the car’s accelerator, clutch and transmission Gotti’s business partner entered into an oral agreement with MOG to provide the maintenance for the Lambo The rapper said neither his partner nor him granted MOG or its employees any permission to operate the Lamborghini outside of their facility for the purpose other than the requested maintenance and repair services. He said that on December 8th, 2015, an employee of MOG named Charles Carden was driving the Lambo on public roads in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Around 6:36am, the luxury car was involved in a crash with a tractor trailer operated by Pam Transport Inc. on Interstate 85 south in Norcross, Georgia The rapper said MOG and their employees were never authorized to drive his car outside of their facility for personal use. The crash resulted in serious physical injury to the Lambo along with permanent depreciation of its value. Gotti said due to MOG’s actions he has been badly damaged, depriving him of his valuable personal property, incurring repair expenses and causing the car to lose value. Further, he claims that the company owes him at least $80 in economic damages along with money for the loss of personal use, loss of promotional and business use of the car, pain and mental anguish and he wants attorney fees too. Motorcars of Georgia headed to court and blasted Gotti’s lawsuit accusing them of taking his luxury car out for a joyride which resulted in the driver crashing the vehicle The company explained that the damage caused to the car is not their fault and solely other parties out of their control. They said the only reason their employee was driving the car was to give it a road test after making the repairs requested by Gotti. The car accident wasn’t their fault and they blamed the driver of the tractor that crashed into the vehicle. The company demanded the entire lawsuit be throw out and the rapper not be awarded a dime. Then on July 5th … Yo Gotti headed back to Georgia Court and demanded he be allowed to add new defendant to the case. He explains he has learned the identity of the employee who was driving his car, Charles Carden, along with the identity of the tractor driver, Timothy Camp, and the company he worked for while driving the tractor, PAM Transport. Gotti wants to hold both drivers and the man’s employer accountable for the damages his luxury ride suffered after the accident. The rapper will be allowed to recover damages from all men involved if the judge signs off on his motion. Nobody is off the hook for bangin’ up the Lambo on Yo Gotti’s watch.
