Geri Halliwell: Engaged to Christian Horner!

Two has officially become on for Geri Halliwell. The former Spice Girl member has announced that she’s engaged to Formula 1 racing team boss Christian Horner, with the couple coming out with the news via an advertisement in the London Times. It simply reads: “The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs G.M. Horner and Geraldine, daughter of the late Mr L.F. Halliwell and Mrs A. Parkinson.” Last week, Benedict Cumberbatch used similar means to confirm his engagement to Sophie Hunter . Gotta love these stars going old school, don’t you? But Halliwell also used new media to inform fans of her excitement, writing on Twitter soon after the newspaper ad went viral: “Christian and I are delighted to announce that we are engaged! We’re both very happy.” Halliwell is the mother to 8-year-old daughter Bluebell with ex Sachi Gervasi; while Horner has a 1-year-old daughter from a previous relationship as well.
