California Dreamin’

Yesterday I had another book signing in Glendale, California. It was so much fun to meet all of the readers who came to the signing, especially the little kids! Being on a book tour is almost more fun than the campaign trail. I want to thank everyone who has purchased my book and come out to the signings; you’ve made this all possible for me and I’m so grateful for your support. Tonight I am a guest on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. I hope everyone will tune in and watch. The other guests are Ed Harris and GEORGE CLINTON! I can’t wait to meet him; I’m such a big fan! The Insider and LA HQ

Yesterday was a big day with a stop at “The Insider” for an interview with Lara Spencer and then a trip to the campaign’s headquarters in Santa Monica to meet our tireless volunteers. Once again, I want to thank everyone for their support during my book tour. I just found out that “My Dad, John McCain” officially became a New York Times bestseller yesterday. I am so honored and grateful! Song of the Day: “Hot N Cold” by Katy Perry

Straight Talk Express: Shut It Down Tour

As many of you know from the posts the last few weeks, we’ve been on the road by ourselves thanking volunteers and meeting supporters at various events. It’s been a complete blast where we can be ourselves, have fun and rally everyone who has been working so hard for Dad. With three weeks to go, things are going to get very hectic so hang on for the ride!

The Traveling Show

With the final debate tonight, I wanted to share some photos of Mom, Dad and Governor Palin on the campaign trail last week. I’ve had so much fun visiting headquarters and doing book signings over the past couple of weeks, but it’s been great joining up with the campaign again. The pace never lets up between take-offs and touchdowns and everything in between. The energy and enthusiasm at the rallies is phenomenal! Be sure to tune in to the debate tonight. We’ll have more posts soon! Song of the Day: “Pump It Up” by Elvis Costello

I am not President Bush…

My father nothing short of ROCKED Wednesday night’s debate and I have never been more proud. He got up and showed this country why he is the right person to lead it into the future, and open the door to the reinvention of the Republican Party. I am always proud of my Dad but even more so when he lets his maverick tendencies show so clearly. Eighteen more days to go and this election is nowhere near over!!! Boston

We made a trip to Boston College on the Straight Talk and met enthusiastic voters at a bunch of stops along the way. These are some of the most exciting times of the campaign. Momentum IS building and you can feel it and see it on the faces of the volunteers and supporters we meet every day! More pics coming very soon… Song of the Day: “Going On” by Gnarls Barkley

Maine

There are few things as pretty as the northeast in the fall. We had some really great experiences in Maine over the weekend, visiting various campaign headquarters, meeting supporters and stopping by a beautiful pumpkin patch. The changing autumnal leaves and crisp temperatures were a gorgeous backdrop for all of the election activities. We’ll keep rolling this week and will have lots more to share with you! Ohio and Florida

With 13 days to go, the campaign thunders on. Mom has been campaigning on her own so met back up with Dad for some huge rallies in Ohio followed by some HQ visits in Florida. I am so grateful for the chance to be on the campaign with him. I think our energy really gets him pumped up for these rallies. Plus, he likes to joke around with us behind the scenes. Another first for me at the rallies in Ohio was introducing Dad to the huge crowd! I was as nervous as I think I’ve ever been, but Dad had the right advice and I think I did fine; at least the crowd seemed to think so. Everyone is excited about the election, but there’s a lot of work yet to be done. When I see my father reach out to supporters, look them in the eye and see the expression on their faces, I know he will be the kind of President we need at this time in our history. If you hear about an upcoming campaign event in your area, be sure to come out in support of him. You won’t be disappointed. Song of the Day: “No Hiding Place” by Elvis Costello Everyone, go out and check out his new album, it’s incredible!!!

Florida and Denver

You might think it would be lonely to spend your birthday on the road.  But not if you’re on the campaign trail! Yesterday, I was able to spend it with hundreds of new friends in Colorado.  What a fabulous day!  Thanks to everyone for their support as we move closer to election day.  I know we’ve been remiss in updating the viewer mail (we get a ton every day) but please know your words of encouragement mean more now than ever before. Thank you all! Song of the Day: “What Light” by Wilco
