Well Fanny’s finally revealing details on their courtship and sharing that they wed after only THREE WEEKS of dating. According to the singer she knew that Kendall, whom she met at a nightclub, was the one for her after he prayed for her. She also revealed that they were celibate until their wedding night. Billboard reports: “Everything changed when I met him,” she says. The connection was instantaneous: Just three weeks after meeting at a local club, the pair wed in 2015. The brief courtship was intense, fulfilling — and celibate; they didn’t consummate the relationship until their wedding night, she confides. “I just knew [he was the one]. I was getting ready to go on the road, and he got on his knees and said, ‘Can I pray for you? I just want to cover for you down the road.’ In the time I’d been fasting from relationships, I asked God for someone to pray for me — someone that could cover me and my kids [Dallas, 4, and Zion, 14] and be the man of the house. After three weeks on the run, escaped murderer Richard Matt has been shot and killed by police. His accomplice, David Sweat, is reportedly desperately fleeing from authorities who are hot on his trail. Matt and Sweat escaped from Clinton Correctional Facility in Upstate New York on June 6. After a several week manhunt, police picked up on clues that Matt and Sweat left behind in a hunting lodge. Moments ago, Matt was spotted by authorities in Franklin County, NY, where he was shot dead just one day after his 49th birthday. 34-year-old Sweat is still at large, but is expected to be apprehended sometime today.

Fontella Bass, the singer most famous for her huge 1965 hit “Rescue Me,” has died. She passed away Wednesday in Missouri at the age of 72. According to Bass’ family, the singer passed away in a St. Louis hospital from complications Fontella suffered following a heart attack three weeks ago. Bass also had several strokes since 2005.
