Via NY Daily News A mother in Lake Whetherford, Texas told police that her toddler son and daughter were playing in a “back room” when they got away from her care. Moments after, she found them dead in her car. The two children died after they were left locked in a car as temperatures climbed to 96 degrees according to the report. The mother reportedly searched the house before she discovered the two children, who seemingly locked themselves inside a car parked on the property. She busted the front window and broke into the vehicle, but the pair were already unresponsive, “This case is in the early stages of investigation,” Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said. “Any comment regarding this case at this time, would be an assumption, until all of the facts are gathered.” This case is still being investigated. Hamila Rashid – the 38-year-old wife of former Jackson 5 member Jermaine Jackson – has been arrested on domestic violence charges. TMZ is reporting that the arrest happened on Saturday night, and Rashid was held for 5 hours before posting $50,000 bail. Details are scarce, but insiders say Jermaine called the cops after Rashid bit his leg hard enough to draw blood. Though Jackson has mostly stayed away from the spotlight in the years following the death of Michael Jackson , his bizarre personal life has made tabloid headlines on several occasions. Back in 2012, the tabloid media alleged an affair between Jackson and Whitney Houston . Prior to that Jackson’s son, Jaafar, was accused of using a stun gun on his cousin Blanket . The charges were later dropped. It remains to be seen if Rashad will be prosecuted, but since felony assault charges were filed against her, Jermaine probably won’t be able to withdraw his complaint, even if he wants to. Neither party has spoken publicly about the case yet. Rashad and Jackson have been married since 2004, and they appeared together in an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap last year. They have no children together. We’ll have updates on this story as more information becomes available.

Jermaine Jackson Facing Jail Time For Not Paying $12,000 In Child Support According to TMZ reports : Jermaine Jackson could be playing to 5,000 people soon … the inmates at a L.A. County Jail … a place he may be calling home soon if he doesn’t ante up back child support. Jermaine is falling farther and farther behind …. he’s required to pay baby mama Alejandra Jackson $3K a month for 13-year-old Jermajesty and 17-year-old Jaafar … but the mailbox has been empty for months. Court docs obtained by TMZ show … of the $12K that he owes in back payments … he’s only coughed up a measly 85 bucks. The L.A. County Child Support Services Dept. has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt … which could put him behind bars for 20 days. BTW, this isn’t the first time Jermaine has slacked off. He belatedly paid $80,000 back in March 2011 … and anted up another $33K in back support this past May. He’s also had his wages garnished. If the current case goes before a judge, Jermaine is gonna have a hard time explaining how he dropped $160K last month for a Ferrari. The Bachelor Preview: Fantasy Suite Overnight Dates With the overnight dates on tap for this coming Monday and the finale set for March 11 (the Women Tell All special airs March 4), which lucky girl wins? AshLee Frazier, Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter have each formed strong bonds with Sean, yet in very different ways. It’s hard to guess what he’ll decide. Well, unless you simply know ahead of time, which is why you’re reading this, isn’t it?
