Levi Johnston is on his way to becoming the Kevin Federline of Alaska, impregnating the women of The Last Frontier with prolific virility at the age of 24. The duo’s pregnancy announcement, revealed this weekend, defies description: The picture posted on TMZ speaks for itself, yet begs so many observations: Levi has his last name, JOHNSTON, tattooed on his arm. Levi Johnston is sick of Bristol Palin (remember when they were a thing/!) and the fact that she absconded with their kid, moving him from Alaska to Arizona. Hilariously, he wants her held in contempt of court as a result. Levi just filed legal documents asking a judge order Bristol Palin , who’s currently going to school in Arizona, to return their son Tripp to Alaska immediately. He says all he got was a text saying she was moving out of state. In their custody battle, Levi Johnson claims both were ordered to keep Tripp, now five years old, in their home state unless they both agreed he could travel. Palin sources roll their eyes, claiming Levi’s just starting drama. Johnston dated Palin in high school, then they pretended to get engaged when he got her pregnant and her mom was named the GOP’s V.P. candidate. They split up shortly after the 2008 presidential election. In the ensuing years, they frequently sparred over their son and battled to see which one of them could milk their 15 minutes of fame more shamelessly. All the while, Tripp has lived predominantly with Bristol. For her part, she called Levi out last year for not paying child support, and he’s known forever that Sarah Palin’s daughter is going to school in Arizona. Also, Levi, who married Sunny Oglesby and has another kid (Breeze Beretta), rarely sees Tripp anyway, so him complaining about this is just ridiculous. Levi Johnston is a father for the second time. Sunny Oglesby , Levi’s girlfriend of more than a year, gave birth to a healthy baby girl today in Wasilla, Alaska. Her name: Breeze Beretta Johnston. Yep, Levi named his little girl after a gun. TRADE-UP: Cuter and with less insane in-laws than Levi’s ex-fiance! Sunny Oglesby and Levi Johnston did not plan the pregnancy – guy doesn’t roll that way – but they say they’re still together and cool with it. Nice. Breeze Beretta Johnston, the half-sister of Levi’s son Tripp with Bristol Palin, is 6 lbs., 15 oz., and was born at 5:28 a.m. at Matsu Regional Hospital. No word on when daddy will buy Breeze her first Beretta, or whether he’ll get himself one to protect her from guys such as himself in like 15 years. Bristol Palin’s baby-daddy, Levi Johnston, is now penniless and living in his mother’s Alaska home, a source tells Us Weekly. “Levi made more than $1 million and squandered it on guns, boats and four-wheelers,” the source says of Playgirl’s winter 2010 cover model, 22. The cash certainly didn’t go to Palin, 21, for their 3-year-old, Tripp. “Levi hasn’t paid child support in nearly two years,” says another insider. “And he has little contact with Tripp.” Meanwhile, the onetime mayoral hopeful is expecting a daughter with girlfriend Sunny Oglesby. (They told Inside Edition they plan to name her Breeze Beretta, after the gun.) Says the first source, “Levi is confused about his life.” Levi Johnston’s former rep Tank Jones — with whom he recently parted ways — counters that Levi is doing great. “I wanted to work on other projects. Considering it’s what Levi does for a living, that’s saying something! Levi Johnston says Bristol Palin was angry when she discovered Sarah was expecting her fifth child (son Trig) and felt she should be the one preggo instead. According to Johnston, Bristol told him in March 2008, “let’s get pregnant.” Whether that HOT directive actually took place or not, he obliged all right. Johnston also refutes Bristol’s earlier claim that she lost her virginity drunk on a camping trip, saying they were sexually active earlier in their relationship. He also writes that he was “too dumb” to use protection. That we believe. Despite claims by the Palins, Johnston writes that he was present for Tripp’s birth, and that Sarah Palin wanted to be called Mommy Sarah (not grandma). He also insists that Todd Palin reacted angrily when he learned Bristol was pregnant at the age of 17, telling Johnston he had to quit school and get a job. Luckily for those folks, Entertainment Weekly has the exclusive first look at genre-film favorite Hugo Weaving all red and scary-looking. EW also scored a meaty interview with the film’s director, Joe Johnston, in which he addresses a wide range of subjects, including why a superhuman can be sympathetic, the politics of Captain America (played by Chris Evans) and how much he had to think about Joss Whedon’s spin-off film “The Avengers.” “What I like is he’s not a superhero in the true sense of the word,” Johnston explained of how Steve Rogers/ Captain America is unlike Superman or Spider-Man. “He becomes a superhero but doesn’t have any superpowers. He is just the best possible human specimen. Imagine the fastest, strongest Olympian athlete. Add 30 percent. That’s Steve Rogers.” Regarding the character’s historic and politically charged past (the first issue of the Marvel comic featured the now-famous cover image of Captain America punching Hitler in the jaw), Johnston said that although his film is indeed a period piece, it isn’t a “flag waver.” “He was created as a propaganda tool, but he soon became much more than that,” Johnston told the magazine. “There are all these incarnations over the decades, but the film is not a flag waver. It’s about a guy who wants to do the right thing. And that transcends all nationalities and borders.” Finally, there has been much ado over the fact that several characters who have and will have their own standalone films will come together for Whedon’s highly anticipated “Avengers” movie. “I really didn’t [think about it],” Johnston said. “Because this was a period film, because this was the origin story, I didn’t have to worry about ‘The Avengers,’ which was a present-day story,” he explained. “We have present-day bookends and bring Cap back at the end, and then I basically hand him off.
