Kerry Washington has given fans yet another reason to totally and completely be in love with her. The actress is already talented ( watch Scandal online for evidence)… hilarious (see this Modern Family cast photobomb )… and admirably guarded (go look at those photos of her wedding to Nnamdi Asomugha; no wait, sorry, you can’t! There are none!) She’s also a pure beauty, as proven once again on the cover of next month’s Allure. Washington – who can be seen tonight at 9/8c on ABC as political fixer Olivia Pope – isn’t wearing a touch of makeup for the lead photo, which hit the Internet today and which the star herself teased as follows on Twitter: “What an honor! Thanks @Allure_magazine.” Look for more images and more quotes from the cover story to be released on the World Wide Web over the coming days. Vanderpump Rules is back for a new season Monday, November 3 on Bravo, with Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor and Scheana Marie in tow. Vanderpump Rules Season 3 Trailer According to the network’s teaser, “Vanderpump Rules is back for Season 3, with even more drama, and with the promise that the truth will come out.” After all of last season’s lies, betrayals and revelations, there’s plenty to catch up on and lots of different directions the drama can go in this fall. Jax and Tom will try to repair their friendship, while Tom’s ex Kristen must cope with Tom and Ariana being a thing now, and flaunting this at work. All while serving reheated Hungry Man dinners for $50 a pop. We know, Kristen Doute pining for Tom Sandoval has been done before, but with sexual and professional tension this potent, you gotta go back to that well. Former Eddie Cibrian plaything Scheana Marie will also play a key role as she prepares for her nuptials with Mike Shay (the two wed this summer). Jax looks to be up to his old tricks, getting it in with whomever will allow it and generally ruining people’s lives. He’s better than any fictional villain on TV. Stassi, who bolted for N.Y.C. to pursue a career in fashion last season, has apparently followed her boyfriend back to L.A. for more scripted drama at Sur. You know there will be issues with her back in the mix (hence why she’s back in the mix), and Scheana calling Stassi a s–tty friend may be just a start. Lisa, meanwhile, will be preparing to launch a new hot spot, fittingly titled PUMP. Who else is so pumped to watch Vanderpump Rules online November 3?! You know you are. It’s okay. Justin Bieber Egging Case: D.A. Still Dragging Feet, Unsure on Felony Charge

Justin Bieber’s egging case seems to have paralyzed the L.A. County D.A.’s office, which hasn’t filed charges against him in more than six months. Justin Bieber Neighbor Films Egg Tossing Incident The pop star allegedly hurled eggs at his neighbor’s house, causing more than $20,000 in damage in what seemed like an obvious felony case . After all, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. got a warrant, raided Justin’s house and found a surveillance video placing Justin at the scene of the crime. There’s also a video shot during the act in which Justin taunts the neighbor, promising more eggs … and the guy even confronted him face-to-face. The prosecutor initially in charge apparently told the victim in the Justin Bieber egging case that he recommended that his bosses file felony charges. Yet they have not done so. Officials can’t decide whether to file the case as misdemeanor or felony vandalism, the difference between them being money. If the damage exceeds $400, it’s a felony offense, according to the law, and that would certainly appear to be the case here … but still, no decision. The D.A.’s office reportedly feels it’s stuck between a rock and a hard place here: File a misdemeanor charge, appear soft on Bieber because he’s a star.  Call it a felony, look bad for trying to nail a celeb for a”stupid egging.” Both true, but they’re eventually going to have to pick one, and we’re guessing we know where the brat’s egging victim would stand on the issue. Lisa Vanderpump lost a sexual harassment suit to a former employee recently, and unless she appeals successfully, she’ll be forced to fork over $100,000. That may seem like chump change for a woman who stars in two reality series and owns a pair of successful high-end restaurants, but court documents reveal that Lisa and her husband Ken Vanderpump might actually be facing bankruptcy if the court doesn’t overturn its decision. Despite the fact that the Vanderpumps’ two restaurants – Sur and Villa Blanco – are both tremendously popular LA hot spots (Sur enjoys hours of free advertising each year as the setting for Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules ), the couple has now invested more cash in the businesses than they’re currently worth. So with two money pit businesses and a six-figure judgment against them, the Vanderpumps may soon find themselves selling off their assets in an effort to hold on to the good life and keep up appearances. A jury ordered The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump to pay $100,000 in a lawsuit brought forward by former employee Karina Bustillos. Lisa Vanderpump, Dog Scoff at Verdict Lisa Vanderpump was shocked to learn the verdict in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought forth by Bustillos, a waitress at her restaurant Villa Blanca. Bustillos went to court after she was allegedly “manhandled” by another staff member on Lisa Vanderpump’s payroll – the manager, Michael Govia. A jury decided to hold Villa Blanca at fault and has hereby ordered Bustillos be paid $100,000 in punitive damages as a result of the alleged harassment. Lisa Vanderpump’s attorney, outraged at the verdict, plans to file an appeal, saying “We are in absolute shock at the amount of punitive damages that were awarded. “Especially in light of nominal compensatory damages awarded and the lack of evidence … We plan to file an appeal and are confident that we will prevail.” According to reports, the waitress was allowed to go after Villa Blanca for punitive damages because the jury “found the restaurant acted with malice.” No one, however, expected that Bustillos would be awarded such a large sum of money. Bustillos was happy with the verdict, though … not surprisingly. Lisa Vanderpump might be outraged on principle, but if you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , what’s a hundred grand to this woman? Heck, she might spend that much to hire best legal team in the country just to appeal this verdict to death and win simply for the sake of winning. George Clooney to Marry Amal Alamuddin at Downton Abbey!

Move over, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Your wedding is so yesterday’s news. The Internet has already moved on to what is sure to Hollywood’s next major marriage: come on down, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin! According to The Daily Mail, the famous couple will exchange vows at Highclere Castle, a famous landmark in England best known as… the site of Downton Abbey! Alamuddin and Clooney reportedly vacationed near the historic residence last week, with the bride-to-be falling in love with the castle. “George became close friends with Hugh Bonneville, who plays Lord Robert Crawley, when they did Monuments Men together last year,” a source tells The Daily Mail. “And they really hit it off. He contacted Hugh and asked him to arrange a private tour of the castle. “Amal was blown away.” Highclere Castle is set on 1,000 acres and representatives have told Clooney they are “most happy to accommodate” his nuptials there. Highclere is located 50 miles from Heathrow, making it a breeze for the bride and groom’s family and friends from overseas to attend. Clooney shocked the world in late April when he proposed to Alamuddin after cooking her dinner. The endless drama surrounding the wedding of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has overshadowed the fallout from the infamous Jay Z-Solange Knowles fight from earlier this month. But for Jay and Beyonce, the memory of that ugly incident lives on and, it may have something to do with why the power couple opted not to attend the Kimye nuptials. Lisa Vanderpump has reportedly had it with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while Andy Cohen is desperate to retain her, and is pulling out all the stops. He’s even using Lance Bass (yes, you read that correctly) as a secret weapon. Under the guise of a casual dinner date, he and Lance put the screws to Lisa at her Beverly Hills restaurant PUMP over the weekend, TMZ reports. Their goal? To make sure when you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , the sassy Brit will be a cast member next season and beyond. Lisa, whose other Bravo show Vanderpump Rules has become a sleeper hit, has not re-upped her contract for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . She felt extremely bullied by Brandi Glanville , Kyle Richards and the other women last season and is fed up with the show that made her a star. Cohen, who executive produces the show, is extremely nervous about losing Vanderpump and is going all out to get her to re-up for 2015. It’s unclear if he was successful, but he obviously brought along Lance to dinner because he knows Lisa and Lance are very good friends. That can’t hurt. But will it be enough? Should it be?
