“Heroic” cafe manager Tori Johnson killed during the siege at the Lindt Chocolat Cafe in Martin Place in the Australian city. Reports said Mr Johnson, 34, was shot dead trying to wrestle the shotgun from maniac gunman Sheikh Haron Monis.
