Beauty and the Beast: FIRST LOOK!

Beauty and the Beast looks like it's going to be a good movie! The upcoming movie boasts a cast that includes Emma Watson, Ian McKellen, Ewan McGregor and Emma Thompson. Emma Watson is poised to be a delight in the role of Belle, but it seems like the Belle in this tale is quite a bit older than the one from the fairytales. Could this make for a much darker adaptation this time round? What we do know is that Watson's Belle will be taken prisoner in the castle by Dan Steven's beast.  The teaser doesn't give much away.  Seriously, at 90 seconds we'd have expected more.  It succeeds in setting up the look of the film, but that's about it.  We only get to see Belle for a small portion of it.  Disney are obviously trying to keep some elements of the movie under wraps.  Might this be addressed when the full trailer drops? We're probably in for a long wait considering the movie won't be opening until March 2017.  Everyone loves a good love story, but it is pretty odd that the movie is coming out just weeks after Valentine's Day. It's clear they know they have a hit on their hands. It's a still a long way off, but we're expecting great things from this one.  With that cast alone, how could it possibly go wrong? Here's hoping it doesn't turn into the mess that Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice turned out to be. That movie had a great cast, sucked on so many levels.  What did you think of the trailer? Finding Dory Trailer: An Unforgettable Adventure

Are you ready to get lost at sea again? Pixar sure is. About 13 years after audiences ate up Finding Nemo at the theater, the company is set to release Finding Dory, another animated adventure that centers on a lost fish, the same fish voiced by Ellen DeGeneres in the original smash hit film. This time around, Nemo is the one who must go on a rescue mission, accompanying his forgetful friend as she goes off in search of her family. At least she thinks that's what she's doing. Dory doesn't exactly have the best memory in the world. She doesn't really have any memory at all, for that matter. Which is just one of the reasons why we love her so much. DeGeneres will return as the voice of Dory in this sequel, while Diane Keaton, Albert Brooks, Idris Elba, Ty Burrell and Dominic West will also lend their voices to the film. Finding Dory is scheduled to hit theaters on June 17, 2016 and its official tagline reads as follows: The friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish reunites with her loved ones, and everyone learns a few things about the true meaning of family along the way. We can't wait, especially considering what the trailer says about Finding Dory: An unforgettable adventure she probably won't remember. We love it.

The Super Bowl Happened For Katy Perry of the Day

I don’t watch sports. I find the whole thing insane. The idea of a laziness that involves spending your day sitting on a couch looking at a bunch of dudes trying to throw a ball over a line, based on stupid rules for no functional purpose, other than just a game….is insane enough of a concept…but then turn it into a billion dollar business and my brain just can’t process it. I mean, it’d be more interesting to spend your day jerking off to girls you sext at least there is some level of activity involved. What really amazes me, is that people think that they have to watch the Super Bowl, like it is the event of the fucking year, and more importantly, non football fans get in on this bullshit too, and not just because they like free snacks and beer at a friend’s house, but because they get to see Katy Perry Perform: She even got a tattoo to mark this moment in her career like a tween she pretends to be, despite what her cankles are telling us. Here’s the highlight of the performance – The Creeper: And they get to see the fucking ads, which is even more fucking crazy. How owned are we by these evil billion dollar corporations, we don’t just make them rich as fuck, we also anxiously await their marketing messages in their big budget ads, that they can only afford because we’re fucking idiots. Kesha Swore Under Oath That She Was NOT Abused By Dr. Luke in 2011 Deposition

Last week, Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke , claiming that her former producer had sexually assaulted her several times over the course of ten years. Luke countersued and accused Kesha of blackmail and extortion. Earlier today, evidence that seemed the corroborate the singers claims surfaced in the form of tweets that were posted back in February in which  Kesha attacks Luke and accuses him of abuse. Now this strange case has taken another unexpected twist, as TMZ has obtained a transcript of a deposition from 2011 in which Kesha swears under oath that Luke never drugged or molested her, as she had previously claimed. Asked by a lawyer if she’d ever had “an intimate relationship” with Luke, Kesha responded, “No.” She later stated, “Dr. Luke never gave me coke,” and answered in the negative when asked if he’d ever given her a “roofie.” This information directly contradicts Kesha’s previous claims that Luke had drugged and raped her on several occasions. However, Kesha’s lawyers issued a statement earlier today saying that the singer had waited so long to file a lawsuit because she was afraid of repercussions from Luke. Her attorneys will likely argue that she did not accuse him of abuse during the deposition for the same reason. We’ll have more on this case as new information becomes available.  Kesha: Billboard Music Awards Photos 1. Kesha: Hot at the Billboard Awards Kesha at last night’s Billboard Music Awards. 22 Jump Street Trailer: Off to College!

Nobody gave me a sh-t about the Jump Street reboot but you got lucky. So now this department has invested a lot of money to make sure Jump Street keeps going. So says Nick Offerman’s Deputy Chief Hardy in an especially meta quote from the first trailer for 22 Jump Street, a sequel no one could have predicated when the original comedy hit screens last year. The preview sends Channing Tatum’s Greg Jenko and Jonah Hill’s Morton Schmidt to college, where they must track down a university drug dealer. Expect some frat parties. Some cursing. And a whole lot of drinking to go down as Rob Riggle returns as Dr. Walters and Dave Franco comes back as Eric. Watch the red band trailer now and prepare for a June 13 release. 22 Jump Street Trailer
