With two kids, a husband, and a new album to promote, Mariah Carey has a lot on her plate these days. In fact, the singer is apparently so stressed that she thinks it’s 1997: That’s a photo that Mariah tweeted over the weekend with a caption reading, “quality time with # dem babies..so much happiness!!” It’s lovely photo and an even lovelier sentiment. The only problem is that the pic was taken about 14 years before Dem Babies were born.  Mariah has aged so well, that she might have actually gotten away with re-posting a photo from the Clinton years, were it not for eagle-eyed fans who recognized the image from an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show: Yes, in a bizarre case of judgment clouded by ego Mariah tried to pass off a photo that was featured on the most popular daytime talk show in history as a selfie she’d snapped earlier that afternoon. And you thought it couldn’t get any weirder than  Mariah wearing a ball gown to a playground . Like we said, Carey is under a lot of pressure these days – what with releasing her first album in four years and coping with constant Nick Cannon divorce rumors . Happy 43rd Birthday, Tupac Shakur!

Fans took to Twitter on June 16 to celebrate what would have been the 43rd birthday of Tupac Shakur, who was shot and killed in Las Vegas in 1996. To this day, his murder remains unsolved – for good reason, according to Suge Knight and others who claim Tupac is alive – but his legacy lives on. Remembering Tupac Shakur (1971-1996) 1. Tupac’s music and life continue to inspire the masses and he has become something of a legend in spite of – or perhaps because of – his premature death. He’s gone but not forgotten … save for the occasional Tupac hologram performing at Coachella or Broadway show ( Holler If Ya Hear Me ) based on him. Hospital Employees Fired for Accessing Records of Kim Kardashian

Six people have been fired for illegally accessing the medical records of patients at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, with The Los Angeles Times reporting this weekend that Kim Kardashian was among those whose privacy was breached. The incidents reportedly took place between June 18 and June 24. Kim, of course, gave birth to North West on June 15 and remained a patient for seven days as the premature baby was treated and evaluated. Insiders tell TMZ that Kardashian family members were suspicious that some kind of records-related activity took place considering the details that leaked to the media. Kim has been informed of this report and is happy to have the matter settled. She is also pleased that those in the wrong were terminated.

The Lindsay Lohan Playboy issue is selling like hotcakes. We have no idea where that expression comes from or how it applies here, but a lot of guys are buying the magazine. That’s the long and short of this post. If her movie career doesn’t pick back up, she clearly has a future in soft core adult material. The nearly $1 million she banked may end up being a bargain for Playboy . Nwsstands around the country are not only selling out, they’re re-ordering the issue due to the incredible popularity of the Marilyn-themed Lindsay Lohan photos . The 25-year-old has also boosted subscription sales to their online service, iPlayboy (dot) com, even after the premature leak of the Playboy pictures online. The cover (above) supposed to be unveiled during Lohan’s heavily-hyped interview on Ellen, which was rendered moot when the actress blew off the taping. In any case, it’s been a tough year for LiLo – rehab, a shoplifting conviction, house arrest, jail, few acting gigs – but the naked truth is, it’s ending on a high note.
