Rihanna Had Rita Ora Exiled To The Cheap Seat During The VMAs Last year we reported that iconic bad gyal Rihanna reportedly banned Roc Nation singer Rita Ora from her star-studded Met Gala after party. Now The Sun UK reports the feud may have landed Rita in the netherworld of seats during the MTV VMAs… Former label mates Rihanna and Rita Ora were once again at loggerheads, with the former demanding the Brit singer sits away from her inside the ceremony so she can’t steal her thunder. A show source said: “Rihanna is receiving the Video Vanguard Award and she wants the evening to be all about her. She isn’t going to let anything, or anyone, upstage her. “She has never liked Rita and put a call into MTV last week asking for her to be sat far away from her so she isn’t disturbed during the ceremony.” The pair’s long-running feud is no secret, with RiRi believing Rita was only ever signed to her label Roc Nation to make her nervous. Only Black Varsity Cheerleader At Texas High School Banned For Wearing Braids It’s always something with “they”. One day, “they” invented a long-standing staple in black culture, the next, “they” hate on us for expressing that very same culture. SMFH. Via ABC13 A Baytown teen’s mother says her daughter is the victim of racial discrimination by her high school cheer coach. Fifteen-year-old Kemirah Jn-Marie is a flyer on the Ross S. Sterling High School varsity cheer squad. “The coach makes it hard to be on varsity,” she said, telling Eyewitness News the coach has been on her repeatedly about her hair. “She makes me feel bad about myself,” said Jn-Marie. This year, she says, she had special braids done in the hope of meeting cheer requirements. Her mother says things really got out of hand last week when the coach told Kemirah she wouldn’t be able to perform at Saturday’s football game if she showed up as she did at school – with her hair in braids. “I said, ‘If that’s the case, put it in writing. Just put it in writing,’” said Mayra Jn-Marie. She says the school district refused. What is in writing are these Sterling High cheer guidelines: Hair must be “pulled back in a secure pony tail” and hair “must not distract from the cheer environment.” The policy also states that an administrator will determine if a hair style is disruptive. Woman Sings Anti-Domestic Violence Song From Hospital Bed Darrian Amaker claims her boyfriend tried to kill her last November 29th, when he invited her over at 3am and instantly began ruthlessly beating her. She recorded the above song from her hospital bed just days after she was attacked…and now has permanent swelling to her face as a result of her injuries. Via MailOnline : Calvert was in a ‘dating relationship’ with the victim and she went to his apartment at his request that night, according to the complaint. Once in the kitchen, Calvert allegedly grabbed her and struck her repeatedly in the face with a closed fist. The defendant then did slam the victim against the wall and floor of kitchen, intentionally causing serious physical injury, severe facial bruising and swelling to the victim’s face to the extent of both of her eyes swollen completely shut, while telling her “I’m going to kill you.”’, the complaint reads. Calvert then allegedly yelled at her to wake her up and poured water in her mouth causing her to vomit. She was then dragged up several flights of stairs by Calvert to his attic apartment, according to the police statement, where he continued to beat her about the face and head. She was allegedly physically restrained during the assault and. only managed to escape at 8am when her attacker fell asleep. Interesting response, right? Somebody put them paws on her . Terrence Howard Allegedly Gives Ex-Wife Black Eye Terrence this is a bad look. What were you thinking letting the ex-wife tag along? That was just asking for trouble. According to TMZ Terrence Howard’s ex-wife filed legal docs with a graphic allegation — that the actor sucker punched her in the face, grabbed her by the neck and threw her against the wall. In the docs — obtained by TMZ — Michelle Ghent alleges the brutality occurred during a trip last week to Costa Rica. She says the fight started after she told Terrence she had no interest in firing up a relationship with him — they divorced in May. Michelle says after Terrence hit her, he glared at her and walked over to a bedside table where he kept 2 curved knives — 4-6 inches in length. Michelle says she panicked and then pepper sprayed him. At that point she claims Terrence knocked her down and then kicked her repeatedly in the head. In addition to the black eye, Michelle says she suffered contusions and swelling. And, she says, he referred to a prior warning he had given her on a trip to Bora Bora — threatening to kill her. For his part, Terrence claims in his legal docs that she made up the story to damage him, timing it for his movie premiere of “The Butler.” Terrence claims she threatened to kill him and he believes she’s serious. He also says she’s been admitted to a psych hospital in the past. Michelle got a temporary restraining order Tuesday, requiring Terrence to stay clear of her. When Animals Attack: Circus Elephant Stomps An 11-Year-Old Girl To Death In Vietnam

And there is a reason why they say “please don’t feed the animals”: A circus elephant trampled to death a girl who was attempting to feed it, police in Vietnam said Monday. Police officer Pham Ngoc Tien of Lao Cai province said the elephant was part of a troupe from Hanoi on a 10-day tour of the province. The animal was tied to a chain in the fenced backyard of a cultural center when it was not performing. Tien said Monday that the 11-year-old girl and several other children had entered its enclosure. The girl was feeding the elephant when it lifted her up with its trunk, threw her to the ground and trampled her repeatedly. Police officer Phan Van Quang told AFP that Nguyen Thao Anh was offering the elephant sugarcane. “She was trampled to death on the spot”, he added. Nguyen Xuan Quang, deputy director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, reportedly said that children had been teasing the animal prior to Sunday’s incident. Speaking to AFP, Quang added that the victim’s father was talking on the phone at the time. Source

The Prosecutor#39;s Office reviewed the case, but decided not to charge Fox. Heather Bormann filed a complaint against Fox on August 30, two days after the Lost star allegedly punched her repeatedly outside a Cleveland nightclub. Actor Matthew Fox is off the hook for an early morning incident in which he allegedly and randomly attacked a female party bus driver in Cleveland last month.
