Yesterday, during an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, Dennis Rodman flipped out over questions regarding his latest trip to North Korea. The ex-basketball star came across like he was cutting a promo for the WWE in defending his visit to Pyongyang for Kim Jong Un’s 31st birthday today. Now, however, Rodman is the one on the receiving end of someone else’s venom. And rightfully so, many would argue. Dennis Rodman GOES OFF in Defense of North Korea Trip The question that set Rodman off was about Kenneth Bae, an American sentenced to 15 years in a labor camp by the North Korean government because he allegedly committed “hostile acts” while running a tour operation in that country. Those acts have never been explained and Bae’s imprisonment is considered a prime example of the human rights violations enacted on a constant basis by Kim Jong Un and company. “There is no diplomacy, only games, and at my brother’s expense,” Bae’s sister, Terri Chung, said in a statement released by the family a day after Rodman hinted that Bae got what he deserved. She added that she was stunned by Rodman’s rant, especially his vague references to Bae having committed a crime. “I’m not sure where he’s getting his information and I’m not sure how much credence I would give to his outburst,” Chung said. Rodman is in North Korea to play a basketball game for the country’s leader and Associated Press photos have caught him bowing before the dictator. “Dennis Rodman could do a lot of good by advocating for Kenneth to Kim Jong Un, but instead he has decided to hurl outrageous accusations at my brother, insinuating that Kenneth has done something sinister,” Chung said in her statement. Bill Richardson, a former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, agrees. He tells CNN: “I think Dennis Rodman crossed a line… by implying that Kenneth Bae might be guilty, by suggesting that there was a crime.”
Someone please sit this ho down and tell him to mind his business. Dennis Rodman To Visit N. Korea To Speak To Kim Jong-un About Releasing Kenneth Bae According to TMZ reports : Dennis Rodman tells TMZ … he’s going back to North Korea on August 1 to reopen the political dialogue with Kim Jong-un … because Barack Obama “can’t do s**t.” Rodman was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked about his plan to head back to DPRK to visit his tiny, little, missile-obsessed “friend” with the weird haircut. The Worm told us he’ll do everything in his power to sway Jong-un into releasing American Kenneth Bae — who was sentenced to 15 years hard labor in North Korea for allegedly plotting to overthrow the government. “I’m gonna try and get the guy out,” Rodman said … “It’s gonna be difficult.” Then came the Obama attack — “We got a black president [who] can’t even go talk to [Jong-un] … Obama can’t do s**t, I don’t know why he won’t go talk to him.” A short time later, Rodman continued the anti-Obama talk — saying, “Obama? F**k him!” Despite all the political talk, Rodman insists, “I’m not a diplomat.” Think it’s a joke? Watch the man tell himself below. Unfortunately your browser does not support IFrames. Considering that N.Korea pretty much wants us all dead, Dennis might have to resort to some very desperate measures if he wants Kenneth Bae released. Hopefully Kim Jong-un isn’t into anything too freaky-deeky. Image via AP Continue reading →
GTFOHWTBS! Haven’t you embarrassed yourself AND black people enough with your antics?! Dennis Rodman Shows Up In Vatican City To Promote Gambling Websites Via CBSNews Ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman has been turning up in the strangest places. On the heels of a tour of the North Korean capital Pyongyang, where he professed his friendship to leader and U.S. top-antagonist Kim Jong Un, CBS News caught up with the flamboyant basketball player in Vatican City, in his new capacity as a front-man for the Irish gambling company Paddy Power. The online betting behemoth chose Rodman to help promote its offered odds on who will be chosen by the Catholic cardinals as the next pope. Though he insists he doesn’t gamble, “on stuff like that,” Rodman wasn’t shy about telling CBS News who he thought the next pontiff would be. “Today we always want to see something different, and this is going to be different. He will be black, he will be black,” professed the former all-star forward. He suggested Ghana’s Cardinal Peter Kodwo Appiah Turkson was the man to win it. Turkson has been named as a contender in the conclave, should the cardinals decide to elect their first pontiff in modern times from outside of Europe. Paddy Power, incidentally, has Italian Cardinal Angelo Scola as a clear front-runner, at least in terms of betting odds. Rodman said he hoped to meet the new pope while in Rome, whoever he may be. We don’t make it habit of hating people, but we might hate Dennis Rodman. Somebody get this ignorant a$$ ni**a a seat and STRAP HIM TO IT! Image via AP

The worm didn’t fall too far from the tree Ex-NBA baller Dennis Rodman has finally met his estranged father after 42 years of separation, following an exhibition game in the Philippines. Philander Rodman Jr., (we couldn’t even make that name up) who acknowledged fathering 29 children by 16 mothers, says he was happy and surprised that his son agreed to meet… He tried to meet his son during another game in Manila in 2006. “It was great,” he said Thursday of the first time he held his son’s hands since they last met in December 1969. “I’ve been trying to meet him for years. And then last night, boom, I met him. I was really, really happy and very surprised,” he told The Associated Press. Philander, who has been living in the Philippines for nearly 50 years, said he wanted to explain to his son that he didn’t abandon his family in the United States, but they only had time for greetings and handshakes. He said he spent only about three minutes with his son, who was also busy signing autographs. “I really, really felt good,” he said. “It’s the beginning of something new.” He gave his number to his son who promised to call. He said his son did not even want to talk about him six years ago, but he was encouraged to try again to meet him after Tuesday’s press conference where the former Pistons and Bulls star invited him to watch Wednesday’s game. “I don’t hate the guy that brought me into this world,” Dennis Rodman told reporters. “The fact is, if I saw him, I’ll just tell him, ‘You know, you’re a friend of mine.’” During a break, with seconds left to the end of the game, Dennis Rodman grabbed a microphone acknowledged his father’s presence and pointed to him in the arena. The crowd applauded as the elder Rodman stood up wearing a red baseball cap that said “Yes, Dennis Rodman is my son.” Rodman’s vet daddy now operates the Rodman’s Rainbow Obamaburger restaurant in northern Angeles City. He said his restaurant menu includes burgers with red, yellow and green colored buns and fries, colors associated with his flamboyant son. Now we know we he gets it from. Source
