Two months ago, Tasha Rosenbrook bravely asked for help as Leida Margaretha destroyed her life for a second time. Fans opened their hearts and wallets and donated, but now Tasha has announced that she's refunding them. Why? Because Leida has won. Tasha can't keep fighting. Leida Margaretha marched into Tasha's home and took everything from her — not only her father, but her apartment. Tasha had to move, and she spoke her mind — on 90 Day Fiance and on social media. Leida retaliated by securing a restraining order against Tasha for “harassment.” That means four years before Tasha can even try to bridge the gap that Leida created between father and daughter. Fans of Tasha's, plus people who just hate Leida, contributed to her GoFundMe to help her fight the restraining order in court. In a new video shared on social media, Tasha explains why that legal battle has come to an end. “We are here to update you finally on what’s going on,” Tasha says. “Unfortunately, there’s no good news here.” “So firstly, I would like to say that yes, the money from the GoFundMe did go towards the lawyer,” Tasha clarifies. “But she refunded all the money that we gave her,” she reveals. Tasha explains that this happened “because she decided to withdraw from my case about two weeks ago.” Tasha explains the attorney's decision: “she felt like she didn’t quite have what it took to do a restraining order case,” “And not only that,” the video notes. “But in order to reopen the original case we’d have to appeal to a higher court.” “Which,” it is revealed. “Would cost almost $10,000.” “It’s not that we didn’t have new evidence to present,” Tasha's roommate Jan explains. “Tasha doesn’t have the money,” she says plainly. “That’s a lot of money.” “We are giving everyone the chance to request their refund from the GoFundMe,” Jan continues. “Tasha doesn’t have thousands of dollars to take this to the state level and get new evidence presented to a new judge,” she explains. “But that doesn’t mean she’s not going to try to get her security deposit back, Eric,” Jan warns. Tasha lived in the apartment before Eric moved in as a roommate and ultimately forced her to leave to please Leida. That's not one side of the story — horrified viewers watched Leida gleefully make that arrangement on camera. “I’m not happy about it,” Tasha expresses. “I’m not withdrawing because I want to.” Another obstacle is that the statute of limitations on harassment has passed. “Too much time has passed,” Jan says. “And there hasn’t been any bashing of Tasha that we know of on social media.” “It’s not because we weren’t trying,” the video clarifies. “It’s just things weren’t working out.” “We can and can’t quite look at other lawyers,” Tasha admits. “Because honestly, between Jan and I, we’ve called about 50 at least lawyers in the area.” “No one really wants to take the case,” she laments. “Mainly because of social media.” “And also because there really aren’t a lot of lawyers willing to do harassment,” she adds, noting the exception of more expensive lawyers. “It’s just a mess,” Tasha bemoans. “It’s going to cost thousands of dollars for the new retainer if I wanted to reopen the case.” “And then it’s going to cost who knows how much more for a new lawyer too,” the roommates fear. “Plus if I found a lawyer outside of my county,” Tasha notes. “I’d have to pay for them to travel.” “It’s just not worth my mental health anymore,” she expresses. There's more than one way for Leida to win. If Tasha is (more) broken emotionally and financially, that's a win for Leida. We should note that, though Tasha has fared the worst since Leida began lashing out at her “enemies,” she's not the only target. In recent months, a number of Instagram accounts have become targets. According to complaints lodged by Reality Diggers and others, Leida has been reporting any mention of her as “copyright infringement.” This is a powerful tactic for silencing any criticism or mention of her. Reporting someone for harassment or impersonation can take ages. But social media platforms are terrified of copyright lawsuits. Leida has been chasing these blogs into hiding with her reports. And Instagram has rewarded her with the blue check mark of verification.
E arlier in the month, a video went viral of Alexander McNab being harassed by six campus cops at Barnard College , an all-women’s school affiliated with Columbia University in New York City. But while the video caused outrage from staff and faculty, one student went out of her way to claim that McNab appearing to be racially profiled had nothing to do with his brown skin. SEE ALSO: Students Suspended For Brawl While Cop In Video Who Assaulted One Of Them Goes Unpunished The student, who described herself as a “(very) light-skinned Jewish woman” named Morgan Raum, defended campus security in a piece she recently authored for the Columbia Beacon, an alternative campus publication. “I would much prefer Barnard Public Safety officers prioritize safety rather than political correctness,” Raum wrote . “The fact of the matter is an adult male entered a closed women’s college campus after 11 p.m. and repeatedly refused to show his identification to Public Safety officers, despite admitting that he knew about the rule. To be honest, I’m upset he was allowed to get as far as Milstein before the officers took action.” Raum went on to say McNab was stopped simply because of his gender, an excuse that rings hollow since there are always male students from Columbia on Barnard’s campus. “For context: Columbia students have access to Barnard libraries. After 11 p.m., students are supposed to show their IDs to public safety before entering campus. But this rule is loosely enforced and hardly followed. I have always just nodded to the officer. Nothing like this,” Andrew Wang , who identified himself as a Columbia student, wrote in his tweet below that includes a video of the incident. This happened yesterday at Barnard College. A black Columbia University student was entering the library when he was racially profiled by public safety officers. They took his ID. They pinned him down. : Caroline Cutlip pic.twitter.com/7CeUDQSuIH — Andrew Wang (@andrwwang) April 12, 2019 “I can’t help but feel that while Alexander McNab may have been ‘profiled,’ in all likelihood it was due to his being a male student on a women’s college campus after 11PM who repeatedly refused to show his identification,” she wrote. In case you missed it, McNab refused to show his ID to security officers who the same demands for identification from students of color. Officers eventually physically assaulted McNab inside a campus building even after he handed them his identification, another fact the “very light-skinned” Raum failed to acknowledge. “I didn’t violate anybody. Get your hands off of me,” McNab says to the security officers. After looking at McNab’s ID card, one of the officers responded, “Let’s walk outside.” McNab said he feared going outside with the officers and wanted to stay inside the building where there were witnesses. Instead of examining his ID and allowing him to go, the officers confiscated McNab’s card, saying they needed to verify that he was an “active” Columbia student. As of Tuesday morning, the security officers were reportedly still on leave and Barnard was hiring an independent investigator. Earlier this year, Beth Chapman revealed her new wig — a symbol of her fight for her life against cancer. The Dog The Bounty Hunter star and wife of the man himself beat cancer once, but her odds are not considered very good right now. In a new interview, her husband reveals that she has a plan to spend the rest of her life working by his side. In a tearful interview with DailyMailTV , Duane “Dog The Bounty Hunter” Chapman explains how the love of his life is preparing to die. “She has told me repeatedly,” Chapman reveals. “That if these are her last days on earth she wants to spend every moment with me.” He adds that she wants to spend those days “on the hunt.” That is, in pursuit of fugitives. Beth wants to spend her time “living life to the fullest.” “And,” Chapman adds. “Enjoying the time we have left together.” “The best part of my job,” Chapman says. “Is having her by my side on every journey.” Of course. “I can’t imagine a day without her,” he confesses. That is so heartbreaking. “And,” he continues. “Think deep down inside she is always concerned for my safety.” Chapman explains that Beth has these concerns “because she wants the security of knowing I come home to her every night.” “If this were me,” Chapman confesses, speaking of how he would act if he had cancer. “I would be a big sissy.” By context, it is clear that he does not mean that term in a perjorative manner towards any group of people. “But,” he says proudly. “Not Beth.” Speaking of is wife, Chapman says: “She is still hitting the ground running with me.” “Beth is determined cancer won’t slow her down,” he praises. “In fact,” Chapman notes. “I am so amazed by Beth’s strength and positive attitude.” “My baby has cancer,” Chapman laments. But he once again praises her strength and resolve, adding: “and she is fighting like hell.” Chapman himself, despite his tough guy image, is unafraid to admit that this situation has him in real emotional distress. “I have cried a lot over this,” he confesses. Chapman explains that he is terrified of the worst “because Beth is my everything.” “Despite all of the obstacles I have overcome,” Chapman expresses. “This is by far the biggest test of my life.” “And mark my words,” he vows. “I will not let her die.” “She is my rock and my bodyguard,” Chapman says, heaping further praises upon his wife. He concludes by vowing: “I will do everything I can to keep her here.” While we can all hope for the best, we know that sometimes, everything you can isn’t enough to change things. It doesn’t matter you may think of the Chapmans as people or of the archaic laws that still allow bounty hunting. This isn’t about their job or their controversies or politics. This is about Beth’s life. At present, doctors say that she has about a 50% chance of survival against the throat cancer that returned last year. We wish her a full recovery and we hope that she goes into remission sooner rather than later. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Beat Cancer

The incident went down at last year’s Met Gala. It turns out the fade victim refused to cooperate despite being seen on camera catching the fade . TMZ reports that since the victim passed on speaking to NYPD detectives, the security won’t be facing any charges while the assault case has been dropped. However, the “fan” in question has filed a civil lawsuit against the Migos and Cardi. Sounds like he’s banking on catching a check for his claims of suffering injuries to his face and body. Jenelle Evans barely appeared on Monday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2 . In fact, she only popped up in one brief and mostly uneventful scene. But even so, she’s the talk of Twitter today thanks to a pair of alarming controversies. The one that’s receiving the most attention on social media this morning involves Jenelle’s mom, Barbara Evans, who made some unsettling comments about her daughter’s marriage to David Eason. Speaking with a member of the show’s security staff, Babara revealed that she believes David represents a serious threat to Jenelle’s safety. “I think he’s hurting her and he’s just keeping her … I can see it, it’s a domestic violence thing and he’s keeping her like a prisoner,” a tearful Babs accused. “She can’t even leave the house.” Frightening stuff, and it’s not hard to see why the scene prompted many viewers to call for MTV to immediately cut ties with the entire Eason family. As it appears right now, the network is subsidizing an abusive household. Interestingly, the other Jenelle controversy of the night also involved Andre the security guard. In the only scene that actually featured Jenelle on camera, her baby daddy Nathan Griffith dropped off his son Kaiser following a weekend visit. Kaiser was reluctant to say goodbye, and he was so overwhelmed with affection that he runs to Andre to offer him a hug, as well. (As many viewers pointed out, the boy did not seem eager to hug Jenelle.) “Tomorrow, can we go to Daddy’s?” Kaiser asked at one point, to which Evans replied, “Not tomorrow. You can go next weekend.” “I might start crying for Daddy,” Kaiser responded. MTV posted a clip of the scene on Twitter, with a caption reading: “Kaiser is the cutest! Watch this sweet moment between @PBandJenelley_1 and her Bubba from tonight’s new #TeenMom2” Not surprisingly, many fans did not agree with the network’s assessment of the show. “That was hard to watch,” tweeted one fan. “There were no sweet moments between Jenelle and Kaiser! He wanted to hug everyone there except her!” echoed another. A third took it as further confirmation of David Eason’s abusive behavior and Jenelle’s negligent parenting. “That was a sweet moment between @PBandJenelley_1 and Kaiser? “Nooo! that was a sweet moment between Nathan, his mom, and Andre & Kaiser. Kaiser wasn’t happy to see her, nor did he want to go with her. Can’t blame the kid. I’m nervous for every living thing in their house.” It’s anyone’s guess as to why the network would describe the scene so inaccurately. Perhaps MTV really is worried about Jenelle quitting Teen Mom 2 . View Slideshow: Barbara Evans: David Eason is Abusing Jenelle! She’s Being Held Prisoner!
Source: Derrick Salters/WENN.com / WENN In the days since the alleged attack suffered by Jussie Smollett in Chicago, authorities have battled theories and speculation surrounding the incident. Now, it’s come out that the FBI is looking into mail sent to the studios where Empire is filmed to gather more intel. TMZ reports : Sources on set tell us a private security company was hired by the show and met with FBI agents to establish a protocol for inspecting all incoming mail. We’re told the team wears gloves so the evidence in question is not contaminated. The security team has 2 functions … to flag threatening, incoming mail and alert the FBI, and to possibly link new items to the letter Jussie already received, containing homophobic and racists epithets along with an image of a noose. Our sources say the security team has already flagged “hate mail,” but we’re told that it’s nothing new. The show has been targeted by racists and homophobes in the past, but now everyone is on high alert and the FBI is screening all of it. The outlet adds that sources tell them security on set is extra tight in the wake of the attack. — Photo: WENN
Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Tekashi 6ix9ine Reportedly Ups His Family Security After Cutting A Federal Deal According to TMZ , Tekashi69 is dropping a BAG to keep his family safe after he entered a guilty plea and is willingly cooperating with the feds. Since his arrest in November, he’s reportedly been spending thousands on personal security for his mother in the event that someone is looking o retaliate against him for turning into an informant. If you can recall, 6ix9ine pled guilty to 8 counts in addition to implicating members of the Nine Trey Bloods in multiple crimes. Tekashi was reportedly responsible for naming the alleged trigger man in the attempted shooting of Chief Keef (leading to an indictment). Tekashi’s attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ; “6ix9ine has the means to pay for his family’s private security, so the government expects the money to come out of his pocket to protect his closest family members.” She says the government would step in if, at some point, Tekashi can’t afford the security. 6ix9ine is set to be sentenced next January, and his deal with prosecutors requires him to continue working with the feds.
