I’m not sure what I love most about Bella Thorne … That it seems like she’s either at the gym or in a bikini 24/7, or that she documents every second of it on Snapchat. The world lost a talented actress and a transgender pioneer earlier this month. On September 11, Alexis Arquette died at the age of 47. And while the world mourned a star who had appeared in such films as Pulp Fiction, Patricia Arquette simple mourned a family member. And she continues to do so today. The Oscar-winning actress took to Twitter on Sunday, September 25 to remember Alexis, writing the following message to followers Or, to be more accurate, to Alexis herself… “If there is reincarnation I pray to God that you come back Lex into a family that loves you as much as we do. Thank you all for your condolences and words of support and prayers for our family.” As previously reported in sad detail, Alexis Arquette died at the age of 47 on September 11. The passing was confirmed at the time by brother Richmond Arquette. “Our brother Robert, who became our brother Alexis, who became our sister Alexis, who became our brother Alexis, passed this morning September 11, at 12:32 am,” he wrote on Facebook back then. Despite the fact that there are few parts for trans actors, she refused to play roles that were demeaning or stereotypical. “She was a vanguard in the fight for understanding and acceptance for all trans people.” Alexis dove more deeply into her transition in the 2007 film Alexis Arquette: She’s My Brother . She was also best known for films such as The Wedding Singer, Lords of Dogtown, Blended and the documentary Wigstock: The Movie.
