Limbaugh’s Liberal Howlers, and the Media Bias That Surrounded Them

December's Limbaugh Letter has these choice quotes from Speaker Pelosi on the 63-seat bloodbath of the House Democrats. “We didn't lose the election because of me…I'm the most significant attractor of support for the Democrats.” She said this on National Public Radio on the November 12 Morning Edition newscast. I went back to find out what did the interviewer say before and after this laughable blast? Anchor Renee Montagne asked about being “successfully demonized” by the GOP: MONTAGNE: Getting back to the politics, you have been quite successfully demonized by the Republicans. How are you going to keep that from hurting your party more than it already has? PELOSI: Well, let me say this when you say more than it already has. Bachmann Responds to ‘F— Michele Bachmann’ Concert Fliers: ‘We Don’t See an Outrage Coming from the Media’

It is way beyond comprehension – the dislike, hatred for Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., a relative backbencher in terms of congressional clout , but a strong outspoken conservative leader. Fliers ( posted below fold ) have been surfacing around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn. advertising a “F— Michele Bachmann 2010” tape party featuring the hip-hop artist G-Biz . And on Sean Hannity’s June 17 radio program, the Minnesota congresswoman responded to it and likened it to other shots taken at her. “It was just brought to my attention yesterday,” she said. “This is part of a pattern. I know you reported on this before – the Playboy article. They have highlighted various conservative women and talked about very lewd, derogatory, hateful violent things that they wanted to do toward those women. I was one of those women and this is a concert series, as you said, where they’re using degrading terminology. Also in Minneapolis, there’s a comic book series that was written showing me in a similar light.” Flier Posted Below Fold

Dennis Kucinich to vote yes on Health Care bill.

U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich waited until Democrats had won last November’s health care reform vote before casting his ballot against it on the House of Representatives floor.. This time around — pressured by everyone from President Obama to Moveon.org — the Cleveland Democrat had no luxury to dawdle before taking a stance. He just announced at a Capitol news conference that he’ll vote yes on the bill’s latest draft. “I have doubts about the bill,” Kucinich said. “This is not the bill I wanted to support. . . However, after careful discussions with President Obama, Speaker Pelosi, my wife Elizabeth and close friends, I’ve decided to cast a vote in favor of the legislation.
