Speaking to Complex , Brown opened up about his personal issues with mental health and drug abuse while shutting down artists who promote drugs “for entertainment purposes.” “I’ve seen the way music affects these people. A lot of this shit, I wouldn’t have gotten into it if it wasn’t for rap music,” Brown said. He continued, “So, I just wanna let people know that people do take shit literally and you gotta just be careful with what you talk about, if you’re not honest. I was talking about what I was doing. A lot of these people are just saying it for entertainment purposes, but you really do have these kids out here trying these drugs. It’s not cool.” Check the full Complex feature after the jump.

Dr. Thobeka Cele , a general practitioner based in Johannesburg who also provides aesthetic treatments, says that the most popular treatments requested by her Black clients include Botox, fillers, and cellulite treatments, as well as stretch-mark treatment. However, Cele says, “My clientele is not youth-driven, and neither am I. Charli XCX is some UK popstar who I don’t think is really that relevant, but relevant enough for Taylor Swift to have ripped off her music, at least according to the internet, not according to me, because I am not an expert on either Taylor Swift or aspiring Taylor Swift music….in fact, I fucking hate it and believe it is the devils work designed to sell product to our youth.. The same week that  Bette Midler dissed Ariana Grande , the 71-year old artist spoke to The Sunday Times, bringing up a 2012 rumor that Swift was in talks to portray her in a big screen adaption of Girls Like Us, a book that told the story of Mitchell, Carole King and Carly Simon. 11 Fun Facts About Taylor Swift! 1. Her First Job Was Knocking Bugs Out of Christmas Trees We’re guessing she prefers singing. “I squelched that. I said to the producer, ‘All you’ve got is a girl with high cheekbones,'” Mitchell recall. In other words: Joni Mitchell isn’t a big fan of Taylor Swift the actress. Swift made her feature film debut in 2010’s Valentine’s Day and she also had a small role in 2014’s The Giver. She told Time magazine two years ago that she’s “love to sign on to do a movie,” but it would have to be a “story worth telling,” considering how much effort she’d put in to a big role. For now, however, this music thing is working out pretty well for Swift. She set a Billboard milestone last week by succeeding herself atop the chart and kicks off the 1989 World Tour on May 5 in Tokyo, Japan. She will perform 65 shows through October 31 in Tampa, Florida.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula: Anti-Islam "Innocence of Muslims" Filmmaker Revealed!

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula (also known as Sam Bacile) has been revealed as the creator of the anti-Muslim film that has contributed to violent protests in the Middle East. “Innocence of Muslims”, a low-budget movie filmed this year, has been blamed at least in part for the recent political and social unrest in the already volatile region. Here’s the New York Daily News’ photo of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula (a.k.a. Sam Bacile ) on the set of Innocence of Muslims with actress Anna Gurji … Nakoula, who resides in Cerritos, Calif., is believed to have gotten considerable financial backing for the now-infamous movie from strident anti-Islam organizations. The film triggered violence in Egypt, Yemen, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Palestinian territories and Libya, where Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed. Federal investigators questioned – but later released – Nakoula, who is on probation for a check-kiting scheme. The 55-year-old was not arrested by authorities. The Egyptian-born filmmaker has since gone into hiding, according to The AP. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton denounced the video as “disgusting and reprehensible” last week but defended the right of American citizens to express their opinions.

Rupert Everett Creates Stir with Anti-Gay Parenting Comment

Rupert Everett has stirred up quite a bit of controversy with comments made to The Sunday Times Magazine in Great Britain. The actor, who came out of the closet at age 18, told the publication that his mother has met his boyfriend and gets along with him very well – but would prefer if her child came home instead with a wife and kids. “She thinks children need a father and a mother and I agree with her,” Everett said. “I can’t think of anything worse than being brought up by two gay dads. Some people might not agree with that. Fine! That’s just my opinion.” Expecting backlash, Everett added: “I’m not speaking on behalf of the gay community. In fact, I don’t feel like I’m part of any ‘community.’ The only community I belong to is humanity and we’ve got too many children on the planet, so it’s good not to have more.” Ben Summerskill, chief executive of Stonewall (a British gay rights group) reacted swiftly to Everett’s comments, releasing a statement that reads: “Rupert should get out a little bit more to see the facts for himself.
