Eddie Rubin of Flawless Jewelry confirmed to Page Six that Kevin Hunter had wife Wendy Williams ’ Franck Muller watch “upgraded” by adding diamonds to it. Kev stopped by the jewelry store more than two weeks ago to have 25 carats worth of diamonds placed on the band and around the face of the watch. That was just one week ahead of when his alleged mistress gave birth. Subsequently, news broke that Kev and Sharina Hudson allegedly had a baby girl . Do you think Wendy’s diamond upgrade was a way to pacify Wendy before the scandal spread??? Kev, however, didn’t pick up the watch from the jeweler until Thursday, March 28., four days after the baby was born. Page Six is reporting that the timepiece is now valued at $40,000. A source tells Page Six; “$40,000 isn’t enough to forgive what he’s done.”

Trina Braxton’s ex-husband Gabe Solis has passed away from cancer according to a TMZ report . Sources say Solis died Thursday in Texas, where he hails from, and we’re told he was surrounded by friends and family. Solis was married to The Braxton Family Values reality star Trina Braxton from 2003-2015. Many people first saw Gabe and Trina sort out their marriage struggle, bouts with infidelity and divorce after it was displayed on the favorite reality show. Despite their rocky relationship, the 2 remained close friends. Gabe’s health issues were reportedly kept under wraps and his passing comes as a surprise to many close to the family. May he rest easy.

The procedure was reportedly performed in Beverly Hills by one of the country’s top surgeons. A source close to Carey, told Page Six that “Mariah has always been proud of her curves, but this summer, as her Caesars Palace residency came to a close, and then she went on tour with Lionel Richie, she noticed it became harder to dance, and she was getting a lot more criticism online from body shamers.” The report goes into further detail about what initially caused Carey’s weight gain, citing increased late-night eating and cocktails after shows with current boyfriend and back-up dancer Bryan Tanaka. Things are apparently looking up after the surgery, as the source says “Mariah underwent the procedure about a month ago, and she is already seeing some good results, and she feels a lot better.” Meanwhile, just last week Carey officially parted ways with her controversial manager Stella Bulochnikov after almost three years of working together. GoFundMe Raises Over $243K For Black Church Defaced By Trump Supporters A GoFundMe campaign created to help a historically Black Mississippi church vandalized by alleged Trump supporters has now raised over $243,000. Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church parishioners in Mississippi recently found their place of worship burned with and defaced with the words “Vote Trump,” painted on the walls. The GoFundMe page created by J. Blair Reeves on behalf of the church wrote this message to help gain donations: On Tuesday, November 1st, 2016, unknown criminals burned a predominantly black Baptist church in Greenville, Mississippi and scrawled graffiti on it: “Vote Trump”. The animus of this election cycle combined with the potent racial history of burning black churches as a political symbol makes this event something we must not ignore. Only two weeks ago, the internet came together to help repair a North Carolina GOP field office that had been burned by thugs. Justice demands we do the same now. More details as they are available. Can we do this? Can we help show the world, the country, and most importantly, the churchgoers of Hopewell Baptist that we, as a society, are better than this? The campaign only asked for $10,000 to repair the sanctuary but has since been flooded with donations from all over the world… We must destroy hate with love and stand in solidarity for what is right!

Seen on the scene… FOX’s Atlanta “STAR” Screening On Tuesday a bevy of celebs attended the ATL screening of FOX’s new series “STAR” at the “ATL Live on The Park” showcase. The showcase presented by industry vets Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols brought together over 300 VIPs at Park Tavern for a sneak peek of the show co-created by Lee Daniels. Cast members Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott and Jasmine Burke were on hand to welcome guests. Attendees watched the premiere episode and then proceeded downstairs to enjoy live performances by Julie Dexter, Dondria, Rayven Justice and Sandy Redd with host Ed Lover.
