Lindsay Lohan looks to be off to a strong start in 2013. First, she made it through New Year’s Eve without getting arrested. Now, check out these photos of the celeb looking cute and alarmingly aware of her surroundings. Who is this girl and what has she done with Lindsay? Granted, she’s aged rapidly in recent years (see Lindsay Lohan before and after pics ), but the 26-year-old actress looks a lot better than she has for some time. Arriving at London’s fancy Nozomi restaurant last night, LiLo glowed in a black fur jacket and pink lipstick. 2013. It can only be an improvement over 2012.
