I’ve actually been posting quite a few pictures of Olympian Sasha Cohen over the last little while, figure skaters are hot, but I think it’s time she spends a little cash and updates her bikini. Seriously, every time it’s the same thing. I guess I shouldn’t really complain, it looks pretty damn good on her, but variety is the spice of life. A thong might be nice. Just a suggestion.
Nicolas Cage is back as the titular Ghost Rider in the new trailer for its sequel Spirit of Vengeance. Yes, a sequel has actually been made for Ghost Rider. Johnny Blaze has fans, alright? Respect the Blaze! Cage stars as the man who gave up his soul to be the no-holds-barred vigilante. The follow-up to the 2007 flick also features Ciaran Hinds, Idris Elba and Brian Taylor. Following a filmed proposal , Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed will get married on October 1 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The couple, who has actually been together for nearly three decades, released its wedding invitation to the world today. And the two-part message is rather laid back and hilarious. First, we have a request for “classy cocktail attire,” with smaller print that adds: “although we know some Rockstar attire will be worn.” Next, we have a family portrait of Simmons, Tweed and their two kids, with writing that includes: “There will no longer be a Team Tweed or a Team Simmons but instead a Team Tweed-Simmons and as annoyingly long as that is, we hope you’re on it.” THG definitely is now.
Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, who resigned after attempting to sell or barter President Obama’s seat in the U.S. Senate, has been convicted of a VAST range of corruption, bribery and extortion charges. A jury deemed him guilty on 17 of 20 counts . His attorneys insisted that FBI wiretap recordings in which he discussed many illegal activities were just the ramblings of a politician who liked to think aloud. But Blagojevich, who spent 2 1/2 years becoming a punchline, yet professing his innocence on reality shows and on the witness stand, went down hard. The guilty verdict caps an incredible story in which Rod Blagojevich infamously said, on a tapped phone, that the chance to appoint the Senate successor to Obama after he was elected president was “f—ing golden.” Not something to give away “for f—ing nothing,” in other words. He faces up to 300 years in prison, though sentencing guidelines are sure to reduce his time. Still, prosecutors will likely push to have him incarcerated. Rod may not have a leg to stand on. Following reports that suggested Two and a Half Men would write out Charlie Sheen’s character by simply keeping him in Paris , where he jetted off to the last time we saw him on screen, sources now say Chuck Lorre wants to ensure Sheen can never return to the CBS sitcom… … by killing Sheen’s Harper off. Will Charlie Sheen be eternally LOSING on Two and a Half Men? CBS insiders tell TMZ Alan and Jake will learn about Charlie’s fate early in the September premiere, and then Ashton Kutcher will arrive when his character buys Charlie’s house. I haven’t seen Heidi Montag in a long time and I have to say that it’s actually been kind of nice not dealing with all of her nonsense, but I’m not afraid to admit that I’ve missed her big old fake breasts.
