Burke Ramsey is one of two surviving members of the Colorado family that lost daughter JonBenet in December 1996. Ahead of the 20th anniversary of the beauty pageant participant's death, Burke has agreed to a sit-down with Dr. Phil. There's something off about the 29-year-old, something creepy in the way he smiles and the way his eyes shift here and there while he talks. In the latest clip from Dr. Phil's three-part interview , Burke spoke briefly about JonBenet's funeral. “Yah, I remember the viewing. I remember the casket was small and her eyes were closed,” Burke said. “I think one of her eyes was a little droopy or something. I thought that was weird.” Dr. Phil asked what was going through Burke's mind when he saw his sister like that. “That was weird,” he shared. “That was traumatizing a little bit.” “It was a lot of sadness. I don't think I fully grasped, like 'After this, I won't see her again.' “I remember my parents being really upset. I can remember my dad leaning down and giving her a kiss.” For as awkward as he appears to be, Burke doesn't mince words when it comes to the media storm that has encircled his life for the past twenty years. “I know people think I did it; that my parents did it,” Burke said of the murder, in which JonBenet was found in the basement of the family's home. The first thing I remember is my mom bursting into my room really frantic saying ‘Oh my gosh, oh my gosh,’ running around my room, now, I know, looking for JonBenet.” Burke also remembers the TV vans and camera crews that have been in his face over the years. “Seeing that as a little kid is just kind of a chaotic nightmare, so I was pretty skeptical of any sort of media, it just made me a very private person,” Burke revealed. “As to what I’m doing now, it’s the 20th anniversary and apparently still a lot of tension around it, I guess I kind of wanted to make it about remembering her and not just another news story.” While Burke is telling his side, former suspect John Mark Karr claims he knows exactly who killed the six-year-old, but will take his secret to the grave. “I’m going to protect every person that needs to be protected ,” Mark Karr told producers of the three-part documentary, JonBenet: An American Murder Mystery. “Maybe God up in Heaven will forgive me for some of the things that I did to help other people!” JonBenet: An American Murder Mystery miniseries premieres tonight on Investigation Discovery at 10 p.m.

Cheryl Burke is the latest star to come out against Donald Trump. The former Dancing with the Stars professional has resigned as host of the 2015 Miss USA Pageant, a day after NBC officially severed ties with the event’s owner, Donald Trump. An actual candidate for President in 2016, Trump has come under fire for saying some seriously racist stuff about Mexicans and other immigrants. Said Burke in a statement announcing her decision: “In light of the recent statements made by Donald Trump and the subsequent decision by NBC to cut ties with Mr. Trump, I cannot in good conscience move forward with participating in this year’s Miss USA Pageant as its co-host. “Effective today I have withdrawn from my duties with Miss USA. “Although I will not be there in person, I wish all of the contestants much luck as I know how hard they’ve all been working over the last year to try and realize their dreams.” Burke was scheduled to emcee the ceremony alongside Thomas Roberts of MSNBC. Roselyn Sanchez and Cristián de la Fuente, meanwhile, have also dropped out as co-hosts of the Spanish simulcast of Miss USA. The pageant was scheduled for July 12 and contestants are now rallying to have NBC air it after all. Trump is one of the owners of the Miss Universe Organization, which oversees Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA. Dancing with the Stars pro Cheryl Burke looks very different these days, sparking rumors that she is in poor health, and/or that she had plastic surgery. This all started when Burke, who dropped a considerable amount of weight, posted a photo on Facebook that was bombarded with comments. People said Cheryl looks anorexic, and worse. Someone even asked if she’s dying of AIDS. One person dissed her by saying “Those Botox lips need there [sic] own FB page, gross” and another said to delete the pic “before it ends up on TMZ.” Which it did.
