This is not a joke. Somehow, someway, this is really happening. Jon Gosselin is going to be a stripper. If you need to take a moment to clutch your pearls or take some calming breaths or to just laugh and laugh about how Kate Gosselin could possibly be reacting to this news, that’s fine. Take your time. OK, now let’s get into the details. On April 1st, in Dusk Nightclub in Atlantic City, Jon will get on stage and strip down in a show called Untamed Male Revue. And we know all that because of this handy little poster he’s been sharing on Twitter: And we know, we know, all this is supposed to go down on April Fool’s Day. But, fittingly enough , April Fool’s Day is also Jon’s birthday — his 40th birthday, to be exact. So maybe he’s just choosing to celebrate his special day in a special way. It’s possible. Sources tell TMZ that Jon is actually friends with the people running the show, which is how he got involved . And, fortunately (or unfortunately? Depends on what you’re into, we guess), Jon won’t be getting totally nude on stage. He’ll be leaving his underwear on. Sources also said that Jon’s show will be more of a Magic Mike type of show, which apparently means more dancing and less “hump your face” action. Small miracles. In the weeks leading up to the show, he’s been doing a lot of rehearsing, and he’s even been working out, trying to get that old bod of his into decent shape for his big day. But while there’s all this information circulating about, and while people are insisting it’s not a joke, it seems important to note that in his Twitter post promoting the event, he wrote “Check it out, my big debut … ?” Not the most confident announcement ever, right? So there’s a chance that it still could be a joke, or maybe Jon is just doing another DJ gig for the real strippers to get down to. Or maybe all of our dreams/nightmares are coming true, and Jon Gosselin really is becoming a stripper. What a world. What. A. World.
There’s officially a new member of the One Direction Dads’ Club! Liam Payne took to Instagram moments ago to confirm that he and girlfriend Cheryl Cole have welcomed a baby boy. It’s the first child for both. Payne confirmed the news by posting the photo above along with a heartfelt message praising his loved ones and fans for their continued support: “My close friends and family know there are very few times when I’m left speechless… wow! “I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far. “I’m completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she’s really made my dreams come true. He added that the child does not yet have a name, writing: “We haven’t named him yet but he’s already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.” Cole posted the same photo to her own social media accounts along with the following caption: “On Wednesday, 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream. “Although he still doesn’t have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival.” She added: “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever.” Yes, tomorrow is Mother’s Day in the UK, and little As-Yet-Unnamed arrived just in time the make the occasion all the more special to Cheryl. After meeting when he auditioned for The X Factor back in 2010, Cole and Payne began dating last spring. The early days of their romance were marred by controversy, as it was widely rumored that Cole had left her husband for Payne, who’s ten years her junior. (1D fans tend to scrutinize their favorite lads’ love lives just a bit.) Just six months later, rumors that Cole was pregnant with Payne’s baby began to circulate on social media. Tragedy has struck Louis Tomlinson and his family. As previously reported on The Hollywood Gossip, Tomlinson’s mother, Johannah Deakin , died on Wednesday after a battle with Leukemia. She was only 42 years old at the time of her passing. Following two days of private mourning, Tomlinson’s family released a statement that confirmed this horrible news. It reads as follows: “It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016. “Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private.” Along with the beloved One Direction member, Deakin is survived by six other kids: Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, twins Daisy and Phoebe, 12, and twins Ernest and Doris, 2. Our hearts goes out to all of them. And not just our heart, but the hearts of nearly everyone who knows Tomlinson well. In the wake of this terrible development, many stars have reached out via social media and sent Tomlinson their condolences. Here’s a look at what they said over Twitter, Instagram and other platforms: Liam Payne : “I’m so sorry for you my brother my heart aches for you, just know I love you the same from a million miles away as I do right next to you. I’m always here for you through everything as you have been for me.” Cheryl Cole : “@Louis_Tomlinson my heart breaks for you. I am so sorry. Sending you all my love.” Among other well wishes sent the singer’s way: The most moving message of all, though, came from Tomlinson’s own sister, Félicité, who simply posted the image of a broken heart. What else was there for her to even say, right? Tomlinson will reportedly go through with his previously scheduled appearance on The X Factor on Saturday as his mother’s final wish. We cannot imagine the pain he and his siblings are experiencing right now and we will continue to send them our thoughts and prayers.

This tabloid broke the news that Joan Callaghan purchased a pregnancy pillow and a wedge to support a baby bump in a Mothercare store. THE CASE AGAINST PREGNANCY: A source subsequently pointed out to The Sun that Joan’s “other children have lots of kids,” meaning she may have been shopping for one of Cole’s siblings. THE CASE FOR PREGNANCY: Cole and Payne were recently seen on a date night in London. The skinny female singer was donning a loose-fitting knit dress and an oversized coat for the occasion. Was she hiding a baby bump? THE CASE AGAINST PREGNANCY: Not everyone who wears a loose-fitting article of clothing is pregnant. THE CASE FOR PREGNANCY: Said Kimberly Walsh, Cheryl’s former Girls Aloud bandmate, to the Sunday People this month: “She’s really happy right now. And she’ll be a brilliant mum. She has loads of nieces and nephews, so she’s used to the madness of children.” THE CASE AGAINST PREGNANCY: Not much to make in response to this quote. That’s potentially very telling. THE CASE FOR PREGNANCY: At some point last month, Payne updated his Twitter bio to read, “the luckiest man in the world.” THE CASE AGAINST PREGNANCY: He is dating Cheryl Cole, who is downright gorgeous. And he has made millions of dollars. And he has plans to release a solo record. And he has a huge, passionate fan base. So he could have been referring to any of these things instead of Cole’s rumored pregnancy. The Real Housewives of Orange County is so packed with drama that the drama is spilling over to social media. The producers are not a fan of that happening off camera and wanted to ensure the ladies abided by some strict rules. That meant sending out a letter to the cast members , insisting that the ladies keep their drama for the show. It reads, in part, “…the social media viciousness has gone too far and you need to cool it. Specifically we’re asking you to stop attacking each other. The network is upset and so are we in production.” “The constant, ugly fighting is a bad look for you, and bad for the show,” it reads. “You may not like each other, may not trust each other and often wish you weren’t on the show together – but taking shots at each other on social media isn’t the answer. Save it for the show… for the reunion… and please stop fighting so dirty.” The “save it for the show” part is certainly interesting. The producers are not happy that the drama is not being caught on cameras, so that is probably why the letter was sent. The social media time out is pretty much so that the ladies argue when the cameras are rolling. Sigh. The producers know the ladies despise one another, so they want that to be portrayed on the show. Another case of reality TV producers manipulating the drama. It’s pretty much scripted at this stage. It will give viewers a much better experience with the show if there are more arguments. That’s probably one of the only reasons to watch at this stage. As much as the letter may want to chant that the ladies need to play nice, that’s just off camera. The letter comes in the wake of various spats between the cast members via social media. If you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online , you’ll know that tensions have been spilling over all season long. It’s pretty much been like a ticking time bomb, but it’s made for great TV. Vicki Gunvalson got one over on Shannon Beader on the most recent episode of the show. She brought up Shannon Beader’s husband cheating on her and claimed he had a better time with his mistress. This did not go down well with Beader and she reportedly complained to the network about the whole thing. “The letter was sent a direct result of Shannon complaining to the network about what was happening on social media,” the insider revealed. Beader has been known to cause her fair share of drama over her three seasons on the hit series. With ratings sagging, producers will want to right the ship before the network inevitably pulls the plug. Can you imagine a world without this show? That’s a scary thought. Cheryl Cole may not be a household name on this side of the pond, but in her native UK, the former girl group member is as well known for her tumultuous love life as for her music. Now it seems she may be reliving her pop star glory days by hitching her wagon to Liam Payne’s star: Yes, multiple sources have confirmed that Cheryl and Liam are dating, and it seems just about everybody is weirded out by the relationship. One issue that seems to be troubling some folks is the couple’s age difference. Cheryl is 32; Liam is 22, and while a decade is certainly nothing to sneeze at, it’s worth noting that few would have a problem with a man dating a woman who was ten years his junior. The more legitimate concern is the fact that Cheryl is still married. Yes, Cole got hitched to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Vessini in 2014, but it seems the relationship quickly crumbled, presumably under the weight of all those hyphens. Interestingly, Cheryl and Jean-Bernard made their public debut at the Cannes Film Festival – just as Cheryl and Liam did this week. It’s not clear how long Liam and Cheryl have been an item, but sources in Cole’s camp insist her decision to end her marriage had nothing to do with Payne. The couple is reportedly on high awkwardness alert, as Cole’s husband is also in attendance at the iconic film festival: “Cheryl would have loved to have skipped Cannes this year but her work schedule wouldn’t permit it,” says one source. “She will be doing everything she can to avoid [Jean-Bernard].” That sounds like a good idea.
