Brad Pitt is still going through his divorce, and apparently Jennifer Aniston feels so bad for him . That happiness reportedly stems almost entirely from schadenfreude over Angelina Jolie’s misfortune. In fact, it sounds like Jen is gleefully dancing on the ashes of Angelina’s entire life. The once epic love story of Brangelina has devolved into a nasty, acrimonious divorce that neither side can keep quiet. RadarOnline has gained some insight into how Jennifer Aniston is allegedly feeling about all of this. “Jen’s in a very positive place right now,” an insider reveals. Apparently, Aniston’s cheerful disposition doesn’t come from spiritual enlightenment or doing yoga or loving herself. It seems that her joyful mood comes from watching Angelina’s life in shambles. “She’s privately ecstatic to see Angelina at rock bottom,” the source says. As we have mentioned, Angelina filed court documents to try to prompt Brad Pitt to pay his fair share of child support . Brad fired back that he’s given her tons of money and accused her of filing court documents as part of a ” media manipulation ” campaign. Angelina replied with a statement that a loan is not child support , my good dude , but apparently Jennifer Aniston enjoyed the drama from afar. “She never doubted Angie would self-destruct eventually,” the insider says. Aniston was apparently confident of this “even when she was at her most smug and supposedly loved-up with Brad.” It might sound wildly out of character for Jennifer Aniston to be cackling like a Disney villain at the very real misfortunes of a real woman with real feelings. But the insider explains: “This is a woman Jen views as pure evil.” That’s an odd perspective, since it’s hard to see how Angelina realistically wronged Aniston, but feelings don’t have to be rational. “So,” the source asks. “Is she happy to see her miserable and getting the payback she deserves?” The insider makes it clear that this is not a rhetorical question, answering: “You bet she is.” Apparently, Aniston believes that this is justice on a cosmic, spiritual scale. “Jen’s a huge believer in karma,” the source shares. “And she despises Angie.” It’s often a mistake to believe that the spiritual order of the cosmos just happens to align with your personal grudges. The insider adds: “She’s finding it hard not to smile when the (divorce) comes up.” Well, we are all entitled to a little schadenfreude. And it’s hard to see how the former Friends star feeling this way hurts anyone. That is an interesting read. However, we do have to ask … is this really how Jennifer Aniston feels? We would like to think that Jen doesn’t spend all day moping around her home, wondering about what life with Brad would be like if they’d never split. Similarly, we would like to think that this source, though decidedly Team Jen , is wrong about her alleged vindictive feelings. If anything, Jen and Angelina have a lot in common — they’re both successful actresses who have years of happy memories with Brad even though those memories are tainted by their bitter breakups. Brad Pitt Fires Back at Angelina Jolie, Accuses Ex of Media Manipulation

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are, objectively, two of the best looking people on the planet. It is therefore ironic that their divorce proceedings have taken a turn for the very very ugly. On Tuesday afternoon, Jolie raised the stakes in her legal battle against Pitt by filing court documents that accused the actor of basically stiffing her out of child support payments. Despite the stars not even having a formal financial arrangement in regard to their six children, an attorney for Jolie said in a two-page brief that Pitt “has paid no meaningful child support since separation.” She added that her famous client intends to file for the “establishment of a retroactive child support order.” This is a pretty damning accusation, as it managed to paint Pitt as both a bad father and as a cheapskate. It’s no surprise, therefore, that Pitt has now fired back. HARD. On Wednesday, Pitt detailed (through his own set of legal papers) how he lent Jolie approximately $8 million to help her purchase her current house. He also says he paid more than $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of her and their kids: Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. In full, Pitt’s response reads as follows: “There is no need for a Case Management Conference to schedule a hearing or filing deadlines regarding child support. “[Pitt] adamantly disputes the contention that he has not paid significant child support. “[Pitt] has previously loaned [Jolie] $8 million to assist her in purchasing her current residence and has paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of [Jolie] and the minor children.” Aside from this rundown, however, Pitt’s attorney also said Jolie’s filing is “unnecessary, omits material information and is a thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage.” Like we said, things have turned very ugly. And also very personal. Jolie alleges to have proof that Pitt is an unfit father , but we have yet to see it. Some have argued for some time now that Jolie is simply trying to make her estranged husband look as terrible as possible in order to win full custody of her kids. This allegation goes way back to when Pitt was investigated by the FBI for an alleged altercation between himself and his teenage son Maddox right around the time the stars separated in September 2016. The actor was never found to have acted illegally or inappropriate, not in any official manner. Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt nearly two years ago, citing irreconcilable differences. The split seemed relatively calm and amicable for awhile, most notably just this past June when Jolie and Pitt reached a new temporary custody agreement. It laid out all of the dates during the summer that the actor will have custody of the six kids. A spokesperson for the actress released a statement shortly afterward which aimed to dispel the notion that Jolie was trying to paint Pitt with a negative brush in the press. “From the start, Angelina has been focused only on [the kids’] health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately,” this statement, in regard to leaks, read. It concluded: “It’s deplorable that someone, for their own selfish reasons, leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening.” SIGH . Stevie J Lost His $1.3 Million Child Support Appeal; Next Stop, Jail?!

Stevie J is in major trouble, and we’re not even talking about his alleged assault on Erica Mena at the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta reunion. He has lost his appeal over $1.3 million in child support that he owes. Is he going to end up behind bars? We know that hip hop artists sometimes earn increased social credibility (“street cred”) from imprisonment, but heading to jail for being a deadbeat dad  … probably doesn’t qualify. Stevie J was “found guilty of knowingly withholding child support payments for his son and daughter over 18 years.” That could cost him — seven figures, to be exact. And Bossip reports that he has lost his latest appeal. The appeal itself was an oddity, causing his first lawyer to quit working the case, citing that he had essentially no chance of winning and that it was a fool’s errand to try. Stevie J persisted, believing that the ruling was “unfair,” even though he agreed to the payment in February of 2017. Here’s where it gets weirder. Stevie J opted to represent himself in his appeal. If you genuinely cannot afford an attorney to handle your appeal, that’s fine. Otherwise, try to avoid representing yourself in court over anything more significant than a parking ticket. And it turns out that the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star didn’t exactly miss his calling. According to court documents, he “let deadline after deadline pass on the case without any action.” Which is why the judge dismissed this appeal. But will Stevie J go to jail after being found guilty of knowingly not paying child support to the tune of $1.3 million? It doesn’t look like it. Reports say that he avoided prison when he agreed to make the payments — though, at the time, the U.S. attorney was seeking to have him put behind bars for six months. And perhaps this was why he gave up on his appeal. If he was already going to pay up and if he wasn’t going to go to prison, why bother? It would have been nice if he had elected to not waste the court’s time and notify them that he was withdrawing his appeal, though. It is a strange and confusing case. The moral, we suppose, is to just pay your child support. The guy’s net worth is estimated to be around $5 million. Don’t be a deadbeat. On a more serious note, however, is what Stevie J allegedly did to Erica Mena at the reunion. It began with a verbal altercation, which is the bread and butter of reality television and usually no big deal. But things escalated when Stevie J’s criticisms of Erica turned into insults of her 11-year-old son. Specifically, he used an anti-gay slur, calling the child a “f–got.” Unacceptable under any circumstances, and not the first time that he has been accused of homophobia. Some reports say that Erica responded by slapping Stevie J. But it sounds like what happened next was much more serious — with Stevie J allegedly jumping on top of her and attacking her. Reports say that Stevie J was pulled off of Erica by security and expelled from the building. Many fans expect that he will be fired for this shocking display of alleged violence and homophobia. Erica posted to Instagram but quickly deleted a video in which she referred to him as a “b–ch” who “likes to fight girls.” It seemed that she was still feeling understandably heated from their alleged confrontation, but she may have been instructed to delete it or simply thought better of it. Russian bride with no soul, who I am not too sure whether she’s actually locked in Brad Cooper through marriage, but she has had his kid as soon as she possibly could, because the timing was right, she was pushing 30….and knew it was now or never… I think knowing it comes with a 25k month child support allowance is pretty much a great selling point, I mean once he actually leaves her, by why would he leave her, she’s just happy being the accessory, the prop, the add on, the backup dancer, to his A List life, and gets to go to special events and things because of it…this is living the top life, the best life, especially compared to her mother’s life back in Communist Russia waiting for rationed bread. I do think she’s hot, but I fuck 55 year old fat women…so at this point in my life a bag of dog shit is hotter than anything I stick my dick in…. I do think she’s had a lot of work done, but when trying to see her mom cunt, to decide how beat up it is or not, her face injections don’t matter.

Exclusive: Rick Ross Too Sick To Attend Child Support Hearing With Baby Mama

(Photo by Brian Stukes/Getty Images) Rapper Was Hospitalized Early Thursday Reportedly With Pneumonia Rapper Rick Ross’ sudden illness was so severe that it kept him out of a hearing Thursday for his ongoing child support battle with his son’s mother. Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts, was supposed to appear March 1 in Broward County Family Court for a mediation meeting with baby mama Tia Kemp, but the judge agreed to cancel the hearing at the last minute after both Kemp and Ross asked for a postponement, according to court records obtained by BOSSIP. Someone inside Ross’ $1.4 million home called 911 overnight Thursday to report an unresponsive man with a history of seizures who was breathing heavily, according to the rapper’s dispatch report, which was obtained by BOSSIP. The caller said when the man – later ID’d as Ross – woke up, he was combative, “slobbing out of the mouth” and had “boo-boo’d” on himself. Multiple outlets are reporting that Ross is battling pneumonia. Kemp sued Ross back in 2007 to establish paternity and child support. The case was closed in 2013, but Kemp reopened it two years later because she said that she needed the child support upped from $2,800 to $20,000 because their son needed resources like counseling, extracurricular activities and tutoring. The mom argued that Ross’ income had drastically changed and most recently, Kemp filed a motion to force Ross to pay for her son’s tutoring and for a psychological evaluation. However, Ross fired back, saying his income hadn’t changed and Kemp needed to get a job. We reached out to Kemp Friday, and she declined to comment, saying she was on the way to the hospital. The TLC personality has made it clear in one social media post after another that she was practically born for this role, gushing about daughter Ember Jean and about her role as a parent . If I had to sum up what motherhood has taught me into one word, it would be grace,” Roloff wrote to open this profound message. Adam Lind: Warrant Issued For the Arrest of Chelsea Houska’s Ex!

Adam Lind is in deep trouble these days, even by Adam Lind standards. Lind was arrested for domestic assault back in November, and that brush with the law seems to have set Chelsea Houska’s first baby daddy into a downward spiral that will likely have him serving hard time in the near future. Shortly after that first incident, Lind was arrested again, this time for violating a restraining order against a second ex. Needless to say, none of this did him any favors in his two simultaneous custody battles, particularly after it was revealed that Lind tested positive for meth just minutes before a scheduled visit with his youngest daughter. For obvious reasons, Chelsea Houska was awarded sole custody of her daughter Aubree, a move she’s no doubt very happy about in the wake of recent developments in the life of Outlaw Lind. According to Radar Online, a warrant has been issued for Lind’s arrest in response to his deadbeat ways: “He has a warrant out for his arrest for being behind on child support,” a spokesperson for the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office in tells Radar.  “The warrant is for $2,025.” Houska obviously makes much more money than Lind, whose earnings probably hover near the zero range, so not surprisingly, the payments are owed to his second baby mama, Taylor Halbur: “He owes her over $16,000 in child support,” a source tells Radar. “Petitioner Lind was ordered to pay child support for Paislee Lind $500 per month,” the sheriff’s office spokesman confirms. One insider adds that Lind has not only failed to pay child support, he’s also made no effort to spend time with his daughters. “He hasn’t seen Paislee since August,” that source claims. “He doesn’t call or check in. She doesn’t even see his family.” It’s not illegal to be an absentee father, but it is strange that Lind has been battling both of his exes for custody and visitation rights, even though he seems to have little interest in being involved in his daughters’ lives. “He has the potential to be a good dad when there aren’t obstacles in his way,” the source says in Lind’s defense. “At the end of the day all that matters though is his actions and his effort and it’s just not there. Courtland Rogers and Lindsey Frazier: Married!

Jenelle Evans sure can pick ’em. While fans wonder if Jenelle Evans and David Eason had a secret breakup , one of Jenelle’s exes with a troubled legal history has gotten remarried. Hint: it’s the ex who referred to Jenelle as a “hurricane.” And Courtland Rogers’ new wife is pregnant. What advice, we wonder, would Jenelle give Lindsey Frazier? Jenelle Evans is … well, she’s not many people’s favorite Teen Mom star. Jenelle’s custody battle with Nathan Griffith goes further than just nasty Twitter squabbles . Both have accused the other of abusing their son, Kaiser. No matter who’s right, that poor boy deserves better. In fact, accusations of abuse seem intensely common around Jenelle. Her current husband, David Eason, being only the latest. It’s difficult to think of adults in Jenelle’s story who haven’t faced accusations of these serious and unforgivable offenses, either against children or partners or both. One of those alleged abusers is none other than Courtland Rogers. And he has the criminal record to show for it. In 2013, Courtland was faced with three different arrest warrants. The first states: “The defendant named above unlawfully and willfully did assault and strike Jenelle Rogers, a female person, by grabbing her by her hair and slamming her against the wall.” She was pregnant, folks. “The defendant named above unlawfully and willfully did commit a battery on a pregnant woman named Jenelle Rogers.” There were other accusations, including a warrant that mentioned that he had allegedly slammed her head against the floor in an effort to take her keys. Jenelle Evans also wrote about Courtland’s alleged abuse in her memoir, writing: “Courtland slapped me around a few times, then started punching me in the gut.” It was then, she says, that she started to miscarry. “My mother rushed me to the emergency room, where they explained to me that I had suffered a miscarriage due to my recent altercation with Courtland.” It should come as no surprise to anyone that Courtland has denied having ever hit Jenelle. And now, Courtland Rogers has married his pregnant girlfriend, Lindsey Frazier.  This isn’t a secret — Lindsey posted the marriage certificate on social media. And she got some celebratory congratulations in response: “Congrats! Court needed and finally got a WOMAN with a good head on her shoulders! Wishing you 3 the very best and a loooong happy marriage.” Another wrote: “Congratulations to you both! It’s great to see Courtland happy and in a good place after all he’s been through.” Still, some who are familiar with Courtland’s history of domestic violence accusations can’t help but worry about a woman putting herself in Courtland’s hands. One can certainly understandy why. Considering that Jenelle Evans says that Courtland beat her so badly that she miscarried, some worry that Lindsey’s putting herself in danger but also her future child. Others point out that Jenelle has many problems, including a history of drug abuse and her own accusations of abuse, and that her accusations can’t be taken at face value. Kim Kardashian Surrogate Salary: Revealed! Paltry!

If you’ve been anywhere near social media this week, then you’re no doubt aware that Kim Kardashian has welcomed her third child . You’re probably also aware that she gave that child a very strange name. Yes, the moniker Chicago West is dominating all other Kardashian news this week for the simple reason that it’s an unusual name for a baby girl, even by Kimye standards. Kim and Kanye would probably appreciate it if most critics would hold their damn tongues, but they’re probably not too upset about the fact that Chicago is dominating the entertainment news cycle. For one thing, Kim and Kanye are of the opinion that everything they do is deserving of the public’s full attention and that’s doubly true when they do something that’s actually newsworthy, such as welcoming a child and naming it after a major American city. And as a bonus, the name distracts from the weird news coming out today about Kim and Kanye’s surrogate: As we reported yesterday, Kim’s surrogate was reported to have been very well-paid for her services. That would make perfect sense, of course, as being a surrogate is a major commitment and Kim and Kanye are very wealthy. Today, however, Radar Online is reporting that the surrogate (who remains anonymous) was paid much, much less than initially thought. The site claims that the surrogate received a mere $68,850 in compensation “for all discomfort, pain, suffering, and inconveniences, for pregnancy and pre-birth child support expenses and post-birth expenses.” It’s a sizable sum, to be sure, but a mere fraction of what was expected as payment from one of the wealthiest couples in entertainment. In addition to the flat fee, Kim and Kanye agreed to cover “obstetrical, nursing, hospital and maternity care, pharmaceutical, pediatrics, or other costs,” as well as covering all “medical expenses, fees, costs and services relating to the pregnancy and the birth of the child.” Generous, sure, but also a standard part of most surrogate agreements. The Wests even went so far as to put a clause in the contract ensuring that they would not be held responsible if, for any reason, the surrogate’s husband was forced to miss work during her pregnancy: “The Intended Parents shall have no responsibility to pay the gestational carrier’s husband’s lost wages under this agreement,”  We should note that none of this comes directly from the surrogate, as according to the terms of her contract, she’s not permitted to speak to the press. The surrogate’s parents spoke on her behalf earlier this week and assured the public that all is well.  “She is doing well,” her mother told Radar Online. “Everything went well. As a matter of fact, she’s at home resting,” said the surrogate’s father, when asked if there were any complications. Both parties declined to offer any further information for fear of giving away their daughter’s identity. An anonymous source says the mother-of-two is happy with the arrangement, as she was never really in it for the money:  “Neither she or her husband have asked for a nickel more from Kim or Kanye” said the source. “They just wanted to bless someone’s family with the gift of a child.” That’s nice and all, but if the family you’re blessing happens to be insanely wealthy, might as well ensure that your own kids are taken care of, right? Rob Kardashian knew that the video was cute, so he took a break from posting ads for his, uh, line of socks (you know, the one thing that he does) to share not only a photo, but the video. It's reassuring to hear dream speak. Maybe I just have a skewed sense of things, but a lot of celebrity babies seem to take an awfully long time to speak. Some experts believe that it's a result of things like tablets being used as children's toys, though we hesitate to jump on the “technology is bad, Thomas Edison was a witch” bandwagon. Life isn't an episode of Black Mirror . Dream appears to be developing healthily (and happily!) It must be nice to be so, we hope, blissfully unaware of what your parents' relationship was like. Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian accuse each other of drug-fueled violence during their ill-fated relationship. Rob (with help from little sister Kylie) is currently suing Blac Chyna, claiming that she caused $100,000 in damages during an alleged explosive, violent rampage through the house that he was renting from Kylie. For her part? Blac Chyna says she only beat up Rob in self defense . The two of them are suing the hell out of each other in court — yeah, Chyna got her child support payment, but also claims that the Kardashians destroyed her budding reality career. The good news is that Dream, at least, is not part of these court battles. That's not to say that she can't be impacted by any of this. Kids, even young kids, can tell when things aren't right with their parents. But it's safe to say that neither of Dream's parents are going to be destitute. True, Rob Kardashian may too broke to even pay Chyna  what she wants from him, but Rob's family has been quietly “helping” him for a while, now. No grandchild of Kris Jenner's is going to lack for anything. On a much brighter note than abuse allegations or legal battles: Watch this video of precious, sweet, adorable Dream! Listening to her delighted squeals and to her jabbering really warmed the cockles of our (frozen, thanks to the “bomb cyclone”) hearts. Take a look!
