Reports Page Six : The Bronx rapper’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, told a Manhattan Criminal Court judge that she plans to hand over screenshots to prosecutors proving her client’s foe, TV personality Brittney Taylor, has been bothering Ma’s stepdaughter by phone and on social media. Taylor “has actively been calling my client’s daughter as well as tagging her on social media,” Florio griped to reporters outside the courtroom. “Remy doesn’t want her daughter to be harassed by Brittney.” Florio claimed that the DA’s office has “an open mind” about the case and that she hopes to convince prosecutors to toss the charges against Ma by her next court appearance Sept. 26. Ma’s real name is Reminisce Smith. Her stepdaughter is Dejanae Mackie, the daughter of her husband, rapper Papoose. In the same Tumblr post, she went on the offensive against Braun’s longtime friends, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. “Like when Kim Kardashian orchestrated an illegally recorded snippet of a phone call to be leaked and then Scooter got his two clients together to bully me online about it,” Swift wrote. “Or when his client, Kanye West, organized a revenge p0rn music video which strips my body naked. Now Scooter has stripped me of my life’s work, that I wasn’t given an opportunity to buy.” Yes, as you may recall, Swift’s beef with Kanye led to a feud with Kim Kardashian that has yet to be settled. And apparently, Kim regards the events of the past 24 hours as a personal victory. A source tells Radar Online that Kim “has been telling her sisters that she feels vindicated now.” “She loves the fact that she played a part in Taylor’s takedown,” the insider claims . “Taylor got the rug swept from under her, and regardless of if she lied or not, Kim thinks Taylor still lost big.” Taylor is undeniably in the right from a moral perspective, but the public may never see it that way thanks to the A-list names who are fighting on Braun’s side. Already, Bieber has lashed out at Swift and accused her of bullying Braun and attempting to sic her sizable fan base on his mentor. But she’s just gone ahead and brandished another sharp weapon, this time pointing in the direction of music manager extraordinnaire Scooter Braun… … and basically using all of its figurative might on social media. Here’s the somewhat confusing deal: Braun is very good friends with clients such as Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. A giant in the entertainment field, Braun’s media holding company (Ithaca Holdings LLC) announced in a statement on Sunday that it and Big Machine Label Group reached a “finalized contract” under which Ithaca Holdings will acquire the latter company. Why is this relevant? Because the latter is Swift’s former record label. The deal, made for a reported $300 million, includes Big Machine Music — which means the following; Braun’s company will now control all six albums that Swift has released to date, as well as music from other top artists such as Reba McEntire, Sheryl Crow, and Lady Antebellum. The exes are back to arguing once again over two of the topics that often cause the most tension: Their daughter… and reality television. Late last week, Rob made it clear – through his attorney, Marty Singer – that the former couple’s two-year old daughter, Dream, would NOT be appearing on Chyna’s upcoming Zeus Network reality series. Due to her age, Dream would need the consent of both her parents to play any role on this program. And Rob refuses to give it. “Please be advised that The Zeus Network does not have Mr. Kardashian’s consent to Dream’s participation in or appearance on the Series or in any related marketing or promotional materials,” Singer said on his client’s behalf last Wednesday. It’s not too hard to understand why a parent wouldn’t want his toddler to be thrown in front of a television camera… … but try telling that to Blac Chyna. On Saturday, the mother of two shared a lengthy and scathing statement on social media in response to Rob’s stance when it comes to The Real Blac Chyna show. “As Executive Producer of my show, It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult conversation with me ‘the mother of his child,’ Dream Kardashian appearing on my show ‘The Real Blac Chyna,’” she wrote online. Chyna explained that a significant part of her beef centered on just how Kardashian handled this issue. “Had Rob contacted me directly rather than through his attorney Marty Singer, Rob would have learned about Dream participation in the show,” she continued, adding that she “would never allow” Dream to be “subjected to long hours on the set.” Again, she reiterated, she is in charge of this series. The ex lovers — who co-starred on their own E! program back when they were engaged — agreed to joint custody in September of 2017 following an often contentious romance and that culminated with both side alleging abuse in separate lawsuits. They actually seemed to be getting along pretty well of late. Chyna even recently said some nice stuff about Rob as a dad. And as a sex partner . “I have the ability to control which scenes are included in the show,” Chyna added over the weekend, stating, for example, that Dream was NOT around during the publicized fight on her future show between herself and her mother. The reality star concluded her post by claiming Keeping Up with the Kardashians features Dream in episodes without Chyna’s consent. So, like, come on, dude! “I also would have pointed out to Rob the hypocrisy of his family’s insistence that Dream appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in the family’s desperate attempt to boost the dismal ratings for their stale and contrived show, without my approval,” Chyna said. She cited out a recent season 16 episode, which aired in May, that depicted Dream’s fairy-themed birthday party. “My show is about my life and my kids are a huge part of my life. “It’s really sad that everything I do to better myself or my family the same people have something to say to stop or hinder it,” she added. After at first urging patrons of Albuquerque’s VIP Spa to get tested, health officials have confirmed that two people contracted the HIV virus. The New Mexico Department of Health said in a news release Monday that two clients of the spa who received “vampire facials” last year were recently infected with the same HIV strain. The facial procedure that’s garnered attention from celebs who tried it, uses the client’s own blood and injects it into the face to replenish the skin. KOAT Action News reports that more than 100 people have already been tested for HIV, hepatitis B, and C and VIP Spa closed in September after state agencies found issues with how needles were handled and disposed of. The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department added that the owner of VIP Spa did not have a licensed professional to draw blood. So, so scary. Be CAREFUL with the procedures you undergo, folks!

This week's episode of Teen Mom 2 saw Kailyn Lowry celebrating the launch of her Pothead line of hair care products. A giddy Kail was surrounded by friends, and on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Lopez even made an appearance. Savannah Chrisley is getting married! And our initial thoughts go out to father Todd Chrisley who is probably having a cow over the thought of his little girl saying “I do”. It was revealed on Wednesday that the Chrisley Knows Best star got engaged to her boyfriend Nicolas “Nic” Kerdiles, 25, on Christmas Eve, according to People. The two, who met via Instagram, have been inseparable ever since they started dating back in November of 2017. And a little over a year later, on December 24, the 21-year-old was shocked when her boyfriend got down on one knee in front of her friends and family at her Nashville home. Chrisley finally opened up to People about her Christmas engagement, her dream ring, and the wedding planning! “[On the night of the engagement], Nic’s family was in town and my whole family was there and we were filming and I was furious,” she says. “I was like, ‘The fact we’re filming on Christmas Eve is absolutely insane. I have people here.'” “And then my mom said she forgot something at the store. So, I got in the car and went to the store with her. When we came back and walked in the door, no one was there,” she explained. But luckily their best friend’s kid Dylan was in on the surprise and directed them by saying, “Hey, I think they’re looking for you outside.” Savannah walked outside to the beautifully lit up Christmas scene which was displayed in her backyard, Nic’s family was standing on one side, as the Chrisley’s were on the other. “This isn’t really about to happen,” Savannah recalled saying as she started to freak out. “And then, Nic looks at me and he was like, ‘Hey babe, will you come here?’ And you can tell he was so nervous, and I was nervous,” she continued. “That was a long walk. I was like, ‘What is going down?'” Even though she totally knew what was going down: His knee! “He said he had this whole thing written out, and he was just like, ‘I just forgot it all.’ And it was just so cute and everyone was crying.” “It was just such a cool moment. And the fact that both of our families were there made it even better,” she shared about the unforgettable night. The duo apparently had been planning for this moment for quite some time, especially when it came to the ring. “He sent me a picture of a ring on Instagram one day and it was hideous,” says Chrisley. “He was like, ‘Do you like this?’ And I was like No, no.’ “I immediately sent him a picture of what I liked.” Savannah even confessed that her mom Julie Chrisley actually picked out her engagement ring. “My mom actually kind of picked out the ring, and so she went and sat down with a jeweler in Nashville and picked out the diamond and all of that,” she added. “And so, it’s kind of cool to know that she picked it out.” The ring was designed by Dror Flantzman in Nashville and is a 5-carat ring which consists of radiant brilliant cut diamonds in the center with 18 round brilliant cut diamonds around it, as reported by People . Not only was her mother involved in the engagement process, but of course her dad had to be involved as well . Todd, being the overbearing and protective father he is, reportedly spoke with Nic before the proposal. “It’s funny because Nic wanted to ask them in person, but he was in Canada and we were all in Nashville,” says Chrisley. “He FaceTimed my dad. My dad said he was so nervous when he FaceTimed him, that he asked my dad for his hand in marriage!” Todd’s humor got the best of the situation as he said, “You may want to re-ask that question.” “He was like, ‘Do you want my daughter’s hand in marriage or my hand in marriage?'” Nic, who is a professional hockey player, apparently hung up the phone before calling him back and asking the right way. “And it was just so funny. My dad said he was so nervous,” Savannah spilled. And although the happy young couple is thrilled for their next chapter, they’re in no rush to tie the knot. “We’re taking our time,” Chrisley admitted when asked about the wedding planning. “Just because you’re engaged doesn’t mean you have to get married tomorrow.” “We know that we want to spend the rest of our life with each other,” said the soon-to-be bride. Earlier this week, we reported that Larissa Lima and Colt Johnson ended their divorce battle with a surprising out-of-court settlement. Coltee’s attorney has issued a statement about this surprisingly amicable resolution. Larissa, in the mean time, had something very different to say. Colt Johnson’s attorney issued a statement to Us Weekly , confirming that the two bitter exes have reached a divorce settlement. “Colt Johnson and Larissa dos Santos Lima have come to settlement terms in their divorce,” the statement begins. “Through their respective attorneys,” Colt’s lawyer states. “They have agreed to settle the case amicably.” This might be their first truly amicable moment in a long, long time. The attorney adds: “with both parties bearing their own fees and costs.” It is unclear if any of the property or money of Larissa’s that Colt and Debbie allegedly kept was returned, or if she has simply written it off. Being Colt Johnson’s attorney, he shared his insight upon his client’s state of mind. “Colt is very pleased that the matter is resolved,” the statement reveals. That makes sense, given that it was Colt who was on the hook. The attorney continues: “and that both parties can move on with their lives.” Larissa had been asking for an equal share of their home’s furnishings, of their shared bank accounts. She was also seeking $1,000 a month in spousal support. “Given the short duration of the marriage,” Colt’s attorney says. Notably, the couple married in June of 2018 and separated (and filed for divorce) in January of 2019. That’s about seven months of a very troubled marriage. “And” the statement continues. “With there being no property matters or custody considerations.” They thankfully had no children together, and apparently made no major purchases together. “The matter should have, and has, settled early in the proceedings,” he opines. “The attorneys are preparing the Stipulated Decree to submit to the Court,” Colt’s attorney reveals. “Which,” he notes. “Will be signed and entered.” There is good news for nosy 90 Day Fiance fans (like ourselves)! If there’s anything interesting in their divorce settlement, it looks like we will all get to see it. The attorney states: “and will then be a matter of public record.” “Colt wishes Larissa the best in her future endeavors,” the statement concludes. Also this week, Larissa marked a major milestone for her fans and followers on Instagram. “Yesterday was one year of my arrival in the United States,” Larissa writes, noting the anniversary. Larissa is the first to admit that she has “learned a lot in the past one year.” She even acknowledges that she “made mistakes.” All jokes aside, even Larissa’s most diehard fans know that marrying Colt was not her only use of poor judgment last year. “But in the end,” Larissa writes. “I’m just grateful for everything.” Though she has previously expressed (at her divorce party, no less) that she regrets having done the show, she also has fond memories. “90 day fiance was a great experience,” Larissa admits. A huge part of what made it positive was her fans. “I love that I connect with people that always support me,” she writes. Larissa says: “They know how much I care.” “I never forgot that my ‘dream’ was juts do to CVS and buy Maybelline or visit Walmart,” Larissa shares. Some folks have humble dreams, or simply odd personal goals when it comes to international travel. “Well,” Larissa writes. “Now my dream is a biggie house with a pool.” Like the one that she had hoped that Colt would have. “Thankfully,” Larissa concludes. “I’ll get it with my own strength.” That is a commendable and positive attitude.
