No Rest For The Dead: Clive Davis Refuses To Contribute One Dime Towards Whitney Houston’s Funeral

When will the drama end? According to Radaronline reports: Music mogul Clive Davis will not be paying for Whitney Houston’s funeral which will take place in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The news comes as a surprise, as Davis was paying the majority of Houston’s bills before the pop singer tragically died at age 48 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last Saturday. Davis has faced scrutiny from Houston’s family and Chaka Khan, amongst others, for proceeding with the pre-Grammy party at the hotel last Saturday, while Houston’s body was still in the bathroom upstairs in her room. Houston passed away on Saturday afternoon after she was found unconscious and unresponsive in her bathtub at the iconic hotel. The award winning singer was declared dead by paramedics at 3:55 p.m. PST. “Yes, Clive was paying the majority of Whitney’s bills before she died. He was even paying for her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel; she was out of money. She didn’t have anything left,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Clive won’t be paying for any part of Whitney’s funeral though. Whitney’s family will be responsible for all the costs.” “Whitney’s fortune is gone,” a source said at the time. “Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released. She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke. She called someone to ask for $100.” The funeral for Houston will be a private invitation only event, and Clive Davis will be there, along with Houston’s ex-husband Bobby Brown. Whitney and Clive always had a close relationship and he played a huge role in her life. Do you think Clive should be helping with the funeral costs or he’s already done enough? Allen Iverson Doesn’t Have A Job Because He Thought He Was Too Big Time To Start In The D-League

A.I. just won’t ever learn. Iverson was nearly a member of the Lakers, according to ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, but he apparently wasn’t willing to meet their demands. Not only would he have had to practice, according to Smith, he would’ve had to do it while wearing the jersey of their D-League affiliate L.A. D-Fenders. Didn’t A.I. say he would do anything he could to get back in the NBA? Now he won’t even go to the D-league and start from scratch to get back in the league? Lord knows he needs the money . Maybe him and T.O. can start a Watch The Loan tour going around begging for money to get back on their feet. More On Bossip! How Precious! Jay And Bey Release The First Pictures Of Blue Ivy Carter!!
