Awww, Ann! On MSNBC tonight, Ann Coulter said Donald Trump really doesn’t need to be meeting with Paul Ryan because Trump owns the GOP right now. Trump and the House Speaker are meeting on Thursday after Ryan said last week he’s not yet ready to support Trump as the Republican nominee yet. But as Coulter told Chris Matthews, “Trump is being unbelievably gracious. He doesn’t need to have this meeting, he is the party. He is the heart and soul of the party.” She said Trump shouldn’t be wasting time meeting with “all these generals without armies” in the Republican establishment.

According to Biz Pac Review: Participating in a CPAC 2014 panel discussion Saturday, syndicated columnist and best selling author Ann Coulter slammed the GOP, saying the immigration bill championed by U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio was evidence that “Republicans hate black people.” In a tribute to William F. Buckley Jr.’s “Firing Line”, Coulter was debating liberal journalist Mickey Kaus, with Townhall’s Jonathan Garthwaite moderating. “I mean my whole life I’ve heard Republicans hate black people, I’ve never seen any evidence of it until I read Marco Rubio’s amnesty bill,” she charged. “We are the party that has always stood up for African-Americans. Who gets hurt the most by amnesty, by continuing these immigration policies it is low-wage workers, it is Hispanics, it is blacks.” Coulter equated immigration reform efforts to amnesty, suggesting President George W. Reebok has cut ties with Rick Ross in the heat of the recent controversy surrounding some of his song lyrics, which critics say condone date rape . In the song “U.O.E.N.O.,” he sings, “Put Molly [Ecstasy] all in the champagne. She ain’t even know it. I took her home and I enjoy that. She ain’t even know it.” A denial-slash-half-assed-apology did not help matters. Enraged rape victims and female activists demanded Reebok fire Ross from his lucrative endorsement deal, and that’s what happened today. The shoe company said in a statement: “Reebok holds our partners to a high standard, and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so.” “While we do not believe that Rick Ross condones sexual assault, we are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue.” The brand also said in cutting ties with Ross that he did not offer an ” appropriate level of remorse ” over the lyrics and the backlash they received. Pretty much sums it up right there.

The daughter of John McCain – who is often outspoken about typically Liberal ideas, such as marijuana legalization – went off on the conservative pundit this week after Coulter joked Meghan should be killed. “Apparently, Ann Coulter made a joke about me being killed in a recent column,” McCain Tweeted yesterday. “I should expect nothing less but disgusted regardless.” The reference in question was included in a Coulter column (since deleted by Fox News) titled “Liberals Go Crazy for the Mentally Ill.” It centered on gun control and is still available on Coulter’s website. Wrote Coulter: “MSNBC’s Martin Bashir suggested that Republican senators need to have a member of their families killed for them to support the Democrats’ gun proposals. (Let’s start with Meghan McCain!).” Added McCain of the quip this morning: “People like ann coulter are part of the past and only live to spread hate and negativity. “I literally [c]ouldn’t imagine living a life that seems so void of love, compassion, and perspective. Basically I get to wake up every day wanting to make [t]his world a better place and people like her want to make it a worse place. I feel blessed to have not grown to be a person like that.” And if that wasn’t strong enough, we’ll give Cindy McCain the final say: “@AnnCoulter you are incredible despicable. During her appearance on Alan Colmes’ Fox News Radio show on Thursday, Coulter shrugged off the outcry over her choice of words, saying she doesn’t regret using the offensive term in reference to the president and blaming ‘liberal bullies’ for the backlash that followed. The controversy started after the right-wing pundit and author fired off a tweet following Monday night’s debate between President Obama and his Republican opponent which read: ‘I highly approve of [Mitt] Romney’s decision to be kind and gentle to the retard.’ In response, John Franklin Stevens, a 30-year-old Special Olympic athlete with Down syndrome, wrote an open letter about Coulter’s tweet, and other critics, among them liberals and even some conservatives, followed suit, demanding that she apologize. But when pressed on the issue by Colmes Thursday, the firebrand pundit doubled down on her choice of words, claiming that she did not use ‘retard’ as a derogatory term for people with special needs. ‘It would be one thing if I said in my tweet a joke about Special Olympics, a joke about Down Syndrome Look,’ she said. ‘No one would refer to a Down Syndrome child, someone with an actual mental handicap, by saying “retard.” Where do you think the words “imbecile,” “idiot,” “moron,” “cretin” come from? ‘These were all technical terms at one time. “Retard” had been used colloquially to just mean “loser” for 30 years. Sitting down for an interview on the right-wingers beloved Fox and Friends, Coulter was promoting her new book “Mugged”. In it, she claims that the left-wing is “racially biased” and slammed Chris Matthews for accusing Money Mitt and Repubs for playing the “race card” in order to get votes. “And the Democrats have a lot to be apologetic about,” she said. “They really do,” co-host Steve Doocy agreed. Coulter said that that he had to refer to “black people in other countries” because “here in America, he doesn’t have any black friends. He doesn’t have any black neighbors.” She said there was “not a black face” at Matthews’ son’s wedding, and said if that were true for a Republican, he would be “convicted of racism.” She also hit out at Rachel Maddow, who she claimed introduces her black guests as “wicked smart” or “special.”…”This is not a person that is comfortable around black people,” Coulter alleged. Ann continued, trying to crack a joke that only showed us just how racist she really is… “These are not people who have black friends, who know black people…Oh sorry, except for Lawrence O’Donnell and Bill Maher, who date black gals, so they think they’re freedom riders.” That’s some serious isht to say right there…and it doesn’t even make that much sense when you think about it…SMH We’re not sure how many Freedom Riders were swirlin’ but we’d like to thank ALL of them.
