M ia Love   was the only Black woman Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives and now the voters of the state she represented are slamming her. SEE ALSO: Black Republican Mia Love Loses After Playing The Race Card According to The Salt Lake Tribune, Utah voters were not happy with her performance. Voter Martin van Blankenstein said he previously voted for Love but she she disappeared after her election, did little to nothing in D.C. and ignored her constituents in Utah. “It was like she was a ghost representative,” said Blankenstein. On the Democrat who won, he explained, “Is Ben McAdams any better? I don’t know, but I think it’s worth a shot.” Another Republican voter, Ryan Gaines, believes Love was not accessible. “You couldn’t talk to her,” he said. “I’ve tried to call before to give my opinion on certain subjects. It just never got through, and I didn’t find that to be very appropriate for an elected representative.” Other voters felt her campaign style was “very hyperpartisan.” Love constantly attacked Democrats, claiming the rebuttal against her was harsh because she was a Black woman—however, she never properly addressed her racist  president. Recently, she talked about the Black community and Democrats. The Utah representative told the Washington Examiner ,  “So why do they stay with Democrats? I think it’s because they feel like they have a home — or Democrats make them feel like they have a home. I’ve said this to my colleagues, we need to do a better job than just talking about how great our policies are, we need to actually let people know that we care. They need to like Republicans.” Well, it sounds like Democrats or Republicans have no love for Mia Love. Even Republicans avoided attacking her. At the start of Ford’s testimony, she said, “I am here today not because I want to be. I am terrified. I am here because I believe it is my civic duty to tell you what happened to me while Brett Kavanaugh and I were in high school.” She claimed in the summer of 1982 Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge , locked her in a bedroom. Kavanugh then “got on top” of her, covered her mouth and began “grinding his hips” on her. She managed to escape and never mentioned the alleged assault to anyone. F allen television icon Bill Cosby is in prison after being sentenced to 3 to 10 years for three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault. He is housed at Pennsylvania’s newest and most expensive prison, the State Correctional Institution Phoenix in Collegeville. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction He is in a single cell unit “adjacent to the infirmary,” according to NBC News . “The 3,830-bed facility has more than 30 classrooms and offers basic education and vocational classes including computer skills, carpentry, and finances,” the report said. “The facility also has a gym, barber shop, mural arts program and a non-denominational chapel.” His first meal was a dinner of baked meatballs with rice and gravy, whipped potatoes and green beans, NBC News also reported. This jail sentence doesn’t sound like hard-time for a man (inmate number NN7687) who reportedly raped and drugged women for decades. “We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” Corrections secretary John Wetzel said to NBC News. “The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.” Cosby’s legal team have already filed an appeal — a move suggesting that they saw prison time coming. In addition, his spokespeople have passionately defended him.  Andrew Wyatt , his publicist, even compared Cosby to Kavanaugh. “What is going on in Washington today with Judge Kavanaugh is part of that sex war that Judge [Steven] O’Neill and his wife are a part of,” Wyatt  said outside of court  on Tuesday. Wyatt  also likened Bill Cosby to Jesus, saying “They persecuted Jesus and look what happened.” With a team like this, Cosby will be in jail for many years. J esse Williams is a noted actor and activist, but he can now add director to his many titles. The 37-year-old is directing a new film that will tackle one of America’s ugliest moments in history. See Also: Ben Carson Tells A Black Woman To Escape Poverty She Needs To Get Married According to Deadline.com , Williams is set to direct a movie on the aftermath of the lynching of 14-year-old  Emmett Louis Till in 1955 Mississippi. The film focuses on the journey of Till’s mother,  Mamie Mobley Till , who became a civil rights icon after her son’s murder. Titled “Till,” the screenplay will be adapted from the 2005 documentary “The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till” and written by  Michael Reilly and civil rights filmmaker  Keith A. Beauchamp . The Till family supports the film and production will begin in summer 2019. Williams told Deadline.com, “I’m honored to be directing the story of Mamie & Emmett, a tale of revolutionary defiance in the face of tremendous personal and public devastation. An exploration of power and pulling back the curtain on cultural violence; of boyhood and maternity challenging America’s reflex to hide from itself; underdogs refusing to pretend that terror is freedom.” Emmett Till was accused of whistling at a white woman in Mississippi in 1955. He was murdered, his body and face mutilated, and it became an international story. The white woman who said Till whistled at her, Carolyn Bryant, would later admit she fabricated the entire story. The white men who murdered Till were never indicted. Mamie Till passed away in 2003. Considering the stories of so many unarmed Black boys and men who are wrongfully killed, from Trayvon Martin to Botham Jean , this film is seriously relevant and necessary. SEE ALSO: Outrageous! Naked Florida Robber Covered In Vomit After Dollar Store Heist A Florida man was busted and another is still at large after the armed robbery of a Dollar General in Marion that left employees bound with duct tape according to Click Orlando : Deputies arrived at the scene and a K-9 tracked and found a black duffel bag filled with money. Deputies found a vehicle about 300 yards from the Dollar General with 19-year-old Tranquail Lamont Fort in the front seat. He was naked, sweating profusely and had vomited on himself, deputies said. Clothing was found in and near Fort’s vehicle that matched the clothing worn during the armed robbery, the release said. When questioned, Fort told detectives he had driven from Gainesville where he was visiting a woman but had gotten ill from taken a Xanax so he pulled over on the shoulder of the road to rest, the arrest affidavit. Welcome to Florida!
