F allen television icon Bill Cosby is in prison after being sentenced to 3 to 10 years for three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault. He is housed at Pennsylvania’s newest and most expensive prison, the State Correctional Institution Phoenix in Collegeville. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction He is in a single cell unit “adjacent to the infirmary,” according to NBC News . “The 3,830-bed facility has more than 30 classrooms and offers basic education and vocational classes including computer skills, carpentry, and finances,” the report said. “The facility also has a gym, barber shop, mural arts program and a non-denominational chapel.” His first meal was a dinner of baked meatballs with rice and gravy, whipped potatoes and green beans, NBC News also reported. This jail sentence doesn’t sound like hard-time for a man (inmate number NN7687) who reportedly raped and drugged women for decades. “We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” Corrections secretary John Wetzel said to NBC News. “The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.” Cosby’s legal team have already filed an appeal — a move suggesting that they saw prison time coming. In addition, his spokespeople have passionately defended him.  Andrew Wyatt , his publicist, even compared Cosby to Kavanaugh. “What is going on in Washington today with Judge Kavanaugh is part of that sex war that Judge [Steven] O’Neill and his wife are a part of,” Wyatt  said outside of court  on Tuesday. Wyatt  also likened Bill Cosby to Jesus, saying “They persecuted Jesus and look what happened.” With a team like this, Cosby will be in jail for many years. Odell Beckham, Jr. Fined $72k In First 4 Games Of NFL Season Odell hasn’t been having his best season …and he’s been taking out his frustrations on kicking nets right and left. But the baller has even more to cry about now…he’s been fined $72,463 in just the first 4 games of the season, mainly for unsportsmanlike conduct on the field. His most recent fine came on Monday night against the Vikings — $24,309 for taunting Xavier Rhodes after he was hit late in the second quarter. Via ESPN : The penalty was Beckham’s sixth for unsportsmanlike conduct, unnecessary roughness or taunting since entering the league in 2014. It was the third time in four games this season he was fined for his on-field behavior. In Week 1, Beckham was involved in a group celebration that cost him $12,154. In Week 2, he was docked $36,000 for a hit on New Orleans Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro. The most recent fine brings his total to $72,463 through four weeks this season. After the 24-10 loss, Beckham said he wasn’t happy with the flag. “I just have to understand if I sneeze the wrong way, it will be a flag,” he said. “It will be a fine. If I tie my shoes the wrong way, it might be a fine or a flag. It is what it is. You have to understand that. As tough as it is to understand that for a 23-year-old who has been blessed with a lot that God has given to me — an amazing amount of ability and amazing amount of everything — it seems like it’s all working against you.” Beckham has been fined more than $150,000 since entering the league. Time To Pay Up? Adrienne Bailon Sued By Former Management Company For $200k In Unpaid Cash

Adrienne Bailon Sued For $200,000 Adrienne Bailon’s pockets might be getting lighter soon. Her management company, whom she signed with long before ever getting on The Real , alleges that Adrienne ducked out on $200k in fees and reimbursements equaling 20% of her daytime TV checks . Via TMZ : Adrienne Bailon’s playing a mean game of hide-and-seek with her management company and the $200k it’s owed … at least according to the ex-managers who are suing her. Go2Man Management says “The Real” co-host has gone AWOL and refuses to pay fees and reimbursements she owes to the tune of at least $200k. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, G2M struck a 5-year deal in 2011 to rep Adrienne … and she agreed to pay them 20% of her income. She joined “The Real” in 2013, but Go2Man says AB started going radio silent in early 2015. The company says it fired off a letter about the dough she owes, but she never paid. We’ve reached out to Adrienne’s current reps, but so far no word back. Yikes! We wonder what Adrienne’s side of this story is…or if she seriously is just dodging this payout because she isn’t in the mood. The Real/Splash

By Kara Warner Amy Winehouse Photo: Vince Bucci/ Getty Images SAN DIEGO — The news of Amy Winehouse’s tragic death continued to shock the world Saturday (July 23), with many of the 27-year-old’s celebrity fans taking to Twitter and Facebook to express their sadness in learning of the troubled singer’s passing. “Glee” cast members Darren Criss, Jenna Ushkowitz, Harry Shum Jr. and Dot Marie Jones joined in the thousands of Winehouse mourners devastated by the loss. “She’s paved the way for so many artists, so at least every artist can pay homage to her in some way,” Ushkowitz told MTV News at Comic-Con 2011 . “Hopefully they will,” she said, adding, “It’s just so tragic: She was so young and so talented.” Criss said, “She definitely brought back a lot of soul to mainstream, and it’s really unfortunate to see her go, but I think she’ll live on in other artists who will follow [with] the same soul.” Shum Jr. added, “She had a voice that couldn’t be duplicated. It’s a tragedy.” Marie Jones said she hopes more attention is paid to Winehouse’s legacy as an artist than to her personal struggles. “I hope everybody focuses on what she did and did so well and not the tragedy,” she said. “God bless her and her family. She did so much.” “In a short period of time,” Shum Jr. added. “[At age] 27, it’s really sad,” Marie Jones concluded. Though some news outlets are reporting a drug overdose as the suspected cause of Winehouse’s death, autopsy reports aren’t scheduled to be released until Sunday. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Henry Cavill Photo: MTV News SAN DIEGO — Plenty of fans were surprised when news broke that the release date for Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot, “Man of Steel,” was pushed back six months to June 14, 2013 — but none more so than the would-be superhero himself, Henry Cavill. “They broke it to me gently,” he told MTV News on Saturday (July 23) at San Diego Comic-Con. “I was just told the other day. It’s OK, it’s nothing to do with me. That’s stuff which I have no control over. I just focus on the character and do my job.” Speaking of stepping into the shoes of the iconic superhero — or tights, rather — Cavill said he’s “prepared enough” but anxious to start production. “I’m really raring to go,” he said. “It’s exciting, humbling, and about time to get started.” Of course, Cavill couldn’t divulge many details about the upcoming shoot or what his fellow cast members may or may not be doing in the film, but he did provide a delightful anecdote about his first meeting with co-star Russell Crowe (who is playing his father, Jor-El). Cavill recounted one of the very early days in his acting career when he worked as an extra in a film Crowe was shooting at his school. “I walked up to Russell, shook his hand, and said ‘I’m thinking of becoming an actor. Andrew Garfield describes ‘surreal’ moment: ‘I felt like I was Spider-Man,’ he tells MTV News. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Andrew Garfield in “The Amazing Spiderman” Photo: Sony Pictures SAN DIEGO — “The Amazing Spider-Man” swung into San Diego Comic-Con on Friday (July 22), and star Andrew Garfield made sure he came ready to talk about the comic book influences he drew from for his performance. Part of what makes Garfield so endearing in the role is his passion for the character of Spider-Man and his love of the comic books. When he chatted with MTV News, he showed off his nerd cred by dropping comic book names when describing the suit and physicality he used for Peter Parker. “The body time in the Ultimates is what I loved,” he explained. “Because I’m skinny, if you hadn’t noticed; I’m a skinny guy. I love the idea of a skinny guy beating the crap out of big guys just as a personal fantasy fulfillment.” But there was more to his performance than that. Garfield made sure he was very specific with his body movements and his physical appearance because he wanted to make a point of bringing more to the evolution of Peter Parker to Spider-Man than the previous films did. “One of the elements that I was interested in was doing something with his physicality,” Garfield said. “I wanted it to be like the venom, the spider bite, was doing something specific to his DNA … In life, imagine like he has more arms than he does, more legs than he does, and more of a special awareness.” Fans have finally had a chance to take a look at “The Amazing Spider-Man” thanks to a trailer that debuted earlier this week. But, as a huge fan himself, Garfield had a bit of a difficult time rationalizing to himself that he was actually Spider-Man. Garfield said there was only one moment in which he felt like he was Spider-Man instead of going through some strange out-of-body experience that wasn’t really happening. “I was in a changing room on my own, and I could be honest with myself. I was really moved by it because no one else was around,” Garfield said. “It was genuinely very, very emotional, and it felt surreal. Justin Bieber’s Next Big Adventure: Pee-wee Herman’s Movie?

By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Eric Ditzian Justin Bieber Photo: Jamie McCarthy/ Getty Images SAN DIEGO — Beliebers are in luck, because Justin Bieber might be heading to the big screen once again soon, if Pee-wee Herman has his way. Turns out Herman, who has been working on a new film alongside producer Judd Apatow , has recently written the VMA nominee in as one of the celebrity cameos. The only problem? Bieber doesn’t know yet. “I can’t really tell [what the cameo is], but he makes an appearance toward the end of the film,” Herman (actor Paul Reubens, but we definitely interviewed Pee-wee) told MTV News at San Diego Comic-Con . “He doesn’t know about it yet, so if you’re watching this, Justin!” That’s not the only grade-A cameo Herman has written into the script. He has his eyes on lots of stars — and the White House. “There’s a party scene in the film that I think will have a lot of the stars. We just wrote President Obama into them. We have an offer out to him,” Herman unveiled. Will any other government officials be given a role in the movie? “Sarah Palin wasn’t asked. I have to draw the line somewhere, and unfortunately that’s where it was drawn. I’m sorry, Sarah, I’m sorry,” he whispered. The script for the currently unnamed comedy is being looked at by Universal Studios at the moment, and Herman said he hoped filming could begin within the next couple of months. It only helps that he has Apatow in his court and that the director/producer has words of wisdom to pass on to Herman to make the best comedy he can. “He’s given us the same advice over and over again, which is ’emotional arc,’ ” Herman explained. “He wants the character to go through an emotional arc and to come out on the other end arced. So that’s what we’re doing. We’re adding an emotional arc. Emotional growth, so there’s a change in Pee-wee Herman during this film.
