Ariana Grande BLASTS Pete Davidson: This Loser Used Me For Fame!

Hard to believe that it was less than five months ago that Ariana Grande stunned fans by announcing her engagement to Pete Davidson . Of course, saying the situation didn’t play out the way she expected would be putting it very, very mildly. Ariana and Pete broke up unexpectedly last month, and from what it seems, the split was far from amicable. Now, there are many perks to dating a comedian, chief among them, of course, is the fact that your relationship is sure to be filled with laughter. But there are downsides, as well, particularly the fact that comics tend to mine the more painful aspects of their private lives for material, which means there’s a good chance that a difficult breakup will immediately become joke fodder. So it’s not terribly surprising that a new promo for the upcoming episode of SNL  finds Pete playing the news about his love life for laughs. Standing alongside hosts Jonah Hill and musical guest Maggie Rogers, Davidson jokingly proposes to Rogers, who promptly shoots him down, an obvious reference to Davidson’s tendency to move very quickly in relationships — particularly when his partner is a well-known singer. Take a look: Pete Davidson Jokes About Ariana Grande Breakup Pretty harmless stuff, if you ask us, and Davidson is clearly poking fun at himself more than he’s skewering Ariana. Still, Grande was obviously not thrilled to find that her very recent breakup is already being played for laughs, and she made her feelings very clear with a pair of scathing tweets. “For somebody who claims to hate relevancy [you] sure love clinging to it huh,” Grande wrote. “Thank [you], next,” she added. We can’t help but think “fame” would’ve worked better there than “relevancy.” After all, who hates being relevant? But we digress. Needless to say, fans have overwhelmingly sided with Ariana, with the tweets attracting many references to the spillage of tea and state-sanctioned beheadings.  (We assume that’s what’s meant by the phrase “slaaaaaay queen!”) And as the details of Pete and Ariana’s breakup are hard to come by, it’s impossible for us to say if it was appropriate for Pete to joke about the breakup so soon after the fact. But we can say that if Ariana is this thin-skinned, it’s a safe bet that her relationship with a famously envelope-pushing comic was likely doomed from the start. Again, this argument is null and void if it turns out that Pete precipitated the breakup with some sort of monstrous behavior, but if it was just a standard split, then Ari might have to just come to grips with the fact that the snarky sense of humor she previously found so endearing will now serve as a source of mild irritation. And hey, if she wants to shoot back by claiming that all that talk about ” big dick energy ” was just her way of compensating for Pete’s micropenis, we’re 100 percent here for it. Ariana Grande: SLAMMED For Skipping Mac Miller Tribute Concert!

Back in September, rapper Mac Miller passed away from an overdose after years of battling addiction. Last night in Los Angeles, fans, loved ones, and colleagues from the music world gathered together to pay tribute to the late emcee. John Mayer, Travis Scott and Chance the Rapper were among the A-listers who performed, but one star was noticeably absent. Miller’s former girlfriend, Ariana Grande, opted out of participating in the evening’s festivities. On social media, some Miller fans were critical of Grande’s decision not to participate, with many pointing out that the concert was both an opportunity to pay tribute to the late musician and a fundraiser for arts education. Others took note of the fact that Grande paid tribute to Miller on Instagram, where she posed with his beloved dog while wearing a hoodie he designed himself: “She is still deeply grieving and chose to pay respect in her own way,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “Ariana is now focusing her time and energy on her music and upcoming tour, which she is very excited about,” the insider adds. “It’s what Mac would want.” Miller and Grande broke up in May after more than two years of dating. There was no mention of either that relationship  or Miller’s fatal substance abuse issues during the concert. On stage, artists paid tribute to Miller through music. Mayer performed a cover of Miller’s “Small Worlds” while Vince Staples and Anderson Paak both performed songs on which they collaborated with Miller. Between songs, friends spoke of their fondest memories of Miller, with Chance the Rapper offering one of the night’s most memorable moments: “Mac, thank you for so many different things,” the emcee said of his late friend. “Thank you for the music you made; thank you for the music that you provided other people with, for the opportunities that you provided me with, but overall, for the friendships that you built through your music and through your artistry.” Along with several other performers, Chance credited Miller with inspiring him as an artist and a performer, but most importantly as a human being. Ariana Grande: Headed to Rehab Following Pete Davidson Split?

If you’re an Ariana Grande fan, we probably don’t need to tell you the singer has really been put through the wringer emotionally in recent weeks. And of course, her recent struggles have all been made more difficult by the fact that they’ve played out on a public stage. Obviously, Ariana is still reeling from her breakup with Pete Davidson , but that’s just the latest in a string of traumas that have tested the singer’s strength of spirit. Just last month, Grande’s most recent ex, Mac Miller, passed away following an apparent drug overdose. And of course, all of this happened just 16 months after the bombing at an Ariana concert in Manchester that claimed the lives of 23 victims, many of them fans of Grande’s. After enduring so much in a short period of time, it should come as no surprise that Ariana is reportedly desperate for a break from the spotlight. Grande took a hiatus from social media recently, but it seems she recently decided that she needs a more long-term break in order to really focus on healing. A world tour in support of Ariana’s latest album begins in March, and it seems that in order to ensure that she’s emotionally prepared for such an undertaking, Grande has decided to explore the possibility of in-patient treatment. “It’s a miracle she’s still holding it together after everything she’s seen,” a source close to the singer tells Heat magazine. “A lot of people think it would be good for her to take a break and get professional help.” The source goes on to say that while Ariana has put on a brave face for her fans, she’s also been struggling like never before in recent weeks, and her loved ones have encouraged her to give rehab a try: “On the outside, it may seem like she’s OK, but deep down, she’s vulnerable,” says the insider. Obviously, until Ariana finds out for herself, no one will know if stepping away from the spotlight and focusing on her own healing process is the right move — but at this point, those closest to the singer are encouraging her to try any method that might prove effective. “Everyone is rooting” for Ariana, says the source. “The main thing that Ariana needs to know is that she’s loved.” View Slideshow: Pete Davidson Accused of Taunting Mac Miller With Ariana Grande Pics; Pop Star REELING From Tragedy & Split [UPDATED]

Ariana Grande Returns to Twitter, Tells People to "Suck My D-ck"

Ariana Grande may have a broken heart at the moment. But the singer just made news for mentioning a very different body part. Last week, a few days after she ended her engagement to Pete Davidson, Grande told her social media followers that she was taking a break. The pop artist understandably need some time away from the public as she dealt with the dissolution of what had been a very fun and loving relationship. “Time to say bye bye again to the internet for just a lil bit,” the singer wrote on Instagram, adding at the time: “It’s hard not to bump news n stuff that I’m not trying to see rn. It’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep going. love u. and thank u for bein here always.” Fair enough, right? However, Grande appears to have taken all the time she needed to recover from this recent break-up. Following a one-week hiatus, Grande Tweeted a black heart emoji on Monday morning told her followers “i missed you sm.” She also told her haters to suck it… and then deleted the message minutes later. This is the Internet, however, and nothing ever gets deleted. In response to some losers picking on her forehead, Ariana wrote the following a little while ago: “i see some of y’all making fun of my forehead ! sorry i have a big forehead ! at least i’m cute and don’t make fun of other ppl’s foreheads ! suck my dick. ttyl” Well… okay then! You tell ’em, Ariana! For his part, Davidson broke his silence on the not-too-shocking split this past Saturday during a stand-up show in West Hollywood, where he joked that his decision to propose to the pop star was “stupid.” (We could have saved you some time and pain by telling you that this summer, dude.) “So, obviously you know I, we broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos. And it was like in a magazine like, ‘Was Pete Davidson stupid?’ And 93 percent of it said yes,” Davidson told his audience. He added on stage: “So my boy, he was like, ‘Don’t listen to that sh-t man. They’re literally f-cking haters.’ And I’m like, yeah, f-ck that. I’m not stupid. “And the other day we were in my kitchen and he was like, ‘Yo bro. Turns out you were stupid.'” Oh well. We’ve all been blinded at times by love or lust, right? Other sources, meanwhile, claims that Davidson is devastated by the break-up . “He misses Ariana every minute of every day, from the second he wakes up until the moment he goes to sleep,” someone supposedly told Hollywood Life, adding of Davidson: “Right now, Pete feels like he will never get over Ariana, that his heart will never mend, and that he will never fall in love again.” That makes us sad to hear. Davidson and Grande only dated for a few weeks before news broke of their engagement. They managed to stay together for a few months prior to their recent split , which took basically no one by surprise. Still, we’re sure the emotions are raw and we wish both Pete and Ariana the best.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson: Will They Get Back Together?!

Star-struck millennial heart throbs Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson made ALL the headlines with their whirlwind romance this year. They were head over heels in love, no doubt about it. But all good things, as the saying goes, must come to an end in a matter of months. Blindsiding a nation, Ariana and Pete called off their engagement this weekend and one saw it coming … okay, not the case. We all saw it coming. But does that mean it’s over for good? Or is it a break that will do them some good, and lead them to a better place? That’s the million-dollar question THG’s staff debates below. Read our hot takes on this hot couple and then hit the comments below! YES by Emily Trainham Love is real, and that is a fact. And the cool thing about facts is that even if you don’t believe personally believe in them, that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Ariana and Pete love each other. And you’re dang right that’s in the present tense. Do people get engaged after just a few weeks of dating if they don’t love each other? Do people adopt pigs together if they do not love each other?!  Do people get multiple tattoos dedicated to their significant other if they don’t love each other?  OK, sure, love is not a requirement for any of these things … you can be mentally unstable and do all of them just fine. But Ariana and Pete did them out of love, and that’s just a fact. Listen to “Pete Davidson” on Ariana’s new album and try to say it’s not. They just broke up, and that’s unfortunate, but sometimes the greatest romances take some time to come together, and it’s obvious that now is not the best time for Ariana.  She still seems to be reeling from the death of Mac Miller, and it’s likely that she’s still dealing with the trauma from the Manchester bombing as well. So maybe she needs to take some time to heal. Maybe a few months, maybe a few years. Maybe she’ll date around during that time, and maybe Pete will, too. But as she sang in her song dedicated to him, he’s her soulmate. And soulmates are forever. Their time will come, but sadly, their time is not now. Keep the faith, Grandson lovers.  Love shall prevail. NO by Hilton Hater Neither Pete Davidson nor Ariana Grande were involved in THE MOST DRAMATIC ROSE CEREMONY of all-time… but their relationship has still followed the trajectory of those who get together on The Bachelor. The comedian and the artist were never dating in a traditional sense of the term. They went out. They goofed around. They got all silly on social media. They were almost, literally, a walking Saturday Night Live skit. It was all cute and fun and we’re sure quite enjoyable for Davidson and Grande, but then real life interjected: Mac Miller died of a drug overdose . Sources have all indicated that Grande (understandably) took the death of her ex-boyfriend very hard. Ariana’s been in a dark place for about a month now. Such a trauma could spell the end of many relationships, but especially one such as this; one essentially built on partying and cosplay. There’s simply no sturdy base here for anything as dramatic as a loved one’s death. Mix in the awkwardness of that loved one being Grande’s previous serious boyfriend… and here we are. Davidson may be equipped with a 10-inch long penis, but he simply isn’t equipped with the emotional maturity to deal with a tragedy of this nature. YES by Simon Delott This summer, in the wake of Ariana’s engagement to Pete Davidson , I was so confident that they would stay together. Now, I’m eating crow. I didn’t see this coming. “Sociologists at NYU used decades of statistical data from 4,500 families and found that couples in which the man was much taller than the woman were more likely to stay together,” I wrote at the time. “Folks, Ariana Grande is 5 feet tall. Pete Davidson is 6-foot-3,” I continued. “Those 15 inches could see them through to the end.” We all know that the best way to discuss love and romance is using cold hard numbers and statistical analysis. I’m not sure where I went wrong. After all, if a spur-of-the-moment relationship between a pop star with baggage and a comedian who’s never met an impulse on which he didn’t act can’t work out … what hope is there for the rest of us? In all seriousness, though, the cause of their breakup was reportedly largely Mac Miller’s tragic death earlier this fall. The passing of Ariana’s very recent ex, so soon after her return to the public eye, left her wounded. It was all too much. But that doesn’t mean that these two won’t ever get together again. They’re both still young, and it sounds like this breakup was as amicable as a dropped engagement can possibly be. My real question is this: Is Ariana going to sing the song, “Pete Davidson,” when she goes on tour in the future? There’s no non-awkward way to either sing or skip that song unless they get back together. Just saying. NO. by Tyler Johnson No. The relationship between Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson was doomed from the start. After all, how could a singer with a four-octave vocal range ever relate to a comic whose style is so painfully one-note? Let’s forget for a moment that Pete mocked the Manchester bombing that traumatized Ariana and so many of her fans. And let’s ignore, for now, the fact that Davidson said he sympathizes with the man who groped Grande or that he beamed with pride over the fact that Bill Clinton ogled Ari at a freakin’ funeral. (As a guy with a Hillary Clinton tattoo, that must have been an extremely confusing time for Pete.) What we’re focusing on today is the fact that Grande is clearly a woman who’s drawn to virtuoso talent, and despite spending the past four years in the best comedy college imaginable, Davidson (rather ironically) comes up short when his abilities are compared to Ariana’s. On a more serious note, insiders have claimed that the breakup was at least partially the result of Ariana’s grief over the death of her previous boyfriend, the immensely gifted Mac Miller. There’s been a lot of talk about Pete and Ari’s perceived insensitivity toward their exes in publicly admitting that they’d secretly longed for each other for years (in other words, since well before they were single). To be clear, both parties’ duties to their exes ended the moment they broke things off – but who wants to live in a world where we’re all just fulfilling our minimum obligations to one another? It’s not hard to see how Ariana might have wound up with some seriously conflicted feelings – as well as some major doubts – in the wake of Miller’s overdose. But in the end, out guess is that a talent gap wider than Pete and Ariana’s height difference also played a significant role in bringing this ill-fated romance to a halt. Did Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Call Off Their Engagement?

Read the original here:

Source: Patricia Schlein/WENN.com / WENN Another celeb couple bites the dust, as Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson  reportedly call it quits. According to TMZ , Grande and Davidson called off their engagement this weekend, “with both parties acknowledging that it simply was not the right time for their relationship to take off.” However, TMZ’s sources did add that “ the two aren’t ruling out the possibility of anything in the future.” The two only dated a few weeks before announcing their engagement earlier this year in May. Grande has been struggling after the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller due to a suspected drug overdose on September 7th. Grande and Davidson have yet to conform their split publicly.

Did Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Call Off Their Engagement?

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Surprise Absolutely No One by Breaking Up

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have called off their engagement. We’ll give you a minute to recover from the shock… Wait? What’s that? You aren’t stunned at all because this was the most obvious break-up of all-time? Fair point. According to People Magazine, Us Weekly and other reliable outlets, the singer and the Saturday Night Live cast member have called off their short, albeit intense, romance. The stars started dating late this spring and then announced their engagement, like, two weeks later , taking the celebrity gossip and entertainment universe by storm. Most folks assumed Davidson and Grande were moving way too quickly and that the relationship would eventually fizzle out and… well… … that’s pretty much what has happened. “It was way too much too soon,” a source close to Grande tells People Magazine. “It’s not shocking to anyone.” This same source says the decision to go their separate ways was mutually agreed upon by both halves of the famous couple. While the split doesn’t really come as a surprise to anyone at all, there hadn’t been any recent rumors of tension at least. The latest chatter, in fact, has been centered around whether or not Grande was pregnant with Davidson’s child. The comedian himself even joked about knocking Grande up just a few weeks ago, as he and Ariana were certainly very open about the seriousness of their relationship during the four months it lasted. Alas, it is now over. “It happened this weekend,” an insider tells Us Weekly, adding: “They realized it happened too quick and too early. The wedding is off, but they’re working things out. They’re not officially done yet.” It’s unclear what Grande will do with the $100,000 engagement ring Davidson gifted her; and it’s also unclear whether the traumatic death of Grande’s ex , Mac Miller, played any role in the demise of this romance. Over the past several days, it’s been clear that Grande has been going through a lot. The artist has been Tweeting a handful of personal messages and saying she needs a break from the public spotlight, asking at point: “can i pls have one okay day. just one. pls.” Twitter users, meanwhile, reacted in many different ways to the break-up. Some were taken aback. Some were delighted. Others yawned over how clear it was to see it coming. “am i surprised that pete and ariana broke up? no. but am i supposed to be happy about that? no. imagine how she is doing right now,” wrote one person, while another added: “if you’re celebrating ariana and pete splitting, you don’t care about ariana’s happiness. Bye.” Back on September 7, Miller died of a drug overdose. He and Grande dated for about two years and didn’t split up all that long before Ariana got together with Davidson. “Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend,” her team said in September. “She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for their understanding.” This Saturday, Grande also canceled a scheduled performance, at F–k Cancer’s inaugural Barbara Berlanti Heroes fundraising gala, where her manager Scooter Braun’s wife Yael Cohen Braun received an honor for her work as co-founder of the group. Said Braun in front of the crowd: “One of the most amazing things about this organization is that they help people when they’re having the worst moments in their life, and they give sympathy and a calm nature to people in need in those moments. “And you saw your invite, someone I’m very close to was supposed to come sing for you today, and because of things that she’s going through, she couldn’t be here today. “And while I was frustrated, being the manager, my wife, being who she always is, just looked at me and she goes, ‘She needs this time.'” We continue to wish Ariana the best. And now Davidson the best as well.

Ariana Grande Is Working It Good

Ariana Grande is a mystery to me. When she was younger, she was ugly as f%ck and now she’s the cutest pop star out there. I’m convinced she had lots of work done. Anyway, if she did, her doctor should win a prize! That would be the real talent behind the scenes.
