The momager mess entered pleas of guilty to both aggravated DWI and speeding, and sources say Lohan must do 100 hours of community service. She is expected to have her driver’s license suspended as a result of the conviction and an interlock device will be installed in her vehicle ASAP. If she’s not clean, the car won’t start. Probably for the best. The Lohan matriarch must attend a mandatory drinking and driving program, a victim impact panel and also pay the necessary fines and fees. The former KCBS news anchor in Los Angeles was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving, according to the Anaheim police. She was pulled just past midnight after making an illegal left turn. Sgt. Tim Schmidt says officers on the scene smelled alcohol on Walker’s breath and that the “disheveled” 61-year old’s eyes were “blood-shot and watery.” Walker was arrested after failing a field sobriety test and taken to the Anaheim police station where she submitted to a blood test and was released four hours later. The actor was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI after his car hit another vehicle around 1 a.m. on the 101 in San Fernando Valley. According to TMZ insiders, another driver called the California Highway Patrol to report a motorist was “weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds” before Kattan reportedly swerved into a closed-off area and stuck a Department of Transportation vehicle from behind. Fortunately, there was no one inside and Kattan did not suffer any injuries. Police confirm that Kattan appeared very out of it at the scene and was booked on charges of driving while impaired, with an emphasis on prescription pills, not alcohol.
