Abby Lee Miller: Prison Sentence DELAYED Due to Medical Issue!

It looks like disgraced Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller will be a free woman for a little while longer. Last month, Miller was sentenced to a year in prison on fraud charges. In the weeks since the verdict was delivered, the controversial television personality has lashed out against the judge, played dumb about her crimes , and pled innocence as a “nice Catholic girl from Pittsburgh.” (Are people from Pittsburgh known for their inability to commit bankruptcy fraud? We’re not really sure what she was going for with that one.) Anyway, none of that has done Miller any good in terms of getting out of serving her time. Eventually, the widely despised 50-year-old will be going to prison. But that doesn’t mean she can’t delay the inevitable for a few weeks. According to Radar Online, Miller was originally supposed to report to prison on June 30. Now, she’s scheduled to begin serving her sentence on July 12. No reason was given for the delay, and Miller has been uncharacteristically quiet about the change. She may be legally prohibited from discussing the specifics of the delay, but that hasn’t stopped her from hinting at the court’s reasoning on social media. Miller has posted a series of photos on her Instagram page that seem to hint at some sort of knee ailment. The pic below shows an x-ray that seems to indicate Miller is missing caritlage in her right knee: “Bone on Bone! X-ray Right knee – That kinda hurts a little OUCH! #marinadelrey #discsportsandspinecenter #aldcalways #aldcla #ALDC,” Miller captioned the pic. Obviously, Miller won’t be able to undergo and recover from knee surgery in less than two weeks’ time. What’s more likely is that her lawyers convinced the judge to delay the start of her sentence so that she can undergo further medical evaluation. That would explain why Miller is so keen on playing up her injuries on social media. If she’s able to convince the court that she requires surgery, she may be able to push her sentencing back several months. Perhaps Miller even hoping that given more time, her lawyers will be able to successfully appeal her conviction. It’s a long shot, but we suppose we can’t blame her. At the end of the day, however, her latest ploy seems unlikely to change anything. Miller is going to prison – it’s just a matter of when.

Tori Spelling: Headed to JAIL Over Mounting Debt Issues?!

As you may have heard, Tori Spelling is broke. We don’t mean she’s “forced to sell her yacht to J.K. Rowling, Johnny Depp broke .” (Fun fact: Johnny Depp literally sold his yacht to J.K. Rowling to cover his debts.) We mean she’s “sell the house, default on the credit cards, one step away from welcoming you to Wal-Mart broke.” Tori’s debt is massive, and sources close to the actress say her situation appears to be getting worse by the day. She and husband Dean McDermott are currently buried beneath six figures in credit card debt and back taxes. To make matters worse, McDermott owes thousands in back child support to his first wife, Mary Jo Eustace. Tori and Dean have thus far managed to keep their heads above water, thanks in large part to help from Tori’s wealthy mother. But child support and federal taxes are two of the worst kinds of debt, and the couple’s financial issues may soon become serious legal woes. “All their debts, which just keep growing and growing, have put them so deep in the hole that it seems there may be no way out,” a source close to the couple tells Star magazine. “But what’s truly scary is how much they owe the government. Having their money actually seized shows just how serious their problems are. Tori’s running out of options, and the walls are closing in.” The tabloid spoke with a New York criminal prosecutor who’s prosecuted numerous cases in which wealthy debotrs wind up incriminating themselves with fraudulent claims: “Should Spelling continue to default on paying back the back loan in full, plus interest, the courts have discretion on punishments in situations like that,” attorney Brooke Camhi tells Star .  “While not the likely outcome, jail time certainly would be an option afforded to the court. At the moment this is not a criminal case. But if there is any kind of fraud happening, Tori could do time…” Yes, it seems Tori is not under immediate threat of criminal prosecution, and she’ll likely find a way to keep out of court. (We really can’t overstate how wealthy Tori’s mother is.) Her husband’s situation isn’t quite so encouraging. McDermott’s child support debts have nearly landed him behind bars in the past, and it seems he’s done little to rectify the situation. “He might have weaseled his way out of jail the first time, but if he doesn’t pay Mary Jo wahat he promised, he could still wind up behind bars,” says one insider. Whatever the case, it seems the couple will continue to lean very heavily on the generosity of Tori’s mom, Candy Spelling. “Candy pays [Tori’s] rent, private school tuition for the kids and even stepped up after Tori maxed out her credit cards to buy groceries,” an insider tells Star . “I hear that Tori’s been begging Candy for a $700,000 loan to cover her debts, but she hasn’t agreed to that yet.” We suppose you have to draw the line somewhere. Most parents would’ve cut the cord a few million dollars ago, but everything is relative …

Just over a year ago, Emilia Clarke appeared on Conan and made a plea for Game of Thrones to FREE THE PENIS ! Alas, the epic HBO drama still depicts more female nudity than male nudity on a regular basis. But at least Clarke can sleep well at night, knowing she did her best to help women around the world out a bit. In an interview with the latest issue of Rolling Stone, meanwhile, the actress said it took her awhile to realize just what sort of effect her gender has had on her life since since she struck it big. Men all over the Internet may search for  Emilia Clarke nude photos because they’re young and horny, while fans of this series may joke about how many times they’ve seen Clarke topless… … but the star sort of woke up one day and realized that sexism is alive and not very well. “You’re aware of it, and you’re aware of it, but one day, you go, ‘Oh, my God, it’s everywhere!’ Like you suddenly wake up to it and you go, ‘Wait a fucking second, are you . . . are you treating me different because I’ve got a pair of tits? Is that actually happening?'” she says to Rolling Stone, adding: “It took me a really long time to see that I do get treated differently. But I look around, and that’s my daily life.” Clarke is aware she’s fortunate. She’s aware that she was named Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive in 2015 and that her looks have helped to further her career. But she still has an important message to send: “It doesn’t stop me from being a feminist. Like, guess what? “Yes, I’ve got mascara on, and I also have a high IQ, so those two things can be one and the same.” As Game of Thrones embarks on its final two seasons (yes, EVER !), Clarke’s character is finally setting sail for Westeros. She is finally taking the climactic steps toward the Iron Throne, following many years of being one of the biggest female bad asses on television. “Women have been great rulers,” she says of her role and the challenging world in which she’s acting these days. “And then for that to be a character that I’m known to play? That’s so f-cking lucky. Anyone who seems to think that it’s not needed need only look at the political environment we’re all living in to be like, ‘Oh, no, it’s needed. “It is needed.” It really is. I forgot about that!’ “Rumors are going to be confirmed or denied.” One rumor going around if that a Game of Thrones spinoff (or four Games of Thrones spinoffs ) is in the works. This may be the case, but don’t expect to see Clarke as Daenerys Targaryes in any of them. “I am doing one more season. And then that’ll be it,” she says to Rolling Stone. We get it. We get that Clarke likely wants to spread her wings and try something else. We’re just going to miss Emilia Clarke, Mother of Dragons, Breaker of Chains… Talker ‘Bout Boobies. Mom Locks Kids in Hot Car to Teach Them a Lesson; Kids Die

A Texas mother of two was jailed this weekend after police say she left her kids in a hot car to teach them a lesson … and they perished. Cynthia Randolph, 25, allegedly locked one-year-old Cavanaugh Ramirez and two-year-old Juliet Ramirez in the vehicle last month. The little girl, she felt, needed “a lesson.” Even more shocking is that Randolph, of Fort Worth, apparently told them as much during interviews with law enforcement investigators. She first said she noticed her kids were missing. Upon investigating (this was May 26), she said she found them locked in the vehicle, where they'd been for “no more than an hour.” However, that story would allegedly change. Police said Saturday that, in the weeks since the incident, Randolph has acknowledged that she left her children in the car intentionally. According to a statement from police, she said she found the kids playing in the car when the 2-year-old refused to get out. That's when she closed the door to teach her a lesson, believing that her daughter could get herself and her brother out when ready. Her kids, again, are 1 and 2 years old. As the Texas temperatures soared to the mid-90s, Randolph went inside to smoke marijuana, and the kids were not able to exit the car. After what authorities say was a 2-3 hour nap, Randolph reportedly told cops she came back outside to find her children unresponsive. The two children were tragically pronounced dead about 30 minutes after the authorities were notified; Randolph was arrested Friday. In a statement, the kids' father thanked police. “Please send a thank you to [the] Parker County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers from the Ramirez family,” the statement said. Randolph also implicated herself again when she told investigators she later broke the car window to make it look like an accident.  The Texas Rangers and U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General Dallas Field Office both investigated the situation. After she told them several versions of events over the course of a few weeks, they were finally able to make an arrest late last week. The local Sheriff's office said that they are satisfied with the arrest of Randolph, who they believed was solely responsible for two deaths.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Celebrate Their 11th Anniversary!

Hollywood marriages aren’t always built to last. For a whole host of reasons, from busy schedules to way too many resources to certain temperaments to looks and wealth and rumors … celebrity relationships tend to crumble before our eyes. So it makes sense that when you last a long time, you want to show it off. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are doing just that with a series of adorable selfies — because they’re celebrating their 11th anniversary. To be clear, 11 years is a long time to stay together for a regular, run-of-the-mill, non-celebrity married couple. In Hollywood years, it’s like these two have been married for the better part of a century. But somehow Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban (the one who isn’t Nicole Kidman) have managed it. And they’ve done so despite major disagreements about where to live . That takes work. Then there’s the baggage that they have. We don’t just mean regular relationship baggage or fame baggage. We don’t even mean the fact that the Oscar-winning actress and the Crunchy … sorry, Country music singer come from different worlds. (Like, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are closer than ever and they also come from different worlds) Nicole Kidman also had a famous relationship with Tom Cruise. The rest of her life is haunted by the specter of Scientology. She doesn’t speak about the Church, but we all know how this works. The kids that she and Tom adopted together are still Scientologists. They’re adults, but were Nicole to ever speak ill of the Church or very likely of Tom, she’d be declared a Suppressive Person, and she’d never get to see them. It can be a strain to be interviewed constantly and have to give a tight-lipped smile when people ask about a subject that makes you want to scream. And that tension from walking a verbal tightrope can impact both members of a couple. But it looks like they’re not letting it touch them. Also, though they’re both celebrities, there’s something of a fame disparity between the two. Because Nicole Kidman isn’t a niche celebrity. She’s, you know, world-famous as an actress. Toby Keith sometimes gets confused with another Country singer by people who aren’t in that particular music fandom. Remember, Keith Urban is the one married to Nicole Kidman. Toby Keith  is the one who played for an all-male audience in Saudi Arabia. (Toby Keith Urban is their fused state, and can fly, but they only combine in real emergencies) But Keith and Nicole look happy and also way younger than they actually are. Because Nicole is 50 and Keith is 49. Does time mean nothing to these two? Yeah, these two are really adorable. Some other couples have lasted for a really long time, but in a world where Brangelina is divorcing , staying married means really beating the odds. (Though rumor has it that Brad Pitt is hoping to win back Angelina Jolie , so … we’ll see how that goes) Yeah, these are really adorable. Also, who says that old people can’t be cute, you know? And, not for nothing, but this is such a level-headed, grounded way of celebrating an anniversary. As far as we know, they didn’t swim around in a champagne pool or do any other ridiculous rich people stuff. When you’re together for over a decade, sometimes happiness with your partnership is just enough , you know? You don’t need all of the rest.

Kailyn Lowry: Trying to Get Back with Javi Marroquin?!

Kailyn Lowry … well, she’s made some questionable choices in her life. For instance, so far this month she’s traveled to not one but two locations that the CDC warns is home to the Zika virus — not a great move for her heavily pregnant self. But perhaps her most questionable choice to date was getting pregnant this time in the first place. Because remember, she did say that getting pregnant with her third baby by her third baby daddy while not even officially divorced from her husband was a choice . She slept with Chris Lopez while still legally married to Javi Marroquin, they conceived a child together, even though she was suffering from several health complications at the time. But yes, that was a choice. And while we’re sure she’s very excited to welcome the new baby, she could be welcoming him or her under better circumstances. She’s said that Chris doesn’t want anything to do with the baby , and that he likely won’t even be present when she goes into labor. She’s also said that she’s ” going to be a single parent from the beginning ,” and that she’ll “have this baby 24/7 by myself with no help.” It does seem like Kailyn and Chris have gone back and forth with whatever relationship they have — if you check out their Twitter history, sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes not so much. But still, it doesn’t sound like the kind of relationship you want to have with the man you’re about to have a baby with. And that’s why according to a new report from Hollywood Life, Kailyn is regretting leaving A+ father, Javi Marroquin. “One thing this experience is doing is softening her heart a lot to Javi,” a source claims. “The difference between Chris and Javi is like night and day. No matter how bad things get between her and Javi he’s always an amazing dad.” It’s true — Kailyn and Javi never had the healthiest relationship, but he’s always been so good to their son, Lincoln, and her oldest son, Isaac. Kailyn cheated on him , she was shown hitting him early in their relationship, and he caused quite the terrifying scene during the last season of Teen Mom 2 when he broke into her house. Things got so bad after that that she got a protective order against him, but still, he’s there for the boys. “Right now she’s seeing how amazing Javi is more than ever before,” the source says. “The way he looks after the boys and is just so involved in their lives is pretty amazing.” “He’s been SO supportive lately, more supportive than Chris that’s for sure.” Hey, it’s not that hard to be more supportive than Chris, who’s apparently showing literally no support. The source says that everything has “got her feeling pretty mixed up, and of course with her hormones running extra high, all her feelings are magnified.” That’s an important thing to note — all these feelings could just be the hormones. Charlie Sheen: Sued for Giving Ex-Girlfriend HIV?!

It’s coming up on two years now since Charlie Sheen revealed to the world that he’s HIV positive — and he’s been doing pretty well, right? You know, for Charlie Sheen. He seems to be healthy, but he’s occasionally been getting into trouble and saying bizarre, troubling things . Par for the course for this guy. But while things have been going on normally for Charlie for a while now, that’s all about to end, thanks to a bombshell new lawsuit. In the court documents, an unnamed woman claims that Charlie lied about being free of STDs in order to have unprotected sex with her. Note: Charlie Sheen is never officially named in the suit, but the defendant is described as a man who gave televised interviews about HIV on November 17th, 2015, and June 21st, 2016. On both of those dates, Charlie appeared on the Today show to talk about his diagnosis. The woman claims that she and Charlie began dating in September of 2015, and before they had sex, she asked if he had any STDs. He said that he didn’t, that he was “fine” and she “needed to trust him.” They still waited for about two months to have unprotected sex, but immediately after they did, Charlie allegedly revealed that he was, in fact, HIV positive. The plaintiff claims that he “threw a bag of pills on the bed,” and told her that if she took them, she’d be fine. But he also said that in reality, the pills were unnecessary, and he advised her not to believe “the convenient rumors of the medical community.” She also says that he told her he was “noble” for informing her at all, because it was “none of [her] f-cking business.” “This is more about … not if, but when you do come down with this,” he reportedly told her, “that we’re together and at least we have each other.” Other times, she claims that Charlie told her he could “see the future,” and he knew she’d be all right because the “apocalypse” had “cleansed” her soul. The lawsuit isn’t all that hard to believe — Charlie himself has admitted that he hasn’t always used protection , even after learning of his HIV status. He said that he withheld that information because when he’d told previous partners about it, they attempted to blackmail him. But still, you know, that’s illegal . In this new lawsuit, the plaintiff says that Charlie told her that he was facing other lawsuits from women he’d exposed to the virus. He allegedly referred to those women as “assholes” and “f-cking n—–s.” Right now, it’s not clear if the woman suing Charlie actually is HIV positive as a result from his actions, or if she’s just suing him for exposing her. She’s suing him for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and fraud. And if even part of what she says is true, hopefully she’ll get every penny she’s suing him for. But taking away someone’s choice and exposing them to this virus against their knowledge? Surely even Charlie Sheen can do better than that.

Aaron Carter Attacks Body Shamers, Ends Up in Hospital

The worst week of Aaron Carter’s life has concluded with him in the hospital. On Thursday night, the singer went off on a Tweet storm in response to the influx of body-shaming he’s unfortunately experienced of late. The artist jumped on his social media account following a concert in Syracuse that evening, during which he overheard fans making fun of his gaunt figure. (Carter opened up last month about his diagnosis of a hiatal hernia at the age of 19, saying the medical condition makes it difficult for him to eat.) “I’m entirely hurt by a so-called fan that I just encountered,” Carter wrote on Twitter, explaining in further detail: “She wasn’t realizing I was listening, she said I look like I have cancer. This is body shaming. You guys are bullying me. I’ve already addressed my medical issues.” The singer added the hashtag “#bodyshaming” to his message. Not long after sending this Tweet, Carter provided followers with an update of his condition – and his whereabouts. “Lots of shows lately, had to head up to ER just to get a little check up these shows are crazy lately gotta make sure I stay strong,” wrote Carter as a caption to the photo above. He added another image of himself in a wheelchair and added: “I’ll recover.” Just a few weeks ago, Carter’s dad passed away . This tragic event took place five years after his sister, Leslie Carter, died of a drug overdose at age 25. The star referenced these sad developments in a follow-up Tweet, writing: “I’ve literally had the hardest week of my life, my dad past [sic] away my late sisters birthday anniversary was June 6th & people #BodyShame me… “I promise I’ll work on getting bigger physically I have medical issues I don’t want to discuss at this time. #GodBless.” Carter’s diatribe continued throughout Thursday night and into most of Friday, as he re-Tweeted thoughts from supporters and shot back at others who questioned his weight. “I’m sorry I’m not fat enough. For my fake fans,” he said. “I’m sorry I’m not good enough or heavy enough to be attractive… I’m bullied and body shamed by the world… They literally won’t stop bullying me… “They won’t leave me alone. I’m getting hate messages and death threats.” Continued the angry and upset singer: “Been in the hospital three times this month, dealing with health issues and broken fingers as well as things I can’t legally discuss. “Do I have to do a spinal tap to prove to people? He tried to remain upbeat. “I’m not ashamed of my body,” he wrote on Instagram. “Maybe I’m too skinny, maybe I’m too short but the one thing I know is I love my fans my family my girlfriend and my friends. I’m #NotPerfect you never know what someone is going through. “We are not immortal. #embracelove… “All I can do is my best in my life with the conditions I have I need to stay strong, I’m so grateful for my fans, YOU mean the world to me. “Progress is better than perfection. It’s OK to be on a self-love journey, so don’t beat yourself up if u have yet to reach your destination.” Finally, on Friday, Carter shared the following picture: “My appetite is coming back,” he wrote. “#StayingPositive.” We’re glad to hear it!
