We've always known that Jenelle Evans is a loose cannon. That she has a couple of screws loose. Basically, name any metaphor for an angry, unstable person, and it probably fits this girl . You'd think that as the years went on and as the babies kept coming, she'd calm down a little bit, right? That she'd manage to mature just enough to be a decent human being. No such luck. These days, Jenelle is less into drugs than she used to be, and she's figured out how to avoid getting arrested, but she's just as hotheaded as ever. And we see that in this alarming sneak peek for the new episode of Teen Mom 2. In the clip, Jenelle is at home with her sons, Jace and Kaiser. Nathan texts her to ask if he can swing by her house to pick up Kaiser — totally normal, but of course David freaks out. But we're not here to talk about David's massive insecurities. We're hear to talk about Jenelle's total inability to communicate in a reasonable way. After texting with Nathan, Jenelle calls her long-suffering mother, Barbara . She tells her that Nathan is coming to pick up Kaiser, but Barbara misheard her. She thinks Jenelle told her to come to her house to pick up Jace. A simple misunderstanding, right? No big deal, right? Fat chance. Maybe to a reasonable person without a track record of blowing things out of proportion. But to Jenelle, it's the biggest deal. As such, Jenelle predictably proceeds to flip out in the most alarming way. She yells at her mother, she ridicules her … it's bad. Beyond bad. And all the while, Jace is listening, looking so, so sad. Watch the heartbreaking clip below:
This season, The Bachelor spoilers have been as dead-on correct as ever, but there are still two installments left for a potential shocker. Might one of the final three be ready to throw such a curveball? Canadian beauty Vanessa Grimaldi puts the screws to Nick Viall on next week's episode of The Bachelor , asking him about the future. Nick Viall is used to being put on the spot, but not like this. In the sneak peek at Monday night’s episode below, Viall hedges when the Montreal resident asks if he would consider moving there. You know, IF they decide to further pursue this romance. “ Nick is someone that I can actually picture spending the rest of my life with,” Vanessa, 29, says, but he's also Nick, and it's The Bachelor . Do we even need to explain any further than that? “But at the same time,” the special ed teacher adds, “we have that sort of relationship where our conversations are always so heavy.” “Today I felt like Nick was questioning whether or not he wants to be as close to my family as I am. It’s been upsetting me.” During Grimaldi’s hometown date – Corinne Olympios got cut, leaving Vanessa, Raven Gates and Rachel Lindsay – Nick met her family. That's customary for Bachelor semifinalists, but what's a little unusual is that subject of where they would move after the show came up. It didn’t seem as if the two had discussed their plans post- Bachelor , so Vanessa brought it up during their subsequent fantasy suite date. That idea didn't necessarily go over all that well. “Is there anything that you would feel uncomfortable compromising on?” she ask. “Is moving for you something you don’t see yourself doing?” “I’ve moved a lot,” Viall, 36, responds. Ouch. “I’ve never imagined living in Canada,” he adds. “I’ll be honest, that’s not easy for me to picture.” “I hope that’s not a non-negotiable,” Nick tells Vanessa, leaving the door open. “I think I would do anything for the woman that I love.” “Not to sound corny, but I’m really proud to be an American,” The Bachelor star adds, very much sounding corny in the process. Vanessa's perfect response to that nonsense? “And I’m very proud to be a Canadian.” The plot thickens, eh?! (Sorry.)
There are word combinations you never expect to type, and then there’s “Lena Dunham Debuts Boob Tattoo Inspired By Rihanna.” You might be tempted to decry such a headline as that “fake news” you keep hearing about: A bald-faced attempt to highlight the more ridiculous aspects of Millennial culture in an effort to work the #MAGA crowd into a greater fury than anti-incest laws and every second of this year’s Oscars combined. But we assure you, this is no alt-right Pepe-ganda (though we are in the process of developing tastes for Tolstoy and straight Stoli in order to make nice with our future overlords), and the self-proclaimed Voice of Her Generation really did copy RiRi’s underboob ink . Lena posted the pic above today, along with a caption that reads: “Thank you @trinegrimm for my warrior’s chest plate/tit chandelier. This is my first original piece by a female tattoo artist and it felt sacred and cool and she didn’t chide me for copying @badgalriri’s placement. “If you’re ever in Oslo, go meet this metal queen and let her handle your body.” Look, we’re gonna go ahead and play Dunham’s advocate here. For starters, we’re willing to giver her a pass on a lot of things this week, as “American Bitch” might have been Girls’ strongest episode to date, and it actually addressed a topical issue in a unique way. (It might have worked better as a standalone project, but that’s a discussion for another time.) On top of that – we’ve been there. We’ll admit to seeing a celebrity rock a certain look and (perhaps during a tipsy online shopping spree) deciding to give it a shot ourselves. There was a time when Johnny Depp was cool enough to make male fashion scarves cool, and like other tragedies throughout history, we shouldn’t bury it simply because we can’t make sense of it. So Lena saw Rihanna rocking some boob-bunting and figured she’d try to pull it off, too. As long as she doesn’t start taking racy blunt smoke selfies and using the word “pon,” we can chalk this up to loving emulation and not Single White Female-esque imitation. Besides, if this is the worst thing Lena Dunham did this week, then it was really a hell of a week. It’s not like she publicly wished she had an abortion or attempted to convince the world that her cellulite is a global feminist issue . Lena is like Trump: If seven days go by and she doesn’t make us seriously doubt our mental health or wonder if we’re living in the Upside-Down like Barb, we kinda feel like we owe her a thank you letter. We’d like to tell you that we’ll one day write an article about Lena without comparing her to Trump, but the #FakeNews has gone far enough, dammit!
Joy-Anna Duggar is engaged to be married! The fifth oldest daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle will be walking down the aisle with Austin Forsyth after a VERY short courtship, she confirms. “We just got engaged!” Joy-Anna, 19, announced. “I’m so excited to be engaged to my best friend.” “Austin made it so romantic, it’s amazing.” Forsyth tells Us that he is looking forward to their engagement , their marriage and all the big relationship milestones that lie ahead. “I’m just overwhelmed with emotion,” he says. “I’m so excited to be engaged because that means the next step is marriage, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for us!” The near future, apparently. We predicted earlier this week that Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth were on the fast track, but this?! Duggar and family friend Forsyth, who have known each other for 15 years, announced on November 15 that they had started courting. Once Austin got the green light from Jim Bob , which you saw if you watch Counting On online , he was prepared to pop the question. The courtship question, that is. Not the marriage one, which he put off a solid couple of months (no word yet on where he proposed). If his previous romantic gestures are any indication, though … Austin chose a spot in a wooded area to ask Joy-Anna to enter into the courtship – a pre-engagement of sorts, in Duggar family parlance. “It’s a place that I’ve come many times to just get away and spend time with the Lord,” he said at that time about the special location. “I just knew that this was the place that I wanted to ask her.” Asking her dad if he could court Joy, Austin gushed: “Over the years, I’ve been watching, and I really admire her heart for the Lord and her character. She’s such a diligent worker.” “She gets all the younger siblings working. She’s a good delegator,” he said, awkwardly, when asked by Jim Bob why he’s into Joy. “And, of course, her beauty.” Of course . While reports of Austin and Joy having sex are most likely exaggerated, we’re also sure they’re past the side hug stage. Like Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo before them, there’s been talk of this duo breaking the courtship rules and racing to the altar from day one. So when’s the wedding? View Slideshow: Joy-Anna Duggar Photos: The New Face of a Famous Family! It’s unclear, but just days ago, Joy-Anna opened up to People magazine about the possibility of saying “I do” in the near future. “I’m not sure when the next step will come,” Joy said. “You would have to ask Austin what he’s thinking and my dad, but I’m excited to see what God has in store for us in the next year.” Clearly she had a handle on her romantic future. At 19, Joy-Anna will be the youngest bride in her generation of Duggars, but it seems she has zero qualms will taking the leap. “For Austin and Joy it probably won’t be super long just because they’ve known each other for forever,” her sister Jessa Duggar said. “There’s kind of a get-to-know you phase, [but] at the same time, we know so much about Austin and his family and we know that he’s a great guy.” View Slideshow: 13 Disturbing Things BANNED By the Duggar Family So, there you have it, folks. Once again, these Duggar folks move at a breakneck pace once they find someone, and perhaps that’s not altogether (or at all) surprising. Each seems to move faster and faster, either by coincidence or because the notion of long-term side hugs and chaperones is unmoving. As for the two new Duggar courtships we’ve been hearing whispers about – regarding the guys, for a change – still no word on those. Congrats to Joy-Anna!!
Jane Fonda is a remarkable woman. From her support to the civil rights movement in the 1960s to her involvement with several feminists causes to, let’s be real, her iconic workout videos, she’s been an inspiration to many. And in this new interview with the also amazing Brie Larson , Jane is really just taking our appreciation of her to an entire new level. Jane, who turns 80 this year, kicked things off by giving some real talk about feminism — particularly about the struggles of growing up as a woman so many years ago. “I grew up in the ’50s,” she explains, “and it took me a long time to apply feminism to my life. The men in my life were wonderful, but victims of a [patriarchal] belief system. I felt diminished.” She says that the first time she truly felt she was a feminist was when she saw Eve Ensler do a performance of The Vagina Monologues — which would have been in the mid 90s at the earliest. “It took a long time” for her to call herself a feminist though, “because I was brought up with the disease to please.” She went on to say, and this is where things really take an intense turn, that “To show you the extent to which a patriarchy takes a toll on females; I’ve been raped, I’ve been sexually abused as a child and I’ve been fired because I wouldn’t sleep with my boss and I always thought it was my fault.” “That I didn’t do or say the right thing.” “I know young girls,” she says, “who’ve been raped and didn’t even know it was rape. They think, ‘It must have been because I said ‘no’ the wrong way.'” “One of the great things the women’s movement has done is to make us realize that [rape and abuse] is not our fault. We were violated and it’s not right.” This is the first time Jane’s ever publicly said that she’s been raped — after so many years of speaking up for women’s rights , it must have taken a lot for her to share this. It’s not the only thing she shared though. She also discussed her controversial opposition to the Vietnam War. “I didn’t become an activist until I was 31,” she says. “When I found out what was really happening in Vietnam I didn’t care if I ever worked again; I considered leaving the business to become a full-time activist.” She recalls that “My father was terrified for me. He remembered the ’50s when people’s careers were destroyed.” Jane even adds that, with Trump as president, “It’s possible the [Hollywood] blacklist will be brought back.” And on the topic of Trump, she says that there are many battles to be fought, including but certainly not limited to the fight against defunding Planned Parenthood . About being an activist for so many years, she says “Honey, I am almost 80 years old. If you want to make it to the long-haul, you have to take care of yourself.” “I get more than eight hours sleep every night; I meditate twice a day for half an hour; I eat right; I workout.” “I always tell activists: ‘This is going to be a long struggle. We have to stay strong.” Yes, Jane Fonda. Just … yes. View Slideshow: 19 Celebrities Who Were Victims of Domestic Abuse
It’s hard to believe that the Big Bang Theory is still on the air after all these years. Season 10 is keeping viewers laughing over on CBS, but the lead cast members are laughing all the way to the bank. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg are each raking an estimated $1 million per episode. BAZINGA! Yes, the show is expensive, but it’s disheartening to learn that Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch are earning a fraction of this figure . The two actresses are earning $200,000 per episode right now, and they are seeking parity with their co-stars. Rightfully so! If you watch The Big Bang Theory online , you will already know that both Bialik and Rauch bring the same level of funny to the show as the others, so the pay gap should not be this huge. It’s worth noting that Bialik and Rauch joined the ratings juggernaut in Season 3, but it still does not explain an estimated $800k difference in salary. Mayim stars as Amy Farrah Fowler, while Melissa stars as Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz on the hit CBS comedy series. We’re hearing the lead cast members have offered to reduce their asking fee to $900k per episode if it means their co-stars are getting a bigger pay check. With negotiations underway this week, the pay dispute is holding the show’s renewal up. The series is averaging 19.5 million viewers in Season 10 with all viewing metrics tallied up. It’s the biggest show on broadcast TV, and it would be a huge blow to CBS if they lost it over a dispute about pay. The future of the show has been up in the air for the past few months but look for the series to get a two-year renewal when the pay is settled for all of the stars. It was kind that the key players offered to reduce their own salaries to allow the ladies to get a raise. It remains to be seen whether Bialik and Rauch will hold out for more substantial increases. Will the show become a casualty of cast negotiations breaking down? That’s not likely when you consider the fact that CBS is actively pursuing a spin-off focusing on Jim Parsons’ Sheldon Cooper. In 2014, Helberg and Nayyar threatened to quit the show if they did not receive a pay rise to put them in line with Cuoco, Galecki and Parsons. Could you imagine The Big Bang Theory without Howard and Rajesh? That’s not something we’re willing to entertain the thought of. As always, we’ll keep you updated on any changes, but a renewal should come soon after the dispute being resolved. What do you think about all of this? Sound off below! To say most folks were a bit surprised when Donald Trump was elected president on November 8 would be like saying you’d be a tad caught off guard if a venomous viper leapt out of your screen right now and opened your jugular. Trump’s successful campaign flew in the face of not only all conventional wisdom and methods of polling, but also common sense: Surely, a 70-year-old reality star with no political experience and a bad habit of engaging in petty Twitter feuds could never be elected to arguably the most powerful office in the world, right? But Trump’s campaign defied all reason and logic, and it may have permanently blurred the lines between the worlds of entertainment and politics. Sure, actors, writers, athletes, and comedians have entered the political realm before with varying degrees of success, but never before had an American gone straight from Hollywood to the White House without first proving himself in a lower office. Needless to say, it’s a development that’s got political analysts and celebrities alike wondering about the new possibilities presented by the age of Trump. And one beloved A-lister who had previously ruled out a public office might be suddenly reconsidering her options. In a recent interview on his Bloomberg Television series, interviewer David Rubinstein broached the topic of Oprah Winfrey following in the Donald’s footsteps: “Have you ever thought that given the popularity you have, we haven’t broken the glass ceiling yet for women, that you could actually run for president and be elected?” Rubinstein asked the iconic media tycoon. “I actually never thought that that was, I never considered the question even a possibility,” Winfrey answered. She then paused and smiled at the audience as though experiencing a sudden revelation. “I just thought, ‘Oh. Oh,” she explained. “Right, because it’s clear that you don’t need government experience to be elected President of the United States, right?” Rubinstein added pointedly. “That’s what I thought,” said Winfrey. “I thought, ‘Oh gee, I don’t have the experience. I don’t know enough. I don’t…’ And now I’m thinking, ‘Oh. Oh.’” Was the Queen of Daytime TV joking, or has Trump’s victory made her consider the possibility of throwing her hat in the ring in 2020? Obviously, it might be a few years before we find out for sure, but we’d like to take this opportunity to encourage Oprah to go for it. After all, if we’re gonna have a president who’s never held any sort of public office before, it might as well be one who enjoys giving out free cars. Now, that’s what we call an auto bailout!

Spotted: Lonely Boy is not as lonely as you would think. Penn Badgley wed his longtime love, Domino Kirke in a beautiful ceremony in Brooklyn . Hey, it’s hardly the Upper East Side, but Brooklyn is a beautiful place to tie the knot. Thanks to their friends and family taking snaps of the big event which was held on Monday, we have pictures of the happy couple. There’s no denying that the two of them look very cute together. Badgley began dating Kirke in late 2014, so it’s clear they know a lot about one another. Let’s just hope a new Gossip Girl does not show up and starts sending malicious updates about their life together. Domino is the sister of Jemima Kirke, who currently stars on Girls. Jemima took to Twitter to congratulate the pair on this momentous occasion with a cheeky message. “Congratulations ya shitheads! @PennBadgley and @DominoKirke it’s all downhill from here. In a good way!” A later tweet from the star even went as far as making lofty claims about their names. “To clarify they’re married. domino badkirke. Penn kirkley.” We’re sure Jemima is just joking around with her followers. Those names sound like something you would hear on a really bad direct-to-DVD movie. Penn played the role of Dan Humphrey on Gossip Girl for six seasons. It was a genre-defining hit, but it had one of the most bizarre twists in the history of teen dramas. It turned out that Badgley’s alter-ego was Gossip Girl. To this day, some fans are still bitter over the reveal because it did not make the most sense. If anything, it proved the character was more of a sociopath than someone who should have been marrying the likes of Serena Van Der Woodsen. As you probably already know, Penn dated Blake Lively who was his co-star on Gossip Girl. We wish the couple the best in this new chapter. View Slideshow: 33 Hot TV Couples Who Dated in Real Life
As Teen Mom 2 fans known, the Jenelle Evans-Chelsea Houska feud is nothing new. The co-stars have exchanged barbs on social media and made their distaste for one another apparent in multiple interviews. The ongoing dispute heated up once again earlier this month when Jenelle and Chelsea both gave birth within two days of one another. That may seem like a nonsensical thing to get upset about (Was Chelsea supposed to hold her baby in?), but this is Jenelle we’re talking about. The girl gets angry first and figures out a reason for it later. Anyway, thus far, it’s been mostly a cold war between these two, with the ladies allowing fans to throw shade on their behalf. Yesterday, however, Jenelle busted out the big guns with this glorious bit of trash-talk: “Super hilarious when people think their sh-t don’t stink,” Evans tweeted. “All sh-t stinks. You are no different than the rest of us sweetheart.” She followed that up with the obligatory laughing-to-the-point-of-crying and poop emojis. Obviously, Jenelle didn’t mention Chelsea by name, but it doesn’t take much digging to reveal that the tweet was very clearly directed at Chelsea. This latest criticism is the result of Jenelle’s involvement with the live Teen Mom 2 after show . The original plan was that Jenelle and Chelsea would be exempt from participating so that they wouldn’t be forced to travel with newborn babies at home. Now, however, Jenelle has 86’ed that plan in favor of sharing her two cents on the weekly show. Jenelle won’t be traveling with her infant daughter Ensley, who will be staying home in accordance with her doctor’s wishes: “I asked her doctor and her doctor said the air pressure was not good for her head. I tried to tell MTV I couldn’t go but still have to go,” Jenelle wrote on Instagram. TM2 fans have been giving Evans flak on social media for what they see as negligent parenting. Many say that Jenelle’s claims that MTV is forcing her to take part in the show are bogus: “They can’t force her 2 go, especially since she has a newborn. She just doesn’t want Babs telling truth,” wrote one Twitter user. Chelsea confirmed that theory, responding to the fan: “They were very understanding of me not leaving Watson or flying before he has shots.” Chelsea later added: “Watson isn’t leaving mama’s side for a long time yet! We barely have left the house lol.” It was then that Jenelle replied with the tweet about Chelsea’s delusions about her own fecal matter. Chelsea has yet to reply, but we hope she’s preparing an epic clap-back. Watch Teen Mom 2 online at TV Fanatic for more of Jenelle’s delusional insanity.
