Amal Clooney is expecting twins with George Clooney . She is also a human rights attorney who gave a speech this week at the UN headquarters, calling on the organization to investigate crimes committed by the Islamic State, including killings, forced conversions and rape. Not that TIME Magazine cared at all about that latter fact. If you’re a card-carrying member of Duggar Nation, you know that Joy-Anna just got engaged to Austin Forsyth after a whirlwind courtship. And we mean whirlwind. Even by Duggar standards, Joy-Anna and Austin are moving this courtship thing along at a breakneck pace. Those who watch Counting On online were introduced by the 19-year-old Joy-Anna to boyfriend “Austin” on the season finale last fall. Incredibly, as more information about the Forsyth family comes to light, it appears that they may be even more strict than the Duggars. His family runs the Fort Rock Family Camp in Arkansas, and has been acquainted with the Duggars and their church for many years. (This appears to be a familiar pattern; As with Joseph Duggar courting Kendra Caldwell , her family attends the family’s church as well.) “We are extremely happy to announce the courtship of our son, Austin,” parents Terry and Roxanne wrote on their Christian retreat’s page. “He and Joy have honored the Lord and will be a great testimony for his goodness and provision for a spouse. Congratulations to Austin & Joy!” After almost 15 years of friendship, it appears that Joy-Anna Duggar has already become a part of Austin’s family, or close to it. A quick look at the retreat’s site shows Joy-Anna posing next to Austin, now believed to be 22, and his family in a “camp staff” photo. Joy’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, are well aware of this, of course; They frequent the Forsyth’s family camp in St. Paul, Arkansas. The Duggars last visited in October, speaking at the 5th annual fall marriage retreat (yes, Jim Bob and Michelle offer marriage advice ). “We’re so thankful for Austin,” Michelle gushed of her daughter’s new beau last fall. “He is a great guy and we’re excited about the future.” Not only are the Forsyths’ members of the Duggars’ inner circle, they’re not new to the whole reality TV scene themselves. It’s this fact that has some fans worried about Joy-Anna. In 2009, when he was 15, he starred alongside his parents and sister Meagan on Season 1 of CMT’s World’s Strictest Parents . No, we did not invent the existence of that show, as much as you might think so. It was actually a thing and they were on it. The series, which was what it sounds like, united troubled teens with strict parents in hopes of helping them turn over a new leaf. Whether it achieved that goal or not, it certainly gave viewers some insight into Austin’s family and their extremely rigid belief system. The Forsyths place a heavy emphasis on modesty, homeschooling and staying “pure” until marriage, which likely sounds pretty familiar. Not unlike the Duggars, that includes saving your first kiss for your wedding day (suffice it to say, premarital sex is out of the question ). In one particular scene, it was revealed to viewers that during a Sunday school lesson, the Forsyth’s guests were taught about dating. Specifically, the dangers of dating, which “leads to divorce.” To our knowledge, the Duggars have never used wording that strong. However, we all know how seriously regimented they are, and how courtship has been called “dating with a purpose” or a pre-engagement. In any event, it’s no wonder that we’ve heard talk of Joy-Anna’s courtship rules being the strictest ever enforced by the famous family. Critics will likely talk about how unhealthy this all is. Maybe they’re right, or maybe it’s exactly what these two young people want and love. All we can tell you is that they look happy as a pair of human beings can be, and that by all accounts that matter, it’s a match made in … … somewhere in Northwest Arkansas, nestled among the Ozarks. At least if you can describe a pair of repressed, sheltered, virginal 20-somethings running around in layer upon layer of denim as heaven. If anyone can, it would be Joy-Anna and Austin, and we are so excited for them as long as they’re happy in taking this next big step. Ditto Joseph and Kendra, whose romance was announced today. We just hope that they’re doing it for the right reasons, and chart their own course in life, rather than living wholly in their families’ shadows. It’s been about six months since we first learned that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are dating . In that time, the couple has moved extremely fast, and though they’ve made no official announcement and they started out under unusual circumstances (Tristan recently became a dad by his previous girlfriend), by now just about everyone has come to terms with the fact that Khloe and Tristan will get married sometime in the near future. Everyone, that is, but Lamar Odom … Lamar is reportedly extremely angry that Khloe moved on so quickly after their latest reconciliation attempt, and insiders say he was inclined to dislike Thompson from the start. Perhaps unwisely, Khloe arranged a meeting between her current boyfriend and her ex so that they might try and make peace. We’re not sure why she cares (It’s not like she and Lamar have kids together.), but the sit-down went about as well as you would expect. And by that we mean punches were thrown almost immediately. “Khloe arranged for the guys to meet at her home a few weeks ago, because she wants to stay on good terms with Lamar and thought he and Tristan would keep things civilized,” a source tells Radar Online. One insider tells the site that Lamar was supposed to arrive solo, but instead he “rocked up with a couple of his buddies.” From there, the situation deteriorated rapidly. “She didn’t count on how snarky and hostile Lamar was going to be, plus how super-protective Tristan acted in return,” says the source. “Lamar’s friends had to pull them off each other once things got really bad.” The insider adds: “Khloe now realizes they can’t be in the same room ever again.” Um … we could’ve told you that from the start, Khloe! When has a meet and greet between two huge dudes who both have feelings for the same woman ever ended well? To the untrained eye, it might seem that Lamar committed a fatal error by showing up with his crew and escalating the conflict before a single word was spoken, but really, that’s the smartest thing he could’ve done. Tristan and Lamar are about the same size, but one is 25 and in the prime of his playing career, while the other is 37 with several years of retirement and a long history of substance abuse behind him. Tom Hiddleston … well, he’s not doing so hot these days. And there’s approximately a 100% chance that that’s because of Taylor Swift. Tom was doing fine before he began dating Taylor last June . He had those Thor movies, he was a respected actor with a solid fan base. It was good. But when he got with Taylor, something happened. He changed. And not for the better. About three seconds after they decided to get together (which coincidentally happened about three seconds after she broke up with Calvin Harris ), they were photographed kissing on a beach. After that, they were photographed going on dates around the world, meeting each other’s parents and having the most romantic time. Oh, and who could forget Taylor’s annual Fourth of July party when Tom rocked a tank top that read “I Heart T.S.” ? It was embarrassing, overwhelming, and it only lasted for a few months — they announced their split in September. Since then, Tom has spent his time talking about Taylor Swift, giving weird, self-congratulatory speeches , and then talking about Taylor Swift some more. But now he’s had enough. In a new interview with The Telegraph, Tom was asked if he regretted “the publicity and gossip” that came with his relationship with Taylor. And his response, which he’s said to have given “testily,” was “What should I regret in your mind? I would rather not talk about this, if that’s all right.” For one, it’s kind of dumb that Tom’s asking what he’s supposed to regret when the poor reporter was pretty clear. And for two … come on, Tom. Then, “after a long pause, with his hand on his chin” — he sure sounds insufferable, huh? — he said “I’m just thinking about this. Everyone is entitled to a private life.” “I love what I do and I dedicate myself with absolute commitment to making great art and great entertainment, and in my mind I don’t conflict the two.” “My work is in the public sphere and I have a private life,” he concluded. “And those two things are separate.” It’s just kind of rich that he’s going on about having a “private life,” because of course he does, but when it suits his purposes, he’s totally fine with sharing intimate details. Just last month , he said that “Taylor is an amazing woman. She’s generous and kind and lovely, and we had the best time.” And it’s worth saying again: he posed for a photo for Instagram in a tank top with the words “I Heart T.S.” on it. According to a new report, Jennifer Lopez is dating Alex Rodriguez, a celebrity couple that is somehow both surprising and yet, in many ways, totally expected. This intriguing piece of dating news was broken by seemingly random celebrity gossip website LoveBScott.com, although it’s since been picked up by reputable outlets Page Six and Us Weekly. Simply put, “J. Lo’s new man is A-Rod,” the site writes of Lopez and Rodriguez , adding: “They’ve been quietly dating for a couple months. Her thing w/ Drake ended after TMZ reported he hooked up with French booty model /porn star Rosee Divine in Amsterdam back in January. “This was after Drake spent Christmas with J. Lo and her family! “She promptly kicked him to the curb. [She and A-Rod] haven’t gone public yet, but I can confirm this is absolutely true.” The artist and the former Major League Baseball star were spotted in Las Vegas this month, where Lopez is performing frequently as part of her Planet Hollywood residency. Both, of course, have quite the extensive dating history. Lopez was rumored to be banging Drake late last year, with the A-Listers sharing many cute and cuddly pictures of themselves together on social media. Critics, though, were quick to dismiss the rumored romance as nothing more than a PR stunt. Before that, Lopez was engaged to Ben Affleck and married to Marc Anthony. In the years since Michael Jackson passed away in 2009, his eldest son, Prince Michael Jackson, has mostly kept a low profile. These days, Prince is trying his hand at acting and stepping behind the camera to direct music videos for up-and-coming artists, but it's his work with an important organization inspired by his father's generous spirit that got him to sit down with Robin Roberts on GMA this morning. Prince has started an organization called Heal LA, it's name inspired by his father's song “Heal the World.” He describes the group's endeavors in the clip below: “We have partnered with a charity called 'A Sense of Home,' which supports foster kids who have aged out of the system in a sort of preempt against homelessness because it's very hard to get on your feet once you've gotten out of the system,” Jackson says. Though his main reason for giving the interview was to promote Heal LA, but also took time to offer some insights into his feelings toward his iconic father. Asked for his favorite video from the King of Pop, Prince answered: “Personally I love 'Moonwalker,' and I know it's kind of an easy way out — it's so many different videos into one — but if I had to pick one specific, I would choose 'Smooth Criminal,” Asked how his father would feel about his kids' career choices, Prince answered: “As we were growing up my dad always said, 'I really don't care what you do in life, as long as you're happy doing it and you're the best at what you do. The Duggars are officially set to welcome yet another family member. Which of these reality stars is pregnant now , you may be wondering? No one, at least not as of this writing. But Joy-Anna Duggar is engaged to Austin Forsyth , with the 19-year old daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle confirming the exciting news herself just a few days ago. “We just got engaged!” Joy-Anna told Us Weekly in early March. “I’m so excited to be engaged to my best friend.” The two have known each other for 15 years, but only just started courting in mid-November. “I'm so excited to be engaged because that means the next step is marriage,” Joy-Anna added, explaining the engagement concept for those unaware of how it works and adding: “I’m excited to see what the future holds for us!” And Joy-Anna isn't the only Duggar who feels this way. Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald recorded a sweet video last night to congratulate Jim Bob and Michelle's fifth-oldest daughter on her new relationship status. “Hey, Joy and Austin, congratulations,” Ben says in the clip, which features him holding 16-month old son Spurgeon and Jessa cradling one-month hold son Henry. Jessa then directs her attention to Joy-Anna and Austin, who are even holding hands now , and chimes in as follows: “We’re super excited for y’all getting engaged, and we are looking forward to the big day – your wedding day. The little boys say congratulations too.” Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard had previously sent well wishes to the engaged couple via their own TLC-produced video. “Hey Joy and Austin, congratulations. We just heard the good news on the engagement,” Derick says in that piece of footage. “Yeah, we’re so excited for you all!” Jill adds. Remy Ma isn't done with Nicki Minaj. Last week she released her epic diss track , “shETHER,” and on Thursday she released a second track about Nicki titled “Another One.” But along with the two songs, Remy made an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show. And it was an absolutely incredible whirlwind of shade. Remy was already scheduled to do the interview before she released her first song about Nicki — she and Fat Joe had planned to go on Wendy's show to promote their new album. And they did promote the album, but hey, Wendy couldn't have Remy Ma on her show and not talk about Nicki. Remy had a lot to say — she revealed that she didn't make “shETHER” because of Nicki's verses about her, but because of some “behind the scenes” behavior she didn't appreciate. Nicki, she claims, has tried to keep Remy off of red carpets, she's tried to keep her from getting any awards, and she's tried to convince others to give her new album bad reviews.” She says that Nicki is “not a nice person,” and her feuds with Mariah Carey, Lil Kim, Taylor Swift, and Miley Cyrus prove it.
