At one point, Kanye confirmed that he wants to abolish the 13th amendment . At another point, he bragged about how much money he'smade with his shoe deal. It such a rant from West that Trump was actually left speechless. He had no idea what to say when it was all over. And we can't really blame him. Demi Lovato turns 26 years old today. In one sense, this is a very unhappy birthday, considering the singer is celebrating it far away from friends and family members in rehab. In another sense, however, this is a very very happy birthday. How so? How can we make that determination when Lovato is in some treatment center and will be remaining there for the foreseeable future? Because at least she’s alive, that’s why. It’s been made clear at this point that Lovato really did come close to death on the morning of July 24 when she overdosed from an unknonwn, possibly tainted drug . From that standpoint, those close to the singer are simply grateful she’s somewhere out there, able to acknowledge today’s occasion. Madison De La Garza is one of these people. The half-sister of this beloved singer, Madison shared an extra sweet and special message about Lovato on her Instagram page Monday afternoon. “Today could have been one of the worst days of my life, but instead i get to spend it thanking God, the incredible doctors, Demi’s team and everyone across the world who offered their support,” wrote the 16-year old as a caption to the precious image down below. It features Lovato holding her baby half-sibling oh so long ago. The note continues: “Without all of these people I wouldn’t have my big sister anymore. “I’ve been thinking about how I wish that everyone could see the silly little things that she does, like how her nostrils move when she says certain words and when she brushes my hair behind my ear when I’m trying to sleep, because those are the things I’m thankful for today.” Last we heard, Lovato has understandably canceled the remainder of her 2018 tour in order to focus on her well-being, both physically and mentally. Concluded Madison: they seem so small, but those little things make up my sister – not a singer, not a celebrity, and definitely not what she’s been described as in the media – she’s a daughter, a friend, and my big sister… and i am so, so thankful that i can tell her happy birthday. #happybirthdaydemi. How so very sweet and personal, right? Across the Internet, an endless array of self-proclaimed “Lovatics” sent along their best wishes to Demi as well. “Wishing the happiest of birthdays to the queen @ddlovato,” one person wrote. “Love you forever & thinking of you today.” Another chimed in as follows: “Happy Birthday Demi!! Hope you are feeling better. You are my inspiration, my idol. You always put a smile on my face. You are a survivor. We love you.” Truth be told, we doubt Lovato has Internet access right now. It can’t be helpful to her healing process. But we just hope she’s at least somewhat aware of all the people out there who are thinking of her today and everyday; wishing and praying for her well-being. Please hang in there, Demi. The 35-year-old recently penned a piece for The Cut about the time a church chaperone “hijacked him” and another boy in a hotel room and read them the bible while stark naked. According to Huang, the harasser came in and asked to use the shower and then came out with an erect penis while the boys sat in horror. “At first I just looked away and focused on the basketball game. He had a big d*** and guys with big d***s always enjoyed walking around locker rooms with the s*** on front street. I figured he was just some weirdo trying to show out and air dry like Cuba Gooding Jr. in Jerry Maguire. After a few seconds of trying to look away, I realized he wasn’t moving from the foot of my bed and that’s when panic set in. I felt trapped. I looked toward my roommate who seemed just as flustered, but we weren’t sure what was happening. Was this okay? Could I say something? I was a guest of the church, but what the f***.” He then added that the man politely picked up the bible and read it aloud. “You’re never ready for it and you never think it would happen to you, but it was happening and it kept going,” wrote Huang. “He took out a Bible and started to read scripture with his d*** hard. My chest started to tighten and I couldn’t breathe, fearful for what would happen next. The panic turned to outrage and ultimately humiliation. I’d never felt that humiliated in my life, trapped in a bed with no way out. I thought about fighting him, but he was a full-grown man three times our size. I thought about picking up the phone and calling the police, but stopped myself.” The restaurateur also added that he didn’t tell because his friend was a “troublemaker” and he was the “weird Chinese friend” and thought people wouldn’t believe them. This marks the first time that Huang has shared his story in 20 years and yes, he says he felt compelled to share after the stomach-churning Weinstein scandal. Wedding bells have rung for Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham. The beloved Arrow and Teen Wolf star exchanged vows on Friday evening with the Four Seasons artistic director Jeff Leatham in an event seemingly attended by everyone in Hollywood. The ceremony was officiated by Kris Jenner and approximately 120 people watched the 29-year old and 46-year old become Husband and Husband. “It’s just amazing when you find someone who kind of teaches you to love yourself more,” Haynes told People Magazine of Leatham, adding: “The really great thing about being with Jeff is that since we got together my relationships with my friends have gotten better, my family relationships have gotten better. When you learn to really love someone, it’s completely life-changing. Now we have this beautiful life together and this epic journey ahead.” Haynes came out as gay in May of last year. He and Leatham announced their engagement in March in Cabo San Lucas. The most special night of my life.” the actor captioned a picture of the couple after they agreed to marry.
