Photo by Meißner/ullstein bild via Getty Images Zero Effs Were Given One woman living in Brooklyn received a maid service from hell when the house cleaners stole her liquor, guzzled down her ice cream and trashed her apartment. One of the maids even passed out drunk on her kitchen floor. Genevieve Snow vented about the whole incident on Facebook writing, “I hired two ladies from Joanna’s Cleaning Service in Brooklyn and they didn’t clean a thing, just drank all my liquor and fu**ed up my home.” According to the New York Post , Snow let the two maids in her house before heading off to work that day, then one of her housemate woke up a few hours later to discover the cleaners eating on the couch. “You know when you are not supposed to be doing something, people jerk up really quickly? They did that,” said Snow’s roommate Kristen Nepomuceno. Nepomuceno then went off to work and when she returned home around 5:30 p.m., that’s when she discovered one of the maids passed out on the floor next to a smashed spice rack. The house was also a mess and the other maid was nowhere to be found. Nepomuceno left the apartment and called the police. When they all arrived back at the scene, the maid was awake, chilling on the couch eating some ice cream. “She is licking ice cream and hammered, beyond hammered. She drank one whole bottle of Broker’s Gin and [most of] a bottle of Kettle,” said Nepomuceno. The NYPD told the New York Post that they sent the drunk woman to a hospital. They weren’t able to charge her with anything, since she didn’t commit any crimes, so they suggested Snow take it up in civil court. Snow says she was left with more than $400 worth of damages. However, when she asked for reimbursement from the cleaning company, she says they tried to explain the chaos with a sob story. Apparently, the woman who passed out in the kitchen had a rough week. “Her husband left her after 19 years marriage, and that day when she was cleaning your apartment she had the phone call that her teenage daughter is pregnant,” Joanna Oltuszewska, a contact for the business, wrote in a response email to Snow. “She couldn’t stop her emotions and that’s why she used the alcohol, thats never happened before.” To make matters even worse, Snow says she’s used the Brooklyn-based Joanna Cleaning Service on certain occasions since 2013. However, when she posted about her recent bad experience on Yelp, a woman identifying herself as Joanna Sokolowska reached out to Snow and said her company, Joanna Cleaning Service, hadn’t cleaned Snow’s home since 2017. Sokolowska says Snow must have been conned by Oltuszewska, who was a former employee of the cleaning service, but got fired back in 2013. Oltuszewska reportedly set up a rival company called Joanna’s Cleaning after she got the boot. Snow is now trying to figure out who she should bill (and sue) for her damages. “If there really are two Joanna’s Cleaning Services, I want to know who owns both of them and where they are registered,” Snow said. “The end goal is finding an address to sue the business.” Smh. What a mess.

Second, Joanna revealed the boy’s name in her first Twitter post since this miraculous development. “Our baby boy, Crew Gaines, is here & we couldn’t be more in love,” she wrote, expounding as follows: “He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early – which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. “Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful.” We’re glad everyone is doing okay after such an early birth. And we’re glad to have a few photos from the big day, starting with this look at the newborn: “And then there were 5,” Chip had written on Saturday in regard to this news, adding on Twitter: “The Gaines crew is now 1 stronger! 10 beautiful toes and 10 beautiful fingers all accounted for, and big momma is doing great!” Joanna, meanwhile, shared numerous images from the day Crew entered the world, joining siblings Emmie Kay, 8, Duke, 9, Ella, 11, and Drake, 13 in the process. She labeled this one her “favorite.” One of my favorite pics a friend showed me after Crew was born. They couldn’t wait to meet their new baby brother , said Joanna of this sweet snapshot. Chip and Joanna confirmed late last year that Season 5 of Fixer Upper would be the show’s last . A few weeks later, they helped explain why by sharing Joanna’s pregnancy with their followers. As you’ve likely heard by now, Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third child . But could the Duchess of Cambridge be expecting a fourth child, as well? That’s the rumor floating around social media today thanks to a new report from Life & Style magazine. The tabloid claims that Kate is pregnant with twins, and sonograms have revealed that she’s expecting two girls. A source says Will and Kate “couldn’t be happier about their double-baby news” and have already begun picking out names. “She’s been telling pals that she’s thrilled to be pregnant with two little princesses and has been proudly showing the sonogram to those closest to her.” Yes, insiders claim a pair of princesses will be entering the world in 2018. But don’t expect any of that cutesy name nonsense: “They don’t plan to coordinate the girls’ names to rhyme or start with the same letter,” says the source . “Though they’re still debating the final choices, they’ve narrowed down names for the second baby, the source said: “They both like Victoria, Alice, Olivia, Alexandra, and Elizabeth.” “One of the babies was calm and relaxed, whereas the other had endless energy,” the source adds. “In a way, Kate feels like she got an idea of what the girls’ personalities are like! Kate jokes that the active baby is a ‘drama queen in the making.’” The insider claims that the twins have already begun to express their different personalities: “Kate says the chill baby is taking after George, and her sister is like Charlotte, personality-wise,” the source continued. “But both babies have been keeping Kate awake at night, as they’re constantly hiccupping and moving around!” We don’t know why Will and Kate are bothering with all these traditional names when obviously they should dub the twins Chill Child and Princess Anxiety. Jeez, it’s like we have to think of everything for these royals! The source adds that the whole family has been helping out around the palace as Kate prepares to welcome the new arrivals, including Meghan Markle who will marry Prince Harry in May: “Meghan [Markle] has been by Kate’s side during the pregnancy and is always helping out,” the source reveals. “Meghan often cooks healthy meals for Kate to ensure she’s getting all the right nutrients. Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines are pretty much the definition of relationship goals, right? Which is why Chip’s Valentine’s Day message has left some fans scratching their heads. Usually, Valentine’s Day is all about romanticizing love and relationships as much as possible. Instead, Chip seems to be focusing on the imperfections. Is he on to something here? Considering the way that Chip and Joanna Gaines have shot down marital trouble rumors in the past, you’d think that they either have a picture-perfect marriage … … Or that they, at least, want everyone to believe that everything is all smiles and rainbows or whatever. A lot of fans grew suspicious when they heard that Fixer Upper was ending after 5 seasons. It’s a hugely popular series, and most networks and stars keep a show going until it stops being profitable. To borrow the words of Bo Burnham, most television shows don’t stop beating the proverbial dead horse until it stops spitting out money. But you know what? A couple of married stars quitting a show doesn’t have to be a marital spat. Maybe they made “enough” money — if there is such a thing. (To be clear, they are each worth like $8 million) Their actual stated reason was just that they wanted to spend more time with each other and their family. That sounds healthy enough to us. Chip tweeted out his unorthodox Valentine’s Day message, early Wednesday morning. “No such thing as a ‘perfect marriage.'” But Chip reveals what he believes to be the secret of making a marriage work. “For me, its always been simple: commitment.” Well that makes a lot of sense. That doesn’t just mean not cheating, but being committed to their emotional and romantic bond and their relationship and family and life together. “Every morning I wake up committed, and pray that she chooses the same. And so today, again, I choose my beautiful bride.” He clearly takes his marriage voews seriously. “To have and to hold.. till death do us part. # HappyValentinesDay sweet girl!” Of course, Chip and Joanna are expecting their fifth child . The Gaineses are already parents to Drake, age 12, Ella, age 11, Duke, age 9, and Emmie Kay, age 7. Preparing for a fifth child is a lot, but the couple can certainly balance that while continuing to grow their home improvement empire. They’ve even made time for adorable little gags, like the way that they showed off their baby bump . It’s always a sign of a healthy couple when they can joke and have fun while celebrating good news. Cute! So, in light of their relationship, we think that Chip and Joanna are being realistic about the struggles of being a couple who’s been married for a long time. You’re going to disagree. You’re going to get on each other’s nerves. You’re going to catch yourself imagining a different life. All of that will happen whether or not you argue. It’s part of being a person. What matters, and this is really what Chip’s tweet is getting at, is how committed you are to your bond with your partner. Or partner s , for that matter. What’s more, the fact that Chip is openly discussing the imperfections in his and all marriages is a healthy sign. That means that he feels so secure in his relationship that he doesn’t hesitate to mention that not everything’s picture perfect. In a Valentine’s Day message, no less.
