23 Biggest Lies Celebrities Have Ever Told

Can you see them? Can you smell them? Can you feel them? We're talking about the flames coming off a certain clothing item on the celebrities below. Because they are liars, liars and their pants are on fire! Maybe not always. But these are some of the biggest lies famous people have ever told. Which strikes you as the most bewildering? 1. I worked at the World Trade Center on 9/11… We’re starting with a doozy: The League actor Steve Rannazzisi had to issue an apology in September 2015 for saying many years beforehand that he worked in the World Trade Center during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He did not. 2. I did not have sexual relations with that woman… Yes, President Bill Clinton, you did. Her name was Monica Lewinsky and, thanksto you, we’ll never look at cigars the same way ever again. 3. I never took performance enhancing drugs… Lance Armstrong didn’t just say this. He said it over and over and over again, suing people who said otherwise for defamation. Dude is good for cancer fundraising, bad for truth telling. 4. I nearly died in Iraq! Okay, Brian Williams didn’t go quite this far. But the anchor lost his spot on the NBC Nightly News due to his extreme exaggeration of how close he got to enemy fire during time spent in the Middle East. 5. I’m totally married! Brandy announced in 2002 that she was pregnant, and also secretly married to producer Robert Smith. This led to a reality show that chronicled Brandy’s pregnancy, except that Brandy eventually admitted she lied; she was never married, she just wanted to protect her image. 6. I went through SO much as an addict! James Frey sold millions of books after penning a memoir about his struggles with addiction. Except that he made most of those struggles up. He was humiliated by Oprah Winfrey on television over the major faux pas. View Slideshow

Justin Theroux: PISSED About Brad Pitt’s Wedding Gift to Jennifer Aniston?

As you’ve probably heard, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux got married last month. There was some controversy regarding who Aniston and Theoroux didn’t invite to the wedding , but to the surprise of absolutely no one Jen’s A-list ex, Brad Pitt, was not in attendance.  Sources say Jen and Brad haven’t had any contact with one another in years, but Pitt still found out about the wedding somehow. In fact, he reportedly sent a heartfelt gift – that royally pissed off Jen’s new hubby. “Brad bought the newlyweds a big Baccarat Crystal vase filled with sunflowers, and sent it over with a note of congratulations,” says an insider. “But Justin is definitely no fan, so it’ll be surprising if the vase ever makes another appearance inside their home!” Different folks have different views on the appropriateness of exes sending wedding presents, but clearly we know where Justin stands on the issue. We guess it’s only natural to be a little insecure when your new wife’s first husband was Brad freakin’ Pitt. We’re sure Justin has nothing to worry about, but it’s easy to see how the fact that a dude whose name is synonymous with handsomeness is sending Jen flowers might get under his skin. Add to that the fact that Aniston and Theroux are spending the next three months apart due to work commitments, and this marriage is off to a very weird start. Stephen Amell Apologizes for Tweet, Is Gonna "Go Away" Now

Viewers will be seeing plenty of Stephen Amell when Arrow Season 4 kicks off next month. But they won't be seeing much of the actor on social media for a bit, not after Amell stuck his attractive foot in his handsome mouth this week. In response to the Ahmen Mohamed scandal this week, in which a 14-year old was detained by police in Texas because teachers mistook a homemade clock for a bomb, Amell Tweeted the following: “Stereotyping Texas isn’t any better than stereotyping Ahmed. Just so we’re clear.” The message prompted some major backlash from those who believed Amell missed the point of this controversy, to which initially defended himself with a few follow-up Tweets:   I can't believe I broke my rule and tweeted about an actual event. Staggering to remember that debates in 140 characters don't work. What happened to Ahmed was terrible. Obviously. I happened to read a series of tweets pronouncing that this is a systemic problem in Texas, which is also profiling. It's profiling in a much less hurtful / destructive way… but it is profiling. Amell also wished Amell luck on his upcoming visit to the White House , but he then felt the need to post a video on Facebook. “Wasn’t trying to equate things that are very, very different, was simply trying to say that two wrongs don’t make a right,” Amell says in the video. “The best thing to do in these scenarios is just go away for a little bit. So be well. I’ll be back. And that’s it.”
