(Photo by David Livingston/Getty Images) Gloria Govan Calls On Derek Fisher To Testify Against Matt Barnes In Court Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan are still at each others necks in court and now Gloria is reportedly calling on her fiancé, Derek Fisher, to testify on her behalf in court. According to  The Blast , Gloria thinks that Derek can help her case against her ex-husband as he can speak on behalf of “all of the issues” the exes have gone through. Derek was present for the “August 31st school pick up” that escalated and led to Gloria being arrested for child endangerment. During the altercation Gloria allegedly went to pick up her kids at school where Matt was on the scene to remind her it was his day to have them. The kids reportedly got into his car and Gloria blocked their car in leading to Matt calling 911. This isn’t the first time Gloria used Derek for court drama. She also named him in her defamation lawsuit against Matt and Derek provided text messages between him and the ex NBA player. Both parties are scheduled to appear court at the end of the month.

Taylor Swift Shares Epic Throwback Photo of Teletubby Halloween Costume

These days, Taylor Swift can do no wrong. The woman makes a million dollars a day , and she other artists comparing her to Shakespeare . But there was a time when Taylor was just a little girl who was down with the Teletubbies trend way before her classmates: Swifty posted the above photo to Instagram yesterday, along with a caption reading: “When you dress as the yellow teletubby for Halloween, but it’s before Teletubbies got huge so all the kids at school ask you why you’re dressed as a yellow pregnant alien.” Yes, as hard as it is to imagine now, there was a time when both Taylor and Teletubbies were unknown to the general public. In case you were never on board with the T-Tubz, Taylor is dressed as Laa-Laa, who…looked and acted just like the rest of the Teletubbies but was yellow. But hey, yellow pregnant alien is a cool costume too. She could’ve laughed it off with a joke about giving birth to the weird baby-sun thing that loomed over Teletubbyland, but it totally would’ve gone over her classmates’ heads, because these freakin’ kids didn’t watch Teletubbies!   What, did they live in caves?! We hope this incident more than any other inspired Taylor to go on to great things and that she occasionally calls one of the kids who laughed at her and is all like, “Hey, it’s me, the pregnant yellow alien. Anyway, I’m about to go on stage with Mick Jagger . Just thought you’d like to know.” Sorry, we might be getting too worked up over this yellow Teletubby thing. Canadians Take On the Gun Crisis in America of the Day

Apparently, a couple of Canadians decided to stick their noses where they don’t belong…and make a song and music video about the US gun crisis…war on GUNS,…NRA….Constitutional right…that isn’t really any of their god damn concern…but that I guess they figured would get views if they made a powerful enough video… The people are JS Houle ft. Virginie Fortin and they are peddling their song on iTUNES…with this video…mocking the real life gun issues…that don’t involve them, affect them, and that are enough to get a trespasser shot… People like to think is a gun crisis because that’s just how it’s marketed when people kill each other with guns…when clearly if you want to kill people you can use more than just guns…provided guns were less accessible to get… I am not a gun toting republican, but I probably would be if I was American…because someone needs to start targeting hte right people when they do these mass shootings…like the celebrities…and not little kids at school…you sick fucks.. Heidi Montag to Headline Strip Club Anniversary Party

We said from the start it was only a matter of time. Now that time has come. Former MTV reality star Heidi Montag has signed a $25,000 deal to appear at the Crazy Horse III strip club in Vegas on October 19, headlining its big anniversary event. Amazingly, though, even for that price, you cannot see Heidi Montag nude . Repeat, Montag and her hilariously fake boobs will not be getting naked. Twenty-five grand for a washed-up reality star half -nude feels like a ripoff. She was only hired to host the club’s 3rd Year Anniversary Party. Weak. Presumably she’ll appear in some skimpy outfit, and that’s about it. Yay. Spencer Pratt will accompany Heidi to the event, according to TMZ. Fortunately, he won’t be getting nude either.

There was something far more combative on television last night: The X Factor Boot Camp, as 60 contestant sang once again for the judges, who will soon whittle this group down to 24. Who stood out from this group of hopefuls? It was hard not to be taken with 13-year old Diamond White , who impressed last week with “It’s a Man’s World” and sparkles here with “I Have Nothing.” Yes, she went with Whitney. Gary Shirley Won’t Tell Daughter Amber Portwood is in Jail

Teen Mom Amber Portwood’s daughter has no idea her mother is serving time in an Indiana jail, because baby daddy Gary Shirley won’t tell her, he confesses. Portwood has been at Rockville Correctional Facility after she chose to give up a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program and was given a five-year sentence . “I haven’t been able to say that ‘Mommy’s in jail,’” Shirley said.  “When I tried to tell her, ‘Mommy’s in trouble,’ she got upset. So, I’ve said, ‘Mommy’s at work,’ or ‘on vacation.’” However, communication between Amber Portwood and Leah hasn’t been completely cut off. The pair do talk to one another over the phone from prison. Leah will say, “‘I miss you. When can I see you?’” Shirley revealed. “She actually said, ‘Can I come over to your house?’ I don’t really think Leah understands at all.” The situation has taken a toll on Gary as well. “I’m doing the best I can,” he confessed. “The last time I cried was two weeks ago. It’s so important to have help with Leah, and people aren’t always there. It’s very frustrating .” Despite his struggles, Gary hasn’t filled in the “complicated” paperwork to visit Amber in prison. Amber claims to have sent it, but feels he is simply afraid. “I try to give him excuses,” she said. Gary Shirley admitted he gets “stressed” and “depressed” and that “I’m sure one day Leah will see the show, or the kids at school will say stuff about us.” Very sad situation all around.

I’m not sure that Reese Witherspoon has been considered a sex object in like a decade now, unless you find women picking up their kids at school in sweatpants sexy, but I’ve got to say I’m kind of impressed with these shots. She’s looking good, not too wholesome and her breasts are falling out of her top. That works for me. I guess we better enjoy it while we can, her crappy new movie won’t be around for very long and I guarantee those sweatpants are close by.
