The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 Episode 6 Recap: Rumors

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 Episode 6 confirmed what we all expected: Shannon Beador’s relationship with her delusional ex-husband, David is in tatters.  The 53-year-old revealed that David thought she was doing everything in her power to try and turn the tide against him in the courtroom.  Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 Episode 6 Online “David’s shown quite a bit of anger towards me,” she said after saying that David thought she was using the abusive texts he sent her as leverage.  The evidence is evidence. However, it may appear, so we can’t even begin to imagine why the loser thought Shannon would not use them.  On the way to court during Monday’s episode, Shannon was so scared to face him that she ran a red light while on the phone to her mother about what was going to happen at the court.  Shannon has been open up about David’s abuse and kept all of the details in the court filings, but this further scared her.  “I feel like I’m walking into the unknown,” she said after saying she worried about how it “might set him off.” She then met up with her lawyer Ben and continued to worry about what could happen.  “I don’t know what David I’m going to see today,” she said.  “My wish is that a weight is going to be lifted off my shoulders after this court date. My reality is telling me, nah, it’s just gonna make things worse,” she admitted, adding: “He’s not going to be happy no matter what decision is made.” Things went Shannon’s way in the courtroom, and she called Tamra Judge to let her know her thoughts on it after admitting she was “shaken up, emotional, and just very uneasy.” That would certainly make one think it did not go her way, but it really did.  “I don’t even have any words for it,’ she said through tears. “‘The judge ordered him to pay me a lot of money every month — $30,000-a-month.” However, we quickly learned why Shannon was so shaken up.  “We went out in the hallway, and David came around the corner where I was talking to Ben, and he just went off on Ben and me.” “And Ben had to scream for the bailiff. He was so livid. He came around the corner and said, ‘You f*****g happy Ben?’” It certainly sounds like an awkward encounter, to say the least, but Shannon opted to throw her devious ex a bone.  She said that she agreed to lower the $30,000 pay down to $22,500 “because that’s what I need at this point.” “So we went back into the courtroom, and he was shaking with anger. If anything, I was fair in cutting down the order. I just want him out of my life,” she continued.  It’s great that Shannon has her friends at her side, but we learned early into the episode that the texts could be the thing that saved her case.  She said they were so bad “I guarantee you I will never have to talk to him again.” “‘F**k you, you f*****g b***h,” and “You f*****g disgust me, you fat a**. Get off your f*****g lazy fat a**. Did you get out of bed today, you f***ing b***h'” she said of the torrent of abuse.  “That’s what I get, all the time,” she said with a sad look on her face.  “Believe it or not, I had David over to my house for Thanksgiving and Christmas. But he says that he lived through 17 years of hell with me,” said Shannon in a confessional.  “So, I’m sorry you feel that way. Thank God you’re out.” While things with her and David were over, the ladies wanted her to return to the dating scene.  “I think Shannon definitely needs a kick in the a** to start dating. She needs to get laid,” said Tamra who seemed more excited by the prospect of it than Shannon herself.  “I think that what I’ve come to realize is that what I’m looking for is a partnership,” Shannon told matchmaking experts. “I’m not going to go and meet a guy at a bar and then make out with him at that night. I need to know somebody before we’re going to touch lips.” “She loves sex — she does,” Tamra instead insisted. “She needs a guy who can get it on.” ‘I don’t know if I’m ready to date,’ Shannon countered. ‘The whole thought panics me. Just panics me.” Meanwhile, newcomers Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter were still bringing all the drama thanks to Gina’s husband yelling at Emily for being a little too loud at a party.  “No guy should be yelling at any woman,” insisted Tamra. “He’s having a party in his house. Did he expect everyone to be quiet?” Kelly Dodd had a whole different outlook on the matter.  “No wonder why he was upset — everyone was drinking, having fun, gambling… and they don’t swear. S**t. I’m going straight to hell.” We’re happy to report that Kelly was having a joke with Vicki Gunvalson.  Okay then.  What did you think of the latest episode? All the Teen Mom Couples: RANKED From Worst to First!

Ranking Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 couples through the years is a challenging, arduous task, but one The Hollywood Gossip is up for. Hey, someone's gotta. If you're a fan of the MTV franchise, you've seen quite a few significant others come and go, while some have been longtime staples. Some relationships have been terrific, while others were (or are) utter train wrecks. Here, we break them all down from worst to first. NOTE: Due to his tragic death before Farrah Abraham gave birth to their daughter Sophia,  Derek Underwood has been left off this list. Also notably absent is Andrew Lewis , the father of Jenelle Evans' son Jace, and a man of whom almost nothing is known to this day. Everyone else, however, is fair game … from the present to the distant past! Who do you think ranks number one? Do you agree? 25. Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers The worst of the worst right here. Even by her standards, Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers were a total and complete disaster … worse than any couple in franchise history. Multiple arrests, massive drug abuse, one long stint in prison and a pregnancy that ended in an abortion tell you all you need to know. Jenelle, who has kids by three other sketchy dudes, would not go there with Courtland. Enough said. 24. Jenelle Evans and Kieffer Delp Jenelle Evans and Kieffer Delp weren’t much better. It’s really amazing that she survived some of these toxic relationships to become as stable as she is today (which is relatively unstable by regular person standards, sure, but much improved). Delp, to his credit, did give us Barbara Evans’ hilarious pronunciation of his name during her frequent rants to Jenelle at least. YA HIGH! YA BOTH HIGH! I SEE YOU WIFF KIEFFAH!! Classic. 23. Amber Portwood and Matt Baier Where do we even begin with this disaster? Amber Portwood’s boyfriend/fiance/Deadbeat Dad Extraordinaire Matt Baier has the dubious distinction of being SO BEYOND BAD for her that we’re ranking her relationship with her high school boyfriend – who she beat on camera – much higher on this list. It’s frankly amazing that Amber and Matt lasted as long as they did, considering how he hit on other Teen Mom cast members, had betweeen 7-9 kids from previous relationships, was never fully honest about his addiction issues, is 20 years her senior, and failed a lie detector test. 22. Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards Ryan Edwards, for a time, competed for the title of the worst of the worst, the absolute lowest guy on the Teen Mom ladder. He’s still battling drug abuse, if you believe his exes (including Maci Bookout). He has made some strides in the parenting department, and is married to what seems like a nice girl in Mackenzie Standifer (more on that later), but Maci and Ryan were not a good match and have feuded for years. Years. He’s got a plethora of issues, too. 21. Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith Yes, Evans is in a league of her own with these winners. This one fathered her second child and is engaged in a never-ending battle for custody of Kaiser. Nathan is no prize himself, of course, so that’s tantamount to a war of attrition. Por Kaiser. This list is not all Jenelle, we swear. Eventually, the couples improve somewhat. 20. Kailyn Lowry and Chris Lopez Kailyn Lowry and Chris Lopez dated for like a few weeks, and he wouldn’t even show his face on Teen Mom 2, but they were a couple at one point, and she did have his baby, so … he’s been around a little bit here and there since she had his child and hopefully will take to fatherhood more than it initially seemed. Kail likes to complain that he’s just an “Instagram dad” but at least he’s shown some effort at all, and he and Kail apparently still bone from time to time, so there’s that. Not a healthy or normal situation at all, but he still has so much opportunity to prove himself as this relationship plays out, so here’s hoping. View Slideshow

Ryan Edwards Fired From Teen Mom OG to Make Way For Bristol Palin?!

If you're a follower of all things Teen Mom , then by now, you've probably caught wind of the biggest development to the franchise since Farrah Abraham got fired for being Farrah Abraham. We're talking, of course, about Bristol Palin joining the cast of Teen Mom OG . The news has already prompted several important questions: Will Bristol be able to deliver the ratings? Does the average MTV viewer even remember the 2008 election? Does seeing Russia from one's house count as collusion? And, of course, how does the rest of the cast feel about Bristol's casting ? Now, it turns out the answer to that last query could create some serious problems for the show's producers: 1. New Girl Bristol is one of the most famous former teen moms in the country, but the news of her casting came as a total shock, nonetheless. 2. Classified Info MTV reportedly went to great lengths to keep the news under wraps, even going so far as to refer to Bristol by a codename in meetings and internal documents. 3. The Maci Connection An insider revealed yesterday that Maci Bookout was directly linked to the decision to cast Bristol. 4. A Failed Gambit It seems that at one point, Maci refused to continue filming unless producers assured her that they would no longer feature her first baby daddy, Ryan Edwards, on the show. Apparently, she didn’t want her eldest son to see his father struggling with addiction on TV. 5. Whoops The move backfired, however, as producers decided to continue filming Ryan while simultaneously seeking out a suitable replacement for Maci. 6. Enter Bristol And just like that, Bristol wound up joining the cast. Producers decided to keep Maci on the show, and in an ironic twist, Palin might wind up giving Bookout exactly what she wanted … View Slideshow

Ryan and Mackenzie Edwards to MTV: Suck It! We Quit!

Teen Mom OG continues to undergo a massive cast overhaul. In the most stunning news of the week, Bristol Palin confirmed that she’s coming on board Season 8 of this long-running MTV franchise. And now Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Edwards have their own statement to make… … they will NOT be interacting with Palin when new episodes premiere later this year. For what reason? Because the couple is leaving Teen Mom OG behind. But not before hurling producers far under the bus first. Following weeks’ worth of rumors about their status on the series — Would Ryan step away to focus on rehab ? Did Palin’s addition force Ryan out ? — the couple released a statement to E! News that shot down all of this chatter. In doing so, Mackenzie and Ryan made it clear they are finished filming… while doing all they could to paint the show in a negative light. “We’re not returning to Teen Mom this season. The network told us they don’t want to show Ryan as a recovering addict,” Mackenzie told E! , making a rather scathing accusation. She wasn’t done making it, either: “But they did want to enter a contract with our unborn baby and have the baby film with Ryan’s parents so it would look like someone else is raising it.” Uhhhh, excuse you?!? Mackenzie is pregnant with the twosome’s first child, this much is true. However, she’s really claiming here that producers were hoping JUST the baby, and not its parents, would appear on Season 8?!? Wow. Ryan, who has wrestled with substance abuse for nearly as long he’s been in the spotlight and who was arrested earlier this year for heroin possession, also talked to the aforementioned outlet. The ex-husband of star Maci Bookout, with whom he shares a son named Bentley, Edwards argues that executives refused to let him stand on his own. He alleges they only wanted him to appear again on Teen Mom OG under the condition that Bookout essentially speak for him. And he was not having that. Not when his ex has laid down her version of the law to him. “They also want to take Maci’s word on how I’m doing,” Ryan says. “Maci’s said she’s not going to film unless I enter rehab again and quit the show. “But I’m sober.” Mackenzie went on to explain that the couple was told Teen Mom OG is trying to recreate the dramatic magic of Teen Mom 2. “I know they did want five girls to begin with after Farrah [Abraham] left to sort of resemble Teen Mom 2,” she says, adding: “But they didn’t want to see another recovering addict storyline. So they’re writing us out of the show right now and making it seem like we dipped out on our baby, on Bentley and on everyone. “And that’s just not the case.” As for other details of their departure? “The show had been paying for my healthcare and for the baby so they could film the visits and then a week ago they let me know that would no longer be the case,” Mackenzie tells E! News. “They’re not going to film the birth. We’re not going to be on at all. Maci can’t speak to Ryan and Ryan can’t speak to Maci – that was a mutual decision. “But she doesn’t know what’s going on in our lives.” View Slideshow: Mackenzie Standifer Opens Up: Will She Divorce Ryan Edwards?! Big Brother Recap: Did Brett or Winston Escape the Block?

Brett and Winston have been allies ever since they entered the Big Brother house three weeks ago.  In fact, they are so close that some of the houseguests have questioned whether they are in a bromance.  However, the duo sees it as more of a bromance. But all things come to an end sooner or later, and with Scottie in power, they were both put on the block.  We picked up with Winston unimpressed at the thought of sitting on the block next to Brett because it means that one of them will likely be meeting Julie Chen and chatting about what they could have done better to stay in the game.  Winston chatted with Tyler and Kaitlyn in the good old storage room to try and get some clarity on how to play Big Brother.  We kid, mostly, but he wanted to know if there was a way to save himself from the block. Kaitlyn suggested he steer clear of Brett so that everyone would think they were not a pair.  Instead, Winston headed up to the HOH room to reprimand Scottie.  “You drew a line in the sand, you’re gone next week,” Winston angrily yelled at the current HOH. You know, Scottie could win Veto and have a change of heart, but something tells us he’ll stick to his gun. Winston is a big baby. If he was in control, he would put people up without a second thought. However, he’s playing as though he’s one of the nicest people, and the cracks are starting to appear.  Winston and Rachel quickly got to work trying to find a target to replace he and Brett. Kaitlyn, as always comes up as a target and both Brett and Winston agree to win the Veto and have her put up as a replacement.  The reason? She was the swing vote to take Steve out of the house in Week One. Yes, they are still talking about that first eviction.  For the veto competition, it was Scottie, Brett, Winston, Rachel, Tyler and Rockstar. At the start of the competition, Brett took the lead, but Scottie managed to emerge with the win and even won himself a trip for two to Greece.  The boys then met up with Scottie to pitch a final three deal, but Scottie maintained that it would be too risky to change things up, but he did say he would sleep on it.  In true Kaitlyn fashion, she said that she received a vision that the boys were going after her, and Scottie told her about them throwing her under the bus.  At the veto meeting, we learned that the nominations were being kept the same. Oh yes, one of the boys is going home … unless Sam uses her power.  What are your thoughts on the latest twists and turns? Hit the comments below.  Big Brother continues Thursday on CBS.  View Slideshow: Big Brother Season 20: Meet the Cast!

Edgar Hansen, Deadliest Catch Star, Confesses to Sexual Abuse of Minor

Edgar Hansen, one of the stars on the Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch, pleaded guilty in court late last week to the sexual abuse of a 16-year old. According to The Seattle Times, Hansen confessed to a charge of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation on Friday. In exchange for his plea, he received a 364-day suspended prison sentence and was ordered to undergo a sexual deviance evaluation. He also received two years’ probation and various fees and fines totaling $1,653, with an additional $4,800 fine suspended, court records show. Hansen will not serve any time behind bars. The 47-year old fisherman is the deck boss and key crew member of a Seattle-based crabbing boat helmed by his older brother, Sig Hansen. The siblings have risen to fame and fortune due to their popular Discovery Channel reality series. As for the details of this ugly case? A 16-year-old girl told her therapist in October of last year that Hansen sexually assaulted her at a suburban Seattle home on September 30, 2017. The aforementioned newspaper cited a probable-cause affidavit filed in Snohomish County District Court to back up this allegation. This teenager also relayed to the police these same allegations. In a brief handwritten statement accompanying his guilty plea, Hansen acknowledged “touching [the victim’s] private areas … for the purpose of my own sexual gratification.” He added: “I committed this assault… I am very sorry for that conduct and I have commenced treatment to ensure that nothing like this assault ever happens again.” The victim (unnamed because she is a minor) said Hansen “kissed her on the lips, touched her vagina and had her touch his penis,” prosecutors said in their probable cause affidavit. Investigators also spoke with Hansen’s wife, who said she “confronted him” after learning of the abuse. He “initially denied” it, but “eventually admitted that he kissed [the victim] and touched her inappropriately.” Edgar Hansen’s guilty plea comes just weeks after his famous brother, Sig, was sentenced to probation for spitting on an Uber driver last year. This Deadliest Catch caption was given a deferred sentence, ordered to undergo alcohol treatment and placed on a year of probation. Sig told People Magazine at the time that he was “terribly sorry” and “very embarrassed” for his role in this incident. Sig Hansen is also currently awaiting a decision from the state Court of Appeals over a King County judge’s ruling that would allow a sexual-abuse lawsuit brought by his estranged daughter, Melissa Eckstrom, to proceed to trial. He has denied her claims referring to Eckstrom’s law suit “an old-fashioned shakedown.” Also of note, in regard to Deadliest Catch, Blake Painter, a former captain on the show, died in May of a suspected drug overdose . Neither Hansen sibling nor any Discovery Channel representative has spoken yet on Edgar Hansen’s crime.

Mackenzie Standifer Posts Baby Bump Pic Following Mysterious Social Media Hiatus

Back in May, Mackenzie Standifer disappeared from social media. Her reasons were obvious, of course. Standifer's husband, Ryan Edwards, has been involved in just about every sort of scandal imaginable in the past few months. The downward spiral began when Edwards got arrested  several months ago, and it's continued in shocking fashion ever since. At a certain point, Mackenzie probably got sick of dealing with a new controversy every time she logged in. Fans are happy to see Standifer back on Instagram — but they still have a lot of questions about her absence. 1. Before the Fall There was a time when Mackenzie and Ryan actually appeared to have a happy marriage. That didn’t last long. 2. A Rocky Start Things got off to a bad start when Ryan got so high on his wedding day that he passed out while driving to the church. 3. Turning It Around? Shortly thereafter, Ryan checked into rehab, and it briefly looked as though he was committed to making his marriage work. 4. Worse By the Day Shortly thereafter, it was revealed that Ryan had been using a dating app to help him find suitable cheating partners. 5. Bad Timing All of this came on the heels of news that Standifer is pregnant with Ryan’s baby. It will be the second child for both partners, but their first as a couple. 6. The Long Goodbye Like we said, it’s not hard to see why Mackennzie needed a break from social media — but we’re having a hard time understanding why she returned. View Slideshow

Pete Davidson Confirms Engagement to Ariana Grande: I Feel Like I Won a Contest!

The the delight of millions of fans, Ariana Grande is now engaged to Pete Davidson . It happened fast, but sometimes, love is like that. Though we've already seen Ariana's engagement ring , Pete has now washed away any lingering doubts by saying it out loud. Folks, Pete cannot contain his enthusiasm. Can you blame him. He feels like he won the lottery. On The Tongight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon , Pete Davidson and Robert Pattinson were the guests. Ariana is a beloved guest on Fallon's show, and as you can imagine, he definitely brought up her name when speaking to Pete. Jimmy Fallon says: “Now, you know that you didn’t have to get engaged to Ariana Grande to come on our show.” Pete's boyish excitement cannot be contained. “But I did, though!” Pete says. The audience replies with cheers and applause. After Fallon offers his congratulations, Pete offers a very apt description of the situation. “I feel like I won a contest.,” Pete says. “So sick.” Ariana isn't just an extremely talented singer, an actress, an activist, a gay icon, and a beloved social media personality. She's also just incredibly hot, and Pete seems truly head-over-heels. Fallon asks: “How are you handling it all right now?” Pete replies: “It’s f–king lit, Jimmy.” We would imagine so. “It's so funny,” Pete shares. “Walking down the street.” Keep in mind that Pete has been famous for years because he is a cast member of Saturday Night Live . In fact, debates over whether he or Colin Jost is the most attractive cast member at the moment are not uncommon on social media or among friends. But now, when he is recognized, the reactions that he elicits are a little different. “It's so funny,” Pete says. “Because dudes are walking by, and they're like:” Pete mimes tipping a hat in a casual salute or a gesture of respect. That's cute. “Some dude came up to me,” Pete continues. “And said: 'yo, man, you gave me hope.'” The implication being that Pete has managed to get engaged to a girl out of his league — to one of the most attractive women on the planet — without being more famous than she is or richer than her. Pete admits that he started to feel a little unsulted, saying: “And I didn't know I was that ugly! Jesus.” Pete is, of course, very much not ugly. But he is still counting his blessings. “Yeah,” Pete admits. “I'm a lucky motherf–ker.” That's true! But so is Ariana. Anyone who finds any sort of love in this globe of nightmares we all inhabit is very fortunate! (Also, Pete sells himself short — literally. The guy is 6-foot-3, which makes him a whopping 15 inches taller than Ariana. We are very much rooting for them even though they will have to get creative to take decent photos) Pete's excitement over his engagement to Ariana is not limited to late night talk shows. On Thursday, he shared the image of Ariana Grande arching her back in the grass while wearing a less-than-huge amount of clothing. (Fans will of course recognize this as part of a dance that she has practiced and performed on social media before) “What the actual f–k,” Pete writes, showing his desbelief in how beautiful his fiancee is. He follows up that photo with a heart eyes emoji. Pete has also, of course, already gotten two tattoos in Ariana's honor . One of her bunny eared mask, and another of her initials. Go big or go home. Arianators have celebrated this welcome news. Naturally, her fans are happy when she is happy. Many are relieved to see that she is no longer in a toxic relationship with someone whose personal substance abuse issues make him a danger to himself and others. (Though Pete was never a danger, per se, he has experienced and overcome a mild substance abuse issue and has been outspoken about his mental health) Some critics have accused Pete of “robbing the cradle,” which is absurd. Age and height aren't synonyms, or Ariana would be feeling nervous about the sixth grade. They're both about the same age, but Ariana, who turns 25 next week, is a few months older than Pete. Pete will not turn 25 until September.

Ryan Edwards: STILL Cheating on Mackenzie Standifer With Shelby Woods?!

It's been a little over a year since Ryan Edwards married Mackenzie Standifer , and we probably don't need to tell you that he hasn't been the greatest husband in the world during that time. Ryan has been arrested ; he's had restraining orders issued against him; he's fallen off the wagon; he's been verbally abusive to his pregnant wife. And of course, Ryan has been caught cheating on Mackenzie multiple times. Edwards has a lengthy history of infidelity, but even the professional baby daddy's most ardent critics thought he'd stop screwing around after Mackenzie stuck by his side during the year from hell. Sadly, it seems we all overestimated Ryan … 1. Shelby and Ryan Shelby Woods briefly dated Ryan in between his relationships with Maci Bookout and Mackenzie Standifer. Now, it looks as though Edwards never quite got over his former flame. 2. Not to Be Trusted Ryan married Mackenzie just over a year ago. But in that short time, he’s been accused of infidelity on numerous occasions. 3. Tinder Trouble First, Ryan was caught communicating with other women on Tinder, using an account that falsely stated his age as 25. (He’s actually 30.) 4. Let ‘Em Know Shortly thereafter, Shelby took to Twitter to let the world know that Ryan was still hitting her up on a regular basis. 5. Hey, Sis “Sometimes I just wanna be like, ‘Hey sis, your husband is still hitting me up,'” she tweeted on April 15. “Buuuuut then I remember how delusional you are so I don’t waste my time.” 6. Not One For Taking Hints Sadly, it seems Ryan didn’t get the message that Shelby isn’t interested. View Slideshow
