R epublicans applauded Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh ’s angry words during his Senate confirmation hearing but called California’s Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters an angry Black woman for denouncing allegations of her staff’s involvement in a data breach. Several right-wing sites, including the Gateway Pundit, blamed the congresswoman’s staff for adding personal information about three GOP senators to the lawmakers’ Wikipedia pages. The breach came on Thursday, hours after the Senate testimony of Christine Blasey Ford , who alleged that Kavanagh sexually assaulted her when they were in high school, the Washington Post reported. Bush ’s former press secretary, illustrated the double standard in a tweet that received high-fives from fellow Republicans. “This denial is angry. This suggests she doesn’t have the temperment (sic) to be a Member of Congress. When someone is accused of something they didn’t do, they must not be angry. They must not be defiant. They must not question the motives of the accuser. They must be calm and serene,” Fleischer wrote. Yet Republicans saw no problem with Kavanaugh, who could sit on the nation’s highest court for decades, defending his reputation through an angry, uncontrolled tirade. Indeed, South Carolina’s GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham also expressed his outrage at Democrats during the hearing. Waters has long been a target of Republicans because she stands up to the GOP. Supporters cheered the congresswoman for daring the president’s supporters to shoot her in an escalating dispute with Donald Trump . “Shoot straight because there’s nothing like a wounded animal,” she said boldly at a June immigration rally in Los Angeles. A young barber from Philadelphia is using her skills to give back to her community. The program is led by P. Michael Boone who has been cutting hair for nearly three decades. It was created to teach young men all of the elements of barbering, including everything from clipper control to cleanliness. Initially, Graham-Henries’ brother was going to participate in the program but decided to not move forward. She chose to stick with it. After noticing her passion for cutting hair, Boone took the youngster under his wing. “I never expected to see a young lady in my class, but she was eager to learn, and I gave her the same guidance I’d give my older students,” Boone told Yahoo News . “I am very proud of her. She was a great student, and I am excited to see where this will take her.” Boone recently organized a back to school event for children in the Philadelphia area where Graham-Henries helped him give nearly 400 students free haircuts. “The whole process is to finish it and do it really good and to, like, style it good,” Graham-Henries told CBS Philadelphia. Boone is gearing up for another community service-focused project in November where he will cut hair for the homeless. He says the second grader will more than likely help him out with that project. There are several people in Philadelphia using barbering as an avenue to give back to those in need. In 2017, after dedicating an entire year to walking the streets of the city to give free haircuts to the homeless, Brennon Jones was gifted with a fully-furnished barbershop to continue serving those in need. On the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Kylie Jenner gave birth . It took more than seven months for that to air. Viewers knew that it was only a matter of time before the show reached Khloe and her much more controversial childbirth. In this preview video, you can see Kim, Khloe, and the rest of her family react as Khloe goes into labor … and Tristan's cheating scandal is exposed. In the Keeping Up With The Kardashians preview teaser video that we have for you, the show teases what remains to be seen on this season. When it really becomes interesting is when, very clearly, the story of Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal breaks. “They have another video of him,” Kim can be heard saying into her phone. She is clearly referring to Tristan Thompson and the evidence of him being with other women during Khloe's pregnancy. “Unfollowed, I hate him,” Kim announces in another part of the clip. “Sorry, not sorry.” Kim's reaction was one thing, but what everyone wants to see is how Khloe responded to the news that her love and baby daddy is a no-good dirty cheater. As we all know, it was a matter of hours after that scandal broke that Khloe went into labor with baby True. “The things I can control, I have to be able to control,” Khloe can be heard saying. That is a fairly grounded response to such explosive news — though of course we can imagine that some responses may have been edited out. Khloe does, after all, have veto power over footage from the show. She gets an ultrasound while very pregnant, and also is shown going into labor while her family races to get to where she is in Cleveland. “I hope everyone gets here in time,” Khloe says. You can also see a van full of her family members racing towards her. As widely reported as Tristan's scandal was and True's birth was, we never really got a behind-the-scenes look or Khloe's reaction immediately afterwards. We hope that, despite Khloe's editorial powers, we get to see her raw reaction. Fans are curious. It's human nature. We'll definitely get to see at least some of the responses, from anger to disbelief, of Khloe's extended family. We wonder what Tristan will think. Arguably the second-most-interesting storyline in this teaser is Kim using her platform for civil rights advocacy. The story of a woman using her fame and beauty to influence a terrible old orange man to pardon a grandmother is definitely compelling. Speaking of Trump, Kim also addresses Kanye West's worrisome bad behavior and outlandish statements. In this case, it looks like fans can expect to see more or less the same sentiments that she has expressed publicly. She believes that Kanye's apparently uncontrolled, no-filter declarations about Trump and “dragon energy” aren't signs of mental illness. Kim may be right. If she is, Kanye isn't mentally troubled — he may just be a bad person. And it is of course unfair to malign the mentally ill, many of whom are good people, by confusing bad behavior with mental health. Viewers will also get to see things like Kendall, who is famously anxious, try skydiving for the first time. Also, Kris falls down playing baseball. Honestly? That could all be entertaining, but it's just filler. Khloe's heartbreak, Kim's activism, and Kanye's nonsense look like the real meat of the rest of the season.

Thankfully, the impact of Hurricane Florence on the Carolinas wasn't as disastrous as some meteorologists predicted, but the storm still devastated many areas along the Carolina coast. To the shock of many Teen Mom 2 fans, Jenelle Evans refused to evacuate ahead of Florence, but fortunately, her neighborhood avoided the brunt of the hurricane's impact. But at this point, Jenelle is probably still wishing she had gotten out of Dodge for a few days, as her conduct in the wake of the storm is being heavily scrutinized these days. And the latest accusation against her is so bizarre that we would never believe it — were it not for the fact that this is Jenelle Evans we're talking about … 1. It’s a Hurricane, Dude! Jenelle refused to heed the advice of experts, local authorities, and hundreds of fans, all of whom encouraged her to head for safer territory as Florence prepared to make landfall. 2. Braving the Storm Jenelle and her family stuck it out through the storm, all the while posting pics of their relatively unaffected area, seemingly as a middle finger to the haters. 3. The Aftermath Eventually, Jenelle came to realize that even though her beloved “Land” survived unscathed, the hurricane was no laughing matter for many of her neighbors. 4. Helping or Hurting? In the wake of the hurricane, Jenelle’s behavior has been intensely scrutinized, as she’s claimed that she and her husband are helping their neighborhoods, despite not offering any evidence to that effect. 5. Classic Jenelle Despite revealing that she and her family quickly ran out of food and gas, Jenelle has also downplayed her area’s plight by using a “#whathurricane?” hashtag and boasting, “With this storm I’m getting skinner [sic], y’all.” 6. ‘Insecure’ Recap: The #NathanNavy Is Starting To Sink

We pick up tonight’s episode from last week’s awkward post-Coachella run in between Lawrence and Issa and they exchange minor pleasantries about what they’ve been up to. Of course, they both downplay life but it seems that Lawrence has been quite the busy bee, smashing and dashing literally everyone with a vagina. He’s basically still trying to sex the post-breakup pain away. But unfortunately for him, he got chlamydia in the process. Hold that thought. Meanwhile, Issa is working on throwing a block party as a new business venture to help do something positive in her neighborhood. This is a move that was inspired (in part) and supported by Nathan. So far he really seems to be in Issa’s corner and they have a sweet moment where Nathan asks her how she knows when it’s real and then he tells her that he really likes her. Issa’s like is mutual and in her world, you just know when it’s real. So there’s that. #NathanNavy be like… via GIPHY Back to Lawrence. He links up with Chad and Derek to talk about life and he admits that he’s embarrassed by his behavior lately and really wants to make a change. Calm down, he and Issa becoming a thing probably again isn’t happening. He reveals that he no longer has ill feelings toward her, but he also hasn’t looked at her the same way since she cheated. Chad’s stupid arse has the nerve to call Issa a hoe but Lawrence calls him out because he’s definitely a cheater too. The fuq?! Anyway, Issa Rae once mentioned that this season will examine toxic masculinity and we are definitely seeing bits and pieces of that surface because Chad tried it. You can’t be the pot calling the kettle black. via GIPHY Back to Issa. She gets a call from Lyft saying there’s an open investigation involving an assault in her vehicle. Remember when Nathan faded that big disrespectful dude? Yeah, that. Issa texts Nathan and mentions that but he doesn’t even respond. via GIPHY Now we’re at Tiffany’s baby shower where Issa, Molly and Kellie meet Tiff’s bourgie friends, whom she refers to as “the crazy crew,” who also planned the shower. They don’t really know these girls and this is where drama in the inner friend circle starts to unfold. At one point, Kelli storms out of the shower causing Issa and Molly to run after her. Kelli reveals that feels like she’s losing her best friend to a baby, but you also wonder if there’s some jealousy there too. You know, Kelli acts tough and all, but perhaps she wants family life too? Anyway, Tiffany finds them and asks swithat’ up and they all mention that they feel some type of way about not being asked to plan the shower. Tiffany says they were so caught up in their own life drama and didn’t even offer so she felt her other girls, particularly Blaire, who is a mother, would actually be more helpful. Tiffany mentioning Blaire makes Kelli feel worse because it’s rubbing in the fact that she’s not a mother. There are fractures in this group and we haven’t even begun to scratch the surface. Lawrence and Issa com face to face again and talk. It’s not awkward this time and Lawrence even offers to help Issa with some of the business nuances of the block party she’s planning. Cheers to growth. Molly finds out that Dro’s wife is pregnant (Dro and his wife are at the shower) and definitely feels some type of way but it’s hard to feel bad for Molly because just earlier she was playing Andrew, Nathan’s Asian friend that she met at Coachella who is clearly interested, to the left. via GIPHY Finally, the episode ends with Issa getting a call from Lyft to let her know that they closed the investigation. They spoke to Nathan and he gave them a statement. Now Issa is really like wtf because she still hasn’t heard from him. So like…did this grown arse man ghost her? During an interview on SANACAST, Cube admitted that he felt Drake’s come to the end of his royal road. He said, “I think your reign just becomes over. I think that the audience has determined that more. You get three years of you can own the airwaves but then it’s time for somebody else. That’s just been the pattern. That was the pattern with me.” He’s not wrong. Aside from Jay-Z’s reign from the late 90’s to the mid 00’s, it’s hard to think of another rapper who had the game in a chokehold for longer than three years. And though Cube feels that Pusha might’ve gone too far in “The Story of Adidon,” he doesn’t think he himself violated anyone in his own classic diss record “No Vaseline.” “I went in but I didn’t go too far… I didn’t really speak on families and kids and mamas and daddies.
